Joelle and Alejandro bartenders, from villa marina pool have made our vacation at Ocean Coral &. Turquesa Resort very memorable and special. They always greet us with a smile and happiness, making us feel more than welcome - like family and this is our second home!😁❤️ Joelle, especially, you could see made a substantial effort to remember everyone's favorite drinks and greeted us upon every visit to his bar like we were his special guests for the day. What a wonderful, warm personality he has! We have appreciated the hard work and efforts by all of the staff at the resort, to make our stay here so wonderful. We are a group of nine people, comprising three generations to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we are having a terrific vacation in many reasons because of the tremendous hard work of people here at the resort like Joelle & Alejandro! They deserve some special recognition for all of their efforts! Also, Roberto is one of the waiters we had the pleasure of meeting while on our vacation at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa. He provided service to us at the breakfast buffet and also at the Marina restaurant for lunch. He was always a pleasure and was very thoughtful and kind to everyone in our party. He was very attentive to our needs, without being overbearing. His years of experience definitely shone through as he was an exceptional waiter and demonstrated patience with the very young children in our party like it was second nature.

Had a wonderful time at this resort with my in-laws. Big shoutout to Elizabeth for all the fun activities and for her great energy. Special shout-out as well to the whole team at El Beso bistro for their amazing service, particularly ever Ivan, Freddy, Jaisson, and Wilberth. Thanks also to Jesus and Andrea for the bartending/cooking demos, and Rocalie for the volleyball and activities. You all made the stay a great experience! 💖 Oceanfront rooms were unbelievable. 10/10. Cleaning was great as well. Restaurants were pretty good. For the daytime, El Beso was our favorite, and we loved Mike's for coffee, as well as the smoothie bar (very friendly service there too!). For dinner, Blue Moon and Girasoles were the standouts for us. The only downside at this resort was the tier system with privilege and regular booking. In the regular group, it was a lot harder to get chairs on the beach or by the pools, to get restaurant reservations, or to find snacks to go. But really, no complaints, we had a great week and feel very lucky to have had this experience.

We were here for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. Food - Really enjoyed the evening dinners. Bluemoon was the best. The food was excellent and Ricardo our waiter made our experience even better. The Italian, Japanese and Rodizo restaurants were also good. The morning and lunch buffet at Del mar was decent with lots of options. Mike's coffee was a relaxing spot for coffee with great choices. The ice cream place could have been better. Evening Shows and Entertainment - Really enjoyed the Silent party dance night and the Michael Jackson show. Missed the fire show. There is nice spacious outdoor area for entertainment and that was really good with lot of seating and a view from top. My son really enjoyed the Casino night and it was fun watching the foam party. There was live DJ outdoors and live music at lobby most nights. Was a nice addition to the evening/night vibe. General entertainment - There were lot of entertainments at the pool, beach, multi sports area etc. We did participate in some of them and was lot of fun - Quarterback tournament, Ping ping tournament, volleyball, soccer, Aqua gym, Pickleball, Archery etc. The crew was really nice too. Special mention on the bowling alley. We did bowling on multiple occasions and really enjoyed that. Pool and Beach - Wow. There are 4 pools with bars, swim up bars and food around. And lot of activities happening around the pool. The beach was great and sandy. Not too wavy so that was nice. Beach volleyball and soccer was a good break from all the eating and drinking :) and to meet some friendly people. Great for pictures and strolling around - This was one of our best parts of the resort. Lot of excellent spots for taking pictures (Chapel area, Multiple courtyards) and lot of areas to enjoy the scenery and to take nice strolls especially along the paved path overlooking the beach and pool and the palapa walkways. Lot of trees and greenery - very well maintained. The lobby area was huge with lot of comfy seating and a bar with drinks and great coffee. I dont remember their names. But the bartenders were very friendly and made us some fancy drinks. Lobby was a great place to just relax and chill. Friendly animals, birds - You get to see racoons, coati, Agouti, Cats, Birds, iguanas walking around the resort. Dont bother them. Just watch and enjoy ☺️ You may be asked to join the staff for breakfast to discuss some timeshare type options. If you are not interested, just say the same ☺️ Overall I would really recommend this resort !

What a beautiful location, not too big of a resort, not too small either! The food is very good and the resort is impeccable... spotless every where we turn. The El Beso section is great, not a party pool at all... good energy, different classes and activities throughout the day. Elizabeth is a beautiful lady inside and out always so cheerful and helpful! Her lovely energy is such a special treat each day at the pool side. She was always so ready to help if any issue arose... her exercise classes leave you feeling energized and ready to enjoy your Caribbean vacation! The servers are always so cheerful and eager to help with grabbing drinks or cleaning up... We really enjoyed meeting Jorge at a few different locations he was always happy to explain what dishes were and always prompt service! Frankie at the Lobby bar for pre-dinner cocktails or after dinner cappuccino... he was always so friendly and gave services with a smile. If your looking for a party resort... this is not your place... but if your looking for a beautiful Holiday of relaxation and civilized atmosphere this is absolutely amazing... for me and my 10 day stay this was truly a gem!

I came to Ocean Coral & Turquesa and it was a fabulous experience! We used the privilege service and Carlos our butler was amazing. He helped us out with numerous things, from giving us a grand tour, setting up our dinners & our special privilege dinner. He sent us the daily schedule of all resort activities. He promptly helped us with an issue with our shower leaking. My son fell on the walkway & cut his knee and the lifeguard Rodriguez promptly provided Him with bandages. The privilege pool concierge Jose provided wonderful service with iced facecloths, water & drinks. The service was outstanding!
