My recent experience at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was amazing. The reception staff provided outstanding friendly and welcoming service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. The maintenance around the entire complex was to a very high standard. Furthermore, the WiFi connection was reliable and efficient, which enhanced my overall experience. I was particularly impressed with the quality and diversity of the entertainment offered, which added great value to my stay. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable getaway. The food had some good variations and plenty throughout the service hours. Upon arrival we missed dinner however there was food waiting for us on arrival in our room. The room keys were a very clever design fitted I to the wrist bands enabling both parties to have access and no risk of losing the usual key card. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a lovely, relaxing place to stay!

My recent experience at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was exceptional. The reception staff provided outstanding service, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, which greatly enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was consistently reliable, allowing for uninterrupted connectivity. The buffet offerings for breakfast were good we didn't eat in the hotel for dinner so can't comment on dinner. I highly recommend booking a massage, as they were really good especially if with the discount they offered while we was there. It was very quiet around the pool area, which was too quiet for me. So some background music would have been nice. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, I would highly recommend this establishment for a memorable getaway.

We had our 7th visit to this hotel recently and it was just as amazing as every year. The staff is very friendly and helpful, both at the reception aswell as the maintenance, servers - everyone. 😀 We really enjoyed the special surprise they prepared for us as returning visitors. Very attentive and it made us feel very welcome. ❤️ We always book the suite with the private garden and jacuzzi, because we like the added value of privacy and a hot tub for the evening. The hotel is very relaxed - no screaming around or too loud music. The other guests tend to be very chill and respectful so you can enjoy your time at the pool or spa area. This year we also had dinner a few times and it was amazing - I regret we didn't take the opportunity before. We have a few favourite restaurants in and around Maspalomas that we always visit when we are on Gran Canaria, so we normally didn't take dinner - but let me tell you - it's worth it to try. A really nice variety and you can always find something delicious. Just be aware that you'll end up eating too much because same as with the breakfast - everything looks just too good not to try! 😜 The breakfast also has another benefit for us - it's untill 11! We really like to go to breakfast late, so for us that's really great! To burn of the extra calories we normally go to the gym once or twice during our stay, because it's one of the bestequipped hotel gym I've ever been to - not just a random corner with some weights, no, it has basically every appliance a regular gym would offer you and is situated above the restaurants - so you get to workout with a view! All in all this is our favorite destination to vacation and we return every year, sometimes even twice a year, to recharge and just let time fly. We hope it stays the same for many, many more visits to come. 😀😍

Just back from our 2nd trip to Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa, and its was exceptional. The reception staff were great and check in was very simple great service. The place is spotless and the room was impeccable, reflecting a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes and they have a tremendous wine list to choose from. We visited the Spa twice and it was exquisite with a huge option on treatments. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quality stay.
