Our recent honeymoon/surprise birthday trip was absolutely wonderful. The buffet at the hotel was always well-stocked with a wide variety of delicious food options, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal we ate there. We also had the opportunity to explore and dine at two excellent restaurants, which were both part of our included package. Overall, the hotel was impeccably clean and the entire staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. On top of everything else, we absolutely loved the incredible and highly entertaining in-house show they put on. It was truly spectacular, featuring stunning singing and dancing accompanied by breathtaking acrobatics that left us blown away.
The hotel offers four distinct pools: two for children, one for everyone, and one just for adults. This allows us the flexibility to choose a quieter area if we prefer.

We travelled as a family of four (kids 8 and 10) to the hotel for an easy half term sunny break without knowing what to expect and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The Hotel is kept so clean with service staff constantly fixed, cleaning and brightening it up. I was really impressed.
The shows are exceptional - cirque de soleil style with great costumes and skills.
Food was really good standard and the Italian restaurant in particular was a really fun experience. There wasn’t overbooking so each buffet or restaurant experience felt relaxed. Equally being able to self serve drinks and as hoc snacks meant there wasn’t reliance on finding waiters all the time and made things really easy.
The games and classes put on in the pools were great fun without being cheesy especially the pool fit classes which were always full! Just to call Lucas in the gym was brilliant and I really enjoyed the classes.

I don't recommend this place in November.
The water in the pools was cold. Very cold. Using the pools was unpleasant. We chose that hotel for the children's slides and only used them one day because of the water temperature.
After informing Hotel about it, we received a dismissive reply that the water temperature is maintained between 24-26 degrees Celsius, which I sincerely doubt.
There was a strange, intense odor in the room for the first two days of our stay. Despite being informed by email, no one came to check on the issue. I suspect a very strong cleaning agent was used, but that doesn't explain the discomfort during the first few days.
The lines at the restaurant and the speed at which guests were let into free tables were so long that people standing in line were asking if anyone worked there.
The hotel itself was okay. The food was okay, nothing special, just okay. The room was okay, but the smell was not noticeable for the first two days.
Overall, the stay was not worth the price.

There's a beach nearby for wind sports.
Kite and wind surfing.
It was constantly windy outside. When we went to Costa Adeje or Las Americas, there was no wind.
So, the pool water was cold, the wind was bad, and the kids were sick.
I don't recommend this place in November.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We love this hotel! We came last year in November and absolutely loved it so much that we came back again last week and brought my partners family with us! The hotel itself is excellent, beautiful with lots of facilities for everyone to enjoy. The gym is very decent, my partner and I work out everyday and this is important to us so really glad they had enough equipment for us to do our daily workouts. There are many amazing pools and we booked the swim up rooms that add that little bit of extra luxury! The food is all excellent and the staff are amazing and they really helped us have the most perfect holiday from helping us get the perfect rooms we wanted to sorting a late check out. We usually like to try different places when we go away but this is one hotel we will definitely be returning to regularly! We are excited to come here when we start a family as it is a great family hotel. Definitely recommend you will have an amazing time!

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms and outside areas are incredible. Entertainment and bookable restaurants are fabulous. The buffet all inclusive food however is very poor . It’s cold and lacks taste and I’ve yet to have bread that’s not stale . The only nice thing in the buffet is food cooked to order but it’s usually a long queue for this . If there were nice restaurants in the surrounding area I would not eat in the buffet by sadly there isn’t any decent places to eat locally . This is the only thing that would put me off this hotel as everything else is top class
