I stayed with my boyfriend and his family here! The personnel is very friendly! We had all-inclusive and the buffet was good! But the restaurants were definitely better. We enjoyed eating at stromboli and route 66. The food was very fresh and good portions as well. The pools are also a nice temperature! Great way to cool off with the heat.
Rooms were fantastic! Clean and pretty. Bed was comfy! No complaints at all except for how noisy it can be in the hall. But didn’t bother me too much.
I do wish there was some fun music at the pools!
I definitely wanna come back here :’).

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The food was absolutely delicious, always fresh, varied, and of very good quality. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The hotel offers excellent facilities for children, including fun activities and wonderful shows for kids every evening, which made the experience even more special for families. The view was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful.
The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable.
The level of care and attention towards guests was truly outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime!

Lovely location and views. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, some have fabulous bilingual skills. We are on the privilege half board service. The restaurant is lovely and staff lovely too, main issue is that the drinks included at the bar with our package are not included in the restaurant and the menu doesn’t contain many gluten/lactose free options. Pools not too busy in a morning although all the sun beds do fill by around 10am. We’ve returned here 4 times and will likely be back for a relaxing holiday

We had a fantastic stay at H10 with our four year old. The rooms are immaculate, modern and spacious and the hotel kindly provided a bed guard for our little boy. We enjoyed the children's splash pool and heated nearby pool and would like to commend the lifeguards who were always working so hard and were so observant.
We had delicious food at the buffet and notably at the snack bar (which completely exceeded our expectations for lunch) and a special shout out to the Italian restaurant whose service was exceptional, they made us and our little one feel really special.
We stayed on the hard rock side of the hotel and really enjoyed watching the lights and listening to the music in the evening. Whilst we enjoyed this it is worth noting if you want a quieter balcony at night you might be better off requesting a pool side room.
Daisy dance and disco was a big hit with our little boy, he is still doing the dance now!
We had a perfect family break but the hotel would also suit those without children - with other quieter pools, elevated dining and beautiful cocktails.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

We went to the Sakura restaurant on 13th of July and went through an amazing experience. We were expecting to just have a casual dinner, but waiter and chef transitioned it into unbelievable experience! Waiter Carlos was caring, he promptly was serving drinks and tidying up our tables. Chef himself was such a joy of the evening! Instead of just having a dinner we had a whole show with tasty ongoing food. Everything was efficient and just in time for us to get hungry again. Food looked appealing and the taste was unmatched and delicious. Looking forward to come back! :)
