Club Maspalomas is an excellent hotel. The suites are comfortable, spacious and very clean with daily and thourough cleaning by the housekeeping team. Similarly, the pool area, gym, sauna and restaurant were immaculately clean. The location is good with nice walks tp other resorts, the hills and, of course, the famous Dunes.
We opted for B&B as we like to explore local restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with a range of high quality and fresh food. We did try the buffet on two evenings and found the food to be very good with a very good range of wines. We also ate at their a la carte restaurant on three occasions and the food here was delicious. A big shout out to Catalina for helping us select our wine and for being so helpful. In fact, all the staff are just amazing. There has clearly been a lot of investment in staff training. Everyone was so cheerful, polite and helpful - be it the managers, the waiters, cleaners and gardeners. Indeed, it is the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to help, is what makes Club Maspalomas such an exceptional hotel.

Club Maspalomas is still the paradise we fell in love with years ago! The staff are professional yet warm and welcoming, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is beautifully tranquil. Everything is spotless, and the gym is excellent too.
Having two heated pools is a god send in the winter months when occasional cloud cover or cool breezes can occur.
We’d especially like to pass on our thanks to Diego—he was so friendly and generous with his time, making our stay feel really personal. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again soon!

Just back from a wonderful week at this hotel!! Wow the staff are all amazing, genuinely seems like they all want to be there. Never experienced a hotel where everyone is so kind and happy!!!
The place is so clean and tidy, really couldn’t fault it.
Shuttle is great. Hotel is quite secluded no bars or restaurants on the doorstep but that’s exactly what we wanted. Loved the full length swimming lane, mostly had it to myself! Hotel is so quiet and relaxing!!! Honestly such a dream.
Only minor downfall is hanging space is open in the room rather than behind a closed wardrobe door.
Best thing was more than enough sun lounges by the pool despite hotel being full!! No need to towel drop before the sun rises! Loved the massages, had 2 free ones by the pool and paid for two more! Very good value!

The staff cannot be beaten on service. They just can’t do enough for you and always have a friendly smile. The rooms were comfortable and cleanliness impeccable. The bathroom could maybe do with a lick of paint and an extra hook but nothing major. The location is a little remote, with nothing outside but the taxi tank is just outside the door and only €5 into both Maspelomas and playa del ingles

It was a true pleasure and privilege to spend seven days at Club Maspalomas Suites & SPA. We departed with joyful hearts and memories that will be cherished forever.
