Overall a lovely vacation we will definitely return with my brother and his wife hopefully next year breakfast and buffet was a very high standard lots of variety. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with outdoor area. Very peaceful and relaxing just what I needed after my sons wedding the previous week. I would highly recommend this hotel. Stephanie from public relations was so kind. looking forward to returning soon

Just got back from an amazing stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌟 The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was always spotless thanks to the fantastic cleaning service. And let me tell you, the buffet for breakfast and dinner was top-notch—so much variety and delicious options! 😋 The entertainment was also a highlight, with great shows every night. Can't wait to come back!

An absolutely fantastic place to go and unwind. All staff are very attentive and everything about the hotel is fantastic. From the buffets that have a really broad range to suit everyone, to the evening entertainment which does not disappoint... especially the summer party night... The WiFi is the best I have ever had on a holiday, and the hotel is spotless every where. All the staff are amazing and what might have expected from this holiday the hotel exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back again in the future.. Thank you

Sensational from start to finish. All members of staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was perfect, clean and cool. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, which we did not mention to staff at all. Although they very kindly left a bottle of bubbly in our room and sang her happy birthday at dinner. This made her feel very special. Food was delicious and presented excellently. Poolside was clean and peaceful. We did not want to leave after a 7 day stay. We will absolutely return one day to see all the brilliant employees.

Spent the last week at this hotel. Really one of the best hotels we have stayed in and will genuinely go back. Location wise it's not amazing but don't let that put you off as taxis are cheap. Apart from that we were happy and relaxed for our entire stay. Rooms were a great size and cleaned daily. Staff were amazing and nothing too much trouble. We did bed and breakfast but upgraded meals in the end and were not disappointed because the buffet was fantastic. We also did their dining restaurant day which was amazing food again. Sadly it was only on 2 days. The entertainment was good. Especially the dukes band Saturday party. The owner dragging people up to dance and just a great atmosphere. We had a late flight and the hotel provided a room to shower and change in. This was a fantastic feature and should be advertised a bit more because it really made the last day soo much better. Though it could perhaps do with a bit of air con in that room as it was very hot! No issue with the sun loungers. Plenty were available all day. The pool was a good temperature. Staff walking around and getting drinks were all friendly and so helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. For a relaxing smart hotel we will definitely look at returning. Thank you.
