Beautiful views. Rooms are a bit dated but so spacey clean and well equipped. Room 501 is stunning on the huge balcony hottub is lovely and plenty of sunbeds, large seating area and again , spectacular views.
Disappointed the gated to the beach walk was locked.
Food was good. Lots on the menu and barcstaff were so friendly and attentive.
Pool is gorgeous! Plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was good but go early as food gets cold. Hot and cold buffet.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, €200 disappeared from our room. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager and also filed a report with the police. Unfortunately, the manager showed no willingness to take responsibility or handle the situation in a professional manner. We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously.
After reading other guests' reviews, we realized we were not the only ones who had reported missing money or valuables. Seeing similar experiences raised serious concerns about the hotel's security and the way these incidents are handled.
The elevators were also in poor condition and felt unsafe to use. To make matters worse, one of them was out of service for the last two days of our stay.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. Based on what happened to us and the lack of an appropriate response from the hotel's management, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your belongings and expect management to respond responsibly to serious incidents, I strongly advise choosing another hotel.

I would stay away from this hotel if you are travelling to Gran Canaria.
First of all, rooms are very outdated, not cleaned well, bathrooms are rusty etc. My socks all turned orange from walking around the room. The fan in the room did not work at all either. I was disgusted seeing when we came back that our used towels were not replaced at all during our trip, just put back on the rack. The double bed also was just two single beds pushed together.
There was really nothing the hotel has to offer, there wasn’t any entertainment that we were made aware of, the pool was cold, there was a cat wandering around reception and my friend had cat allergies, she didn’t mind but the chairs in reception were filled with cat hair. Unhygienic everywhere over all.
The food offered was also not good - breakfast was okay, very bland, but for dinner the options were very very limited. They also do not specify what is in their food as I got some pasta the first night and it only said to be aware of gluten. However i could smell that there was fish in it and asked my friend to try which she confirmed there was tuna in it. Was not mentioned anywhere. We went out to eat every night since then. Waste of having breakfast and dinner included. Soft drink are also not included in the dinner, you need to pay.
Lastly, I came back on my last day and found that a bottle of perfume that i bought was missing. I went to reception and they said all they could do was wait until the next morning to ask housekeeping. I specified i was leaving at 7:30 and the receptionist said that that’s fine. Come 7:30 the next day, i was told the housekeeping isn’t in until 8. They called housekeeping and they said that nothing could be done and if it shows up they will send it back. So not only did they lie to me the first night, but again the next day. Absolutely disgraceful they just seem to hire anyone. I am in shock that they just did not seem to care at all.
The hotel did have some beautiful scenery, but any if not most other hotels will also have the same, and with everything else it’s absolutely not worth it.

BlueBay Beach Club – My Stay
I really enjoyed my stay at BlueBay Beach Club. I stayed in a clean and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with everything needed for self-catering, including crockery and cutlery, so you can easily cook your own meals if you want.
The location is great, and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff were always friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast and dinner were average, but there was always enough choice, and I was never left hungry. 🤗
The only downside for me was that there isn't a proper sandy beach right next to the hotel. Other than that, I had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

Located in Bahia Feliz, 30 minutes away from Las Palmas airport, this hotel is huge ,rooms are actually apartaments with kitchen, bedroom and a very large balcony with ocean view the highest ones, or pool view the lowest. Despite the others bad reviews, our room 303, was really good, clean and dotated with everything. Food very good and various, staff very friendly and quick in help if needed to ask something, the bus station is close over the nearest bridge, and in connection with the main attractions ,Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan ,bus nr 1, Maspalomas and Playa de Igles, bus no 30 . The pool is very large , and good place to enjoy a sunbath or sitting under umbrella and watching the planes landing or the sunset. They take care of an orange cat 🐈 which is very friendly. We really liked everything, and nothing to complain.
