Worst experience ever.
I regularly get massages and have never experienced anything like this before. I specifically requested a soft to medium pressure massage, yet I ended up with severe muscle pain instead of relief. The pain started on Saturday and is still ongoing. It became so bad that I had to go to the hospital.
I paid for relaxation, not pain. Based on my experience, either the therapist was not properly qualified or something was done incorrectly during the massage.
Unfortunately, the hotel experience was just as disappointing. We booked full board, but in reality, most of the restaurants were fully booked when it was time to make reservations. One day, we couldn’t even have lunch at the hotel.
Dinner was another frustrating experience. After a very long argument, we were told there was no availability and were offered a table outside despite the extreme weather. That was completely unacceptable. The most surprising part was that when we finally entered the restaurant, there were plenty of empty tables, and the staff even asked us where we would like to sit.
Finally, the hotel only has a mixed gym. There is no ladies-only gym, which is an important facility many female guests expect.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I left with an injury instead of feeling refreshed, and the poor organization and service made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel.
I also want to recognize the one staff member who made a positive impression. The waiter at the Turkish restaurant, Baharat (if I remember his name correctly), was exceptional. He was genuinely friendly, full of positive energy, attentive, and incredibly polite. He was the only highlight of our stay and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

What an amazing experience! I originally booked this hotel for just one night, but after seeing the exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, and fantastic facilities, I decided to extend my stay for another night.
A huge thank you to Ms. Nora and Mr. Narish at the reception. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made a big difference and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The hotel has a great vibe, beautiful swimming pools, and plenty of activities to enjoy, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. Everything was clean, well organized, and exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I will definitely come back again and encourage others to experience this wonderful place. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Our first time unforgettable hotel stay in Rixos Bab Albahr.
Rixos has provided a lot of social, sport and kids activities all one the day along with standard hotel services which make your time and day full of activities.
Also we had a wonderful all-inclusive dining experience at the Rixos Hotel in general. The buffet at Seven Heights was delicious, fresh, clean, and offered a great variety of dishes to suit every taste all over the day and other days. Everything was well presented and of excellent quality.
A very special thanks to Chef Arif Uzmen who was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinning experience, and his warm hospitality truly made our dinning visit memorable.
Also would like to thanks Ms. Marjan who had assisted us upon check-in and had provided us a good room.
Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! Naresh from the reception was outstanding and made our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.
The staff at all the restaurants were excellent, always friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Rahul and Febin for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The whole venue is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway in the UAE.
The food was excellent with plenty of variety across the restaurants, and the generosity throughout the stay really stood out. What made the experience even more special was the friendliness of all the staff — from the reception team, to the restaurant and pool staff, and even the housekeeping team. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel genuinely comfortable and taken care of.
This is definitely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had in the UAE and I would highly recommend it for families.
Only one small suggestion for improvement: the adult pool area would be much better if it was restricted to guests aged 21+ instead of 16+. During our stay, some teenagers were quite loud, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere many adults are looking for in that space. Other than that, everything was excellent.
