Absolutely beautiful location. Privilege service is worth every penny. We were all inclusive too and the variety of food and drinks was first class. With privilege you can book other restaurants too as often as you’d like and the Buffett has great selection. The staff are all very professional and have good sense of humour. There’s something for everyone at this hotel but our favorite location was the roof top with the infinity pool. What a view The rooms are serviced every day and mini bar is included in the price and topped up every day with drinks crisps nuts and sweets. We have loved our stay and can highly recommend the hotel. Can’t wait until we stay again 🌅

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We were greeted by a receptionist who clearly had no interest in her job. The check-in process dragged on for 30 minutes, causing us to miss breakfast entirely.
The only alternative was the lobby bar, which offered nothing but sweet pastries and coffee—an unhealthy option for children. At the beach bar, the choices were just chips and peanuts, with no sandwiches or other snacks available.
Lunch was equally underwhelming, with limited options. Twice we were served undercooked rice (paella) that was very hard. Portions were small and spread thinly across large trays to give the illusion of abundance, and most of the food was clearly prefabricated. On one occasion, they served sushi with soy sauce that had been watered down. When we pointed it out, they corrected it, but without offering an apology.
The hotel has a reputation for recycling food, and unfortunately, it seems this is done at the expense of guests’ health. Of the five on-site restaurants, children are not allowed at the Japanese one, and securing a reservation at the others was nearly impossible—over a 10-day stay, we only managed to dine at two of them.
The staff, overall, were unpleasant and unprofessional, making faces and appearing irritated. The only friendly staff were at the kids’ club, where the team played nicely with the children and were kind.
There were not enough employees on duty, and we were told this was due to staff being on vacation. Service was slow, and tempers were short.
In my opinion, the hotel’s star rating is completely undeserved. It wouldn’t even qualify for three stars based on our experience.
I would definitely not return to this hotel, and I do not recommend it.

A Fantastic Family Stay – We’ll Be Back!
Such a beautiful hotel. From the facilities to the food and most of the staff, this place is nothing short of perfect for families — whether you have young kids or slightly older ones.
We booked the Privilege package, and it was absolutely worth it. Access to the exclusive rooftop pool and priority bookings at the themed restaurants each night really made the experience extra special.
Don’t miss Stromboli’s Italian Restaurant on site — the food was perfect for both adults and children, and the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Pamela for your warm and welcoming hospitality.
As H10 hotels go, this one is truly exceptional. Thank you to all the wonderful team at H10 Atlantic Sunset, Tenerife — we’ll definitely be back next year!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Atlantic Sunset! This hotel truly delivers what it promises—modern, spacious, stunning views and warm service.
From the beautifully designed rooms to the relaxing pools, and assortment of the dining options everything felt thoughtfully curated for a perfect palmy getaway. We had a blast from start to finish!
Special thanks to Barbara (Guest Relations) who went the extra mile in welcoming us and making us feel extra pampered! :)
It was difficult to leave but we left fully recharged!
(PS. The natural pool and cozy area in front of the hotel by the rocks were a plus for us)

I stayed at this hotel end of June for 5 days and I have to say, this was a great stay and I’m so glad we chose this hotel.
I started writing this review and honestly it started getting so long because of all the positive things we experienced. Food, service, cleanliness, drinks, amenities, children’s entertainment, gym and swimming pools were all amazing! We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment on that but I would have given it a go if we had stayed for a longer period of time. The rooms have everything you need including a fully stocked mini fridge, snacks, kettle and coffee machine. Bathrooms are clean and provided robes and slippers plus all the toiletries you could need. Even all the public bathrooms such as by the pools and restaurants were always very clean.
The only negative was for the first two nights we could very clearly hear the family in the room above, where young kids were running and crying at midnight which I know is nothing to do with the hotel but I wonder if it’s because the walls and floors are thin?
I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a nice family holiday. I have to say the staff make this place what is…the waiters and servers, the kids club and entertainment staff, reception and especially the cleaners…they all do a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel again when visiting Tenerife.
