We had two apartments next to each other with an adjoining door that they were able to unlock, which totally made our trip! Very spacious and well equipped. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfy. Lovely life guards, shop assistants, and hotel entertainment who my daughter adored watching his dancing!

Lovely setting. We were looking over pool and could see beach in distance.
It does have a main road close by, but we didn't here the noise or find it an issue. Very clean and looked after.
If visiting local town or venturing out, the walk back is quite uphill. Would be more of a struggle pushing a pram or wheelchair. Also sliders/flip flops are not ideal, as very slippery paths. We walked on road when possible.
We went self catering, so unable to comment on the food unfortunately, we did find the shop ok price wise for somethings, but mainly walked down to the local spar, where everything is fairly reasonable.
We are booked to come back next year, as we loved the location and lots to do trip wise. Close to bus station

Stayed here once before. Rooms, pool area and food options are great. Only downside is the small balcony and the bank to walk back up from the commercial centre. Views on a night are excellent though.

Currently staying here and so far its been great. All the staff are helpful and friendly and kept spotless. The pool is heated it's like swimming in bath water 😀. Stayed in for the entertainment and enjoyed it. The bar is reasonable and they also have happy hour🍻🍻👍
The Game Collector
We stayed in the first week of January 2026. The location is up in the hill. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of town with shopping malls and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and nice. Cleaning was very good. We stayed in room 502 which is a 3 bedroom flat. A bit dated. The inner door handle fell off during our stay, but the janitor fixed this pretty quickly. One of the door to the bathroom had some old water damage (see image). Should have been replaced. The sofa was also very worn down in the middle. The beds was a bit on the hard side. Air conditioning could be better, but ok for us during this time of year. The pool was very nice. There is a supermarket very close to the pool together with a restaurant and drinks etc. can be purchased very close to the pool. Puerto Rico is a very nice place with lots to do and explore. I recommend Puerto De Mogan. We enjoyed our stay. There is an elevator in the hotel. 6th floor is the reception (ground level), pool is at floor 0. We stayed in the 5th floor. WiFi was a bit slow at times.
