I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and vibrant at the same time. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas and the beach.
The staff deserve special praise – everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, always with a smile and a kind word.
A very special thank you goes to Romiya, the towel desk lady, who was absolutely the sweetest person I met during my stay. Her warmth, kindness, and positive energy truly stood out, and she made my time at the resort even more memorable. It’s people like her who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.
I truly felt cared for and welcome, and I would happily return anytime. Highly recommended!

Really lovely hotel, second time staying. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t amazing for the first few days but the staff did everything possible to help.
Amazing food, service and entertainment. Special mention to Akash who was so lovely in main restaurant. Highly recommend the other restaurants too - lovely food.
I did Pilates on beach and this was fabulous, thank you to the trainer.
So special at Christmas! Thank you all.

EDIT: The hotel called me to understand the problem and offers a discounted night for me and my family. Appreciate their efforts for the correction course of actions.
Only thing which still bothers me is I did reservation on Accor app and no clear restriction stopping me for booking the room even when I entered my kids ages correct, but still shows in your reply as it was my fault.

Noisy, I can hear noise even when fully closed the window.
room is bad designed with small balcony. you cannot fit normally in the balcony with the chairs and table inside. tv was broken and I have to ask for replacement. AC even ice cold or hot and take forever to cool the room. water pressure is quite low. first time in my life, room so empty that I hear my own voice echoing.
reception have really bad attitude in answer all your question and seems like that what you can got and accept it and move on. I missed my first day lunch because checkin is 3 and lunch ends 3:30. he just told me you missed your lunch sorry.
Ask me to upgrade or cancel exactly one day before as my child just turned 12 after confirming and paying the room and now we have to pay around triple the price because they don’t want to honour what all accor app allow. and have to get permission from the General manager to accept it.
teen club is just few things ps5, 2 arcades and air hockey and it was okay for the kids.
kid club is too young for my kids (however they are in the age range) and have most of the stuff childish.
foul smell everywhere after 7-8 PM till 11 PM.
food is not the best in the main restaurant with bad attitude from most of the waiters. normally I only ask for cold water and the water all the time is room temperature. a la carte restaurant is okay with mediocre quality but considering it’s in all inclusive, then it’s acceptable.
Isle bar have exactly 3 non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, Lancore (box) juices and virgin colada) smoothies are not available through my stay of two nights. with also attitude from the waiters.
explaining the attitude, like as you get a free nights and they treat you as charity case. and even accept it, we don’t care about you we have ton of other guests. no smile, no response just give you what you order and move to the next customer.
the total experience was bad that I didn’t even have one single picture.

This hotel is truly one of the best places for families with kids. There are great facilities and programs, and the kids never get bored. They can play at the kids’ zone according to different time slots, and on the beach there’s even a big bounce castle. There are three large swimming pools, and the water is nicely warm. In the evenings, the shows are honestly at the level of professional performances that you would happily pay a lot of money to see.
I also want to say a special thank-you to the wonderful staff. Noura was so warm and helpful during check-in, Hani was incredibly kind, and Yusuf was very attentive and thoughtful. We truly appreciate everything they did for us.

I recently had the opportunity to meet with the manager Dr at Rixos to discuss some concerns I had regarding my stay. I was very impressed by how seriously they took my feedback; they truly listen to their guests and take immediate action to attend to your needs, which is the most important thing to me.
As a resolution, the manager provided an upgraded room with a much better view. While it wasn't a free upgrade, he offered a very fair discount that felt like a perfect compromise. It showed they value guest satisfaction and want to make things right.
Beyond the great management, the entertainment here is amazing! It really adds a vibrant energy to the stay. I’m leaving much happier knowing that the team here genuinely cares.
