Service was by far the best part of the trip. Our pool guys always found a great spot for us Mario and Daniel. Our waiter Jose was very nice and friendly every morning to us. Luis was the man! Definitely made sitting by the pool a lot more enjoyable and hilarious. Always kept everyone around entertained and laughing. Very likable guy. The preferred club bartender who is there majority of the week is great and makes awesome drinks. Very happy with the stay but the workers were the best part and made you feel right at home.

Loved my vacation at Secrets. Had an ocean view and it was really pretty and quiet at night. Was very happy to be on the secrets side and glad not to be at breathless. It was calm and tranquil while breathless reminded me of early 2000 MTV spring break.
Food was good for an all inclusive.
We loved the pool. Shout out to our besties Mario and Daniel who were so kind, Julio and Gibran for being amazing servers and always making sure we had a drink.
Luis in the entertainment crew was unreal! We loved him, looked forward to daily trivia and being summoned for ice cream, that was actually aerobics and making bracelets. He was the life of the party.
Adrian and the hawk, Novak, were so fun to see every day. Adrian was so knowledgeable and excellent at answering all our questions and we wish so badly they had an Instagram page so we can follow along with their adventures in keeping birds away from the resort!
Really fun nighttime activities. We did a paint and sip class, the drag show was FABULOUS, and at casino night, get the table with Manuel.
The big downside for us was no swimming in the ocean.

My boyfriend and I just finished our stay here for 5 nights as my birthday trip & we had a great time! Daniel with the concierge was amazing, always made sure our stay was running smoothly. I did a ton of research before booking & it was everything I wanted! Food was great, we never had a bad meal but definitely preferred Spumante & Rosewater. The buffet was always good too & we loved the midnight tacos! We stayed on the secrets side mostly we loved the pool, service was consistent & fast. We sat on the beach one morning and had a great view. Our room was perfect & housekeeping was great we had no complaints. The view was everything from sunrise to sunset, we booked an ocean view & would do the same again! The drinks were always strong but enjoyable, we loved stopping in the preferred lounge for some mimosas in the morning. The shows were very entertaining too, we saw the neon show & magic show. Overall we'd definitely recommend and we'd stay again! Remember to tip well the staff are so hard working!

I can’t recommend secrets enough. As soon as you get there you are greeted with cold towels and champagne. Instantly as soon as you step on property everyone is caring and willing to help. I can’t say enough great things about all of the staff here. We loved our server Jose at rosewater and the amazing pool guys always serving us with a friendly smile and constantly checking on us!! Luis was always making us laugh and entertained us everyday making us feel very at home and welcomed. At check in Elian and Reuben were amazing and so friendly making our process of check in and check out so seamless. We also were taken care of everyday at the pool by Mario and Daniel greeted everyday and always checked on throughout the day making sure we are being taken care of. Our preferred club bartender was so very kind and always remembered us and made sure to say hello every time we walked by. We can’t wait to visit a secrets again from how wonderfully we were taken care of here. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend this enough. The beaches were also maintained very very well during our stay.

We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend. We loved how the Secrets part was smaller and more relaxed, while being able to go over to the Breathless side for a more energetic feel. Also loved the Rosewater restaurant being right there by the pool with awesome view. We appreciated being able to go to any restaurant and not having to worry about making reservations. We tend to eat early so we didnt have trouble getting in, but the one night we ate later there was a bit of a wait. The staff was so awesome and entertainment was great, we loved the Trivia and Sand Volleyball.
