Just got home from a stay at bahia. Hotel was amazing the castle is brilliant to look at. The cocktails were amazing only tried pina colada and strawberry daquiri but they were amazing the beer was also very nice. The splash zone with slides was good. Infinity pool was decent looking out onto ocean was so relaxing. Brilliant curry house across the road very cheap too.
Reasons i didnt give 5 stars is because
1.staff member down by infinity pool very rude.
2.id of given rooms 5 star but cleaners failed to replace shower gel and shampoos seams silly but wanna be able to wash dirt of my body
3. Breakfast was ok the undercooked sausages ruined it for me. Bacon was ok and so was the poached eggs
4. The music going off on a night thats not even part of entertainment is annoying when your tryna sleep i can imagine it would be an issue for parents with kids easily woken at slightest noise
Overall its a good hotel probably more for familys than couples. My partner did request birthday stuff for our room as we were celebrsting my 30th and th3y failed to do it but we seen they decorated other rooms for birthdays so was a let down for her.

We had such a lovely stay! The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities are excellent and there’s so much to enjoy without even leaving the hotel.
The rooms are really spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for staying with children plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.
The splash park was definitely a highlight – honestly, it’s something special and kept the kids entertained for hours. It really made the whole experience feel that bit more memorable.
Overall, a great place for a family stay. We’d definitely come back!

Amazing holiday! Came back to a happy birthday surprise banner on my door and complimentary bottle of alcohol and hotel chocolates, which was a lovely surprise! The view from our room was lovely, with views on both sides of the sea and part of the adult pool. Food was lovely and shows were amazing. The entertainment team were all very friendly and welcoming!

Great staff and lots for kids of all ages.
Fab pool area for little ones as well as bigger slides for older kids then adults only section as well.
Buffet could be warmer and felt some times the food had been sitting a while drying out under the heat lamps. However was always a good selection and tasty enough
Dream factory was great for snacks at lunch time and after just wish their was fruit available throughout the day for snacks for little one. Just had to remember to to take some from breakfast to do mid morning snack.
Toddlers area (the playground) is great as well. You can go any time but it is manned between 9-2.30 and they put more toys out and have scheduled activities like arts and crafts etc. Marta (I think this was her name) was amazing with the little ones and so helpful explaining what was happening and when.
We went to Asian and Italian themed restaurants. My husband enjoyed the Asian one more than me, I felt the started was quite greasy and main was a bit soggy but I think that was down to my taste and what I ordered as he enjoyed his. Italian was great, very tasty and good selection.
Hotel was spotless, room was very spacious and good size travel cot for out just under 2 year old. They were out cleaning poolside every morning and the inside of the hotel was always immaculate.
I would say download the app and book your speciality dining and shows in advance as these were booked very quickly and that wasn't peak season.
Entertainment was great for kids, with the mini disco every night. We went to the toy circus show in the theatre which our little one loved, although we went to imox and as much as it was a fantastic show I would definitely say it was more for adults or older children, our little one got bored very quickly with that one as not as much colours etc. We didn't manage the carnival show so that might be more suitable for little ones but unsure.
We also found a small swing park about 10 mins walk from the hotel which was always quiet when we went in the morning.

We visited here as a late sixties couple end of February in 8111 with a south facing sea view and had a very good week. Room was huge. It's windy here, yes, with gusts of 40 mph on some days but also lovely sunny days 22 °.
The whole hotel is very clean. Constant sweeping, cleaning, painting etc goes on.
Food and drink were very good with lots of choice, not piping hot ( but microwave available) though not many langoustines/mussels at mealtimes. Cocktails galore here. Just scan QR code at the bar for what's AI. We prebooked and enjoyed the Italian à la carte but preferred the Asian à la carte.
Imox and Papimber show were excellent though seating in theatre is uncomfortable hard plastic seating. Entertainment in lobby bar was varied but quite acceptable - easy listening singers, rock band, saxophonist/flautust. Waiters will bring drinks to table. Room has a lovely ambience
Pleasant coastal walks out the back gate along the front in either direction but not much in the way of shops/restaurants. We took a bus to Los Abrigos, lovely little harbour and walked back along to the hotel. We walked to town of San Blas with a central walkway full of bars, beach shops etc. NB There are not really any big swimming beaches here, just little rocky coves. Bus to Los Cristianos took 30 minutes with bustling promenades with cafes, souvenirs and beaches.
We found all staff to be respectful, polite and friendly.
Plenty of sunbeds. Lots of little kids' entertainment going on. Site is spacious with an adults only section with more limited sunbeds available on sea front with heated infinity pool. 26 degrees.
