Our stay at Art of Animation was fantastic. The Skyliner and bus systems made the trip even more magical. The cast members at the pool and at the Landscape of Flavors were so kind and really elevated the experience. Not to mention the food was delicious! Our room was very spacious and beautifully themed. The bellhops were amazing and helped us not only check in but get to our room very early in the morning. For our next Disney trip we will be sure to stay at Art of Animation.

We will never book this resort again. The resort is set up as a campus style with 3 'zones'. Little Mermaid, Cars and The Lion King. After checking in, plan to walk all the way across the campus if you're staying in the Little Mermaid section. It's a far distance in 100+ degree heat for a 7 year old. The only services are in the main building, which require walking all the way back from the LM portion of the campus.
The room was not of Disney quality, the walls are concrete cinderblocks painted blue. Maid services did not service our room at all while we were there.
The food was barely edible. There are pretty much zero healthy options. The best way to describe it is hospital cafeteria/gas station quality. For a family of 3 we ate 2 meals there, a dinner was $71.00, and $65.00. Neither my Husband, nor myself even finished either of the meals.
I understand the price of Disney, as we cruise with them every year but the pricing here could be categorized as gouging. A 20oz bottle of soda was literally $5.50 in the vending machine near our room. There is NO need for that to cost to be so high.

First time stay was magical. Stayed in a Little Mermaid room and it was so cute. All staff was great. Food, shopping, and some sundries all on site, as well as multiple means of transportation to any of the Disney areas. Nice pools and lots of fun activities. Room was a little warm in my opinion, but I know it's Florida and probably can't be helped.

Not worth the price! These rooms are small . However my biggest down fall was they closed the pool at least once a day because of rain or a dark cloud and the cafe food and service were horrible! The food was the same every day . The kids meals were slim pickings, no kids grilled cheese or hot dogs. The garbage's were overflowing and at 4:00 when the cafe was dead the service was horrible and even more so at 5 when it was busy . They clearly are lacking fast and reliable help and yet the food managers are just walking around doing nothing. It took 20 mins to get an order of fries which is crazy. They need to have grab and go if they are going to be this slow. It was my daughters birthday and she asked for a small mickey cake and they did not offer small ones only big ones. And yet this is a disney resort which should be more focused on what to offer kids!!!
My one year old wakes up for a bottle or food and yet there are no microwaves in the room.
They serve plastic cups at the bar for drinks which are about $15 and yet you can't even sit at the edge of the pool with the drink. and no food in the pool area either.
They also did not tell us when we booked that our first night included free water park tickets which was a big down fall because we already did a water park and paid for the tickets earlier in the week.
I was not impressed! Next time we will go back to either Margaritaville or stay off disney property at The Fountains where you get more food options and bigger, nicer and cheaper rooms .

Upon entering the room, it was nice and clean. They even made Mickey heads out of towels and put them on the beds after our third day when room service came in. They turned those Mickey heads into bows room was always clean so nicely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was nice. It was quiet even with lots of kids. They spent a lot of time in the pool, but you could not hear them best day ever.
