We had an amazing stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌞 The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The cleaning service was top-notch, keeping our room spotless every day. Plus, the Wi-Fi was lightning fast! The buffet for breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. Easy walk to beach approx 30 mins or quick taxi ride. Taxi rank outside hotel, no issues getting out and about. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! 🌴 We would come back any time.

What an incredible first experience! A smooth check in process with a lovely welcome drink. Spotless and very well looked after hotel. Amazing facilities, we made use of the spa area many times. Pool bar was lovely, huge range of food and drinks. Staff were friendly! A first and definitely not last experience, we will be back for sure. 10/10 all round ☀️🇮🇨

This was our 3rd stay at Maspalomas Suites and it never disappoints!! Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Totally fantastic staff, nothing is too much trouble - friendly and helpful from reception through to cleaning/maintenance staff. Rooms are kept immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice amazing, as is room service and drinks. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Maspalomas. This will definitely not be our last visit!! FABULOUS!!

My recent experience at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was amazing. The reception staff provided outstanding friendly and welcoming service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. The maintenance around the entire complex was to a very high standard. Furthermore, the WiFi connection was reliable and efficient, which enhanced my overall experience. I was particularly impressed with the quality and diversity of the entertainment offered, which added great value to my stay. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable getaway.
The food had some good variations and plenty throughout the service hours. Upon arrival we missed dinner however there was food waiting for us on arrival in our room.
The room keys were a very clever design fitted I to the wrist bands enabling both parties to have access and no risk of losing the usual key card. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a lovely, relaxing place to stay!

The housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, which greatly enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was consistently reliable, allowing for uninterrupted connectivity.
The buffet offerings for breakfast were good we didn't eat in the hotel for dinner so can't comment on dinner.
I highly recommend booking a massage, as they were really good especially if with the discount they offered while we was there.
It was very quiet around the pool area, which was too quiet for me. So some background music would have been nice.
The staff were all so lovely and friendly, I would highly recommend this establishment for a memorable getaway.
