Room clean well maintained minibar restocked daily with beer soft drinks and snacks
As a couple appreciated adults only areas. Infinity pool a lovely chilled out area couple of afternoon's DJ and saxophonist played.
Buffet restaurant had a fabulous selection of food - had to be something to cater for all needs. I also liked how you were shown to a table.
We booked into the Italian, Steak and Turkish restaurants - I thought the idea that this area was set up like a little village was great! You never felt rushed and each had excellent three course choices - some evenings entertainment was at the stage next to this area
We also went to the Italian/toast and burger on a lunch time so again nice to try rather than buffet restaurant.
Plenty of bars around resort most open until 1am - my only criticism was the sports bar (indoor bar) allowed smoking inside. Good choice of sports on TV even put my partners football teams match on for him when he asked
Staff in all areas where extremely polite and credit to the hotel!

My only criticism which is not the hotels fault! Was on s few evenings there was a most diabolical smell not sure if it was from a factory/building works - as I said not alot the hotel could do about this but on those nights had to go to indoor bars when the entertainment was outside
Entertainment team had activities going on during the day and did a fabulous job on an evening some amazing dancers!
Can't really comment on the rest of the activities as went to chill out for a week so didnt try anything else other than the spa!

We are currently midway through our second stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, and once again it has exceeded all expectations. This time we came with my brother’s family and booked a suite room — the space is excellent, beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfect for families.
The culinary team has truly gone above and beyond for us, especially when it comes to preparing fresh meals every day for the babies. Everything tastes authentic and made with care. A special shout-out to Chef Selim, Krishna, and Pradeep for their outstanding work and genuine dedication.
Service across the hotel has been remarkable. Randell and Allen at the Asha Lounge Café consistently deliver outstanding service, and every staff member we’ve met has been warm, attentive, and professional.
A heartfelt thank you to Polina Arzamastseva, the Guest Relations Manager, whose support has been nothing short of perfect. She goes out of her way to make sure every detail is taken care of, and we truly can’t fault a single thing she has done for our family.
We’re already planning our third stay next year. Having visited six other Rixos hotels, we can confidently say that Rixos Bab Al Bahr is by far the best of them all.

It’s been wonderful.
I recently stayed at this beautiful resort with my parents, and it was honestly one of the sweetest, most heart-warming experiences. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel like family. The reception team welcomed us with genuine smiles and a celebration cake, the hotel staff were always ready to assist with anything we needed, and the chefs… wow. Special thanks to chef Mr. Iskender who personalized the meals for me due to my dietary requirements.
The fitness trainers were absolutely wonderful too — friendly, motivating, and so attentive to everyone’s level. Even my parents felt comfortable joining in! They were dancing on the side, but still, they vibed and soaked in the happiness.
Special thanks to Souhayb, who gave me a tour on the facilities and gym, but also all the other team members for making me feel comfortable to join all the classes available.
I would definitely come back, this place has been a blessing and a well deserved getaway for both me - and my parents.

I have stayed at this hotel three times. The hotel is truly elegant and luxurious. The lobby is spacious and bright, offering a delicious variety of drinks and desserts. The rooms are large, and the swimming pool is big with several sections. There is also a dedicated area for children’s games. The breakfast menu is rich and delicious, as well as lunch and dinner. The hotel is very family-friendly, and I really enjoyed staying there.

Had a very nice holiday. Food is very tasty and a la carte restaurants are better than many restaurants in Dubai,especially meat. My son had a great time with activities and the beach. Room was quites spacious and clean. We respect the green inititatives and had our room cleaned when necessary. Enjoyed the show as parents also. Well done
