We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The food was absolutely delicious, always fresh, varied, and of very good quality. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The hotel offers excellent facilities for children, including fun activities and wonderful shows for kids every evening, which made the experience even more special for families. The view was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful.
The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable.
The level of care and attention towards guests was truly outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime!

We had a fantastic stay at H10 with our four year old. The rooms are immaculate, modern and spacious and the hotel kindly provided a bed guard for our little boy. We enjoyed the children's splash pool and heated nearby pool and would like to commend the lifeguards who were always working so hard and were so observant.
We had delicious food at the buffet and notably at the snack bar (which completely exceeded our expectations for lunch) and a special shout out to the Italian restaurant whose service was exceptional, they made us and our little one feel really special.
We stayed on the hard rock side of the hotel and really enjoyed watching the lights and listening to the music in the evening. Whilst we enjoyed this it is worth noting if you want a quieter balcony at night you might be better off requesting a pool side room.
Daisy dance and disco was a big hit with our little boy, he is still doing the dance now!
We had a perfect family break but the hotel would also suit those without children - with other quieter pools, elevated dining and beautiful cocktails.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

We went to the Sakura restaurant on 13th of July and went through an amazing experience. We were expecting to just have a casual dinner, but waiter and chef transitioned it into unbelievable experience! Waiter Carlos was caring, he promptly was serving drinks and tidying up our tables. Chef himself was such a joy of the evening! Instead of just having a dinner we had a whole show with tasty ongoing food. Everything was efficient and just in time for us to get hungry again. Food looked appealing and the taste was unmatched and delicious. Looking forward to come back! :)

This was our second stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment.
Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait over two hours, finally getting access at 4:30pm. During this time, no food, drinks, or any gesture of goodwill was offered despite the lengthy delay.
Guests should also be aware that there is currently major construction work taking place next door, with a new apartment complex being built. The constant digging and noise lasted throughout the day and completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere we expected. Photos included proposed plans which will be a couple of years of construction.
We had booked the rooftop suite the top room and were surprised to find that, despite being on half board, we were restricted to eating only in the buffet restaurant rather than having access to the other restaurants on site.
The final straw was being served raw burgers in the buffet. I raised this serious food safety concern with management, but the response was disappointing. The manager’s solution was simply to offer €50 off our bill, which felt wholly inadequate given the issues we experienced.
We returned because we had enjoyed our first stay, but sadly this visit was nothing like the previous one. Between the delayed check-in, construction noise, dining restrictions, and food quality concerns, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

H10 Atlantic Sunset and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. Every area is impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is outstanding.
The food has been exceptional throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety and something for everyone. Every meal has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Every member of the team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank Jeanfrank, who looked after our family so well. He is always smiling, attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. He is a real credit to H10 Atlantic Sunset.
We have travelled to many hotels over the years, and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H10 Atlantic Sunset to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We will definitely be back.
