My sister and I came down for a girls' trip and have had a great time! Our room was always clean and the food was great. Carlos, our butler, was very communicative and helpful. Rocio made the check in process smooth. Jesus and Luis in the Privilege restaurant were excellent. Martine at the dive shop helped us book a great day of snorkeling and swimming in a cenote. And Antonio at the main pool took great care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

Stayed in the Privilege portion of the resort and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. If you needed anything for the room, the staff was helpful and fast. The overall service was absolutely amazing - from the attention to allergies, to making sure you had everything and were having a wonderful time. Sebastian was our go to person when we needed anything. He made all the reservations for our delicious meals, made sure our needs were met, and remembered details we mentioned on the first day (ex remembered it was one of our birthdays on the Saturday and arranged several little surprises throughout the day). Had a wonderful time and am sad to be heading home!

Our honeymoon at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Elizabeth. She was exceptional, seamlessly scheduling all of our reservations exactly when we requested and remaining incredibly attentive to our daily needs. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and we will absolutely return in the future solely because of her dedicated service.We also want to recognize Frankie from the main lobby bar, Angel from the Privileged Lounge, and Marco for their amazing hospitality. They consistently exceeded our expectations—from crafting the best margaritas and providing impeccable service during our romantic dinner, to graciously accommodating us when we missed a dinner reservation. We deeply appreciate everything the team did to make our celebration so special, and we will enthusiastically recommend Ocean Coral & Turquesa to all of our family and friends.

Alexis too and Alejandro at chill out bar are amazing! They are so friendly, very hard working and will make you all the drinks you want...even have another ready and waiting before you are done your 1st. If you don't know what to order, just ask! Go see these guys they are awesome.
They work very hard not only behind the bar but taking drink orders/delivering them around the pool. Please remember to say thank you, give a smile and a tip of gratitude for these hard working people.

Adela, with the Spa..she is very informative and lovely. No pressure to purchase but to be honest..we were going to go with a massage off resort but it was her as a person that had us decided to book a couples massage 💆♀️ 💆♂️ with the spa. Each day at the pool she would say hello, ask about our day.
Yael and Fernanda, were amazing for aqua fit and Zumba, the shows were amazing.
So many more that we would love to mention, even the gardeners were hard working and friendly.

(Review of our entire stay and a special thanks for Joelle, the bartender at Villa Marina bar!)
This was my second stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and it was just as lovely as the first! The service is friendly, the food is good with plenty of options, the rooms are new and clean with great daily cleaning service, the beach and pools are nice and clean. The only two minor complaints I had: the reservation system opens at 10 am and it can be difficult to get reservations for the a la carte restaurants if you don’t book right at 10 am. If you have issues, guest services can help you which is a nice accommodation (for dinner, Hacienda Los Girasoles is my personal favorite while my boyfriend liked the Sensai Japanese restaurant best). Also, if you want a pool chair and aren’t part of the privilege package, you have to get outside very early to reserve a chair. Beach chairs were abundant so we had no issues with chairs there, and the beach was very nice.
We ended up with a leak from the AC in our first room and maintenance was very quick coming to assess the issue, and when they determined they couldn’t fix the issue right away, we were promptly assigned a new room with an ocean view on the top floor (this was a complementary upgrade). Guest services checked in with us multiple times after this change to ensure we were happy with our new room and to see if we had any other requests which I thought was very nice!
It was our first time doing the El Beso package which we enjoyed because we got our own section of beach and access to an additional a la carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Joelle, the bartender at the Villa Marina bar (picture included 🙂), went above and beyond to make special drinks for my boyfriend and I that we loved. He was very attentive, friendly, and clearly loves his job; we made the trek from the beach every day to see him for his drinks! Overall 10/10 experience, 5 stars, would return to this resort without hesitation.
