It is a perfect place if you want to have a relaxed and peaceful time for yourself or if you want to spend lovely time with your kids. Kids activities are interesting and fascinating, my son (5y.o.) loved the performances and mini disco. At the same time there are 16+ zones, where you can have some time for yourself.
The main restaurant offers a good variety of food, everyone can find something to their liking. Meat, fish, seafood, ready dishes or grilled on the spot. Side dishes include vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes and many more. You won't see an artificial abundance for the sake of it, the restaurant demonstrates responsibility and awareness to offer the guests the best experience and avoid food waste.
Cleaning service personell is thorough and helpful, very delicate and respectful. The room was always clean, the towels and bedsheets were fresh, we always had enough water and all the necessary amenities. Many thanks to the cleaning service team and personally to Vijay.
The staff generally is most friendly and helpful, respectful, delicate, responsible and hard-working. The experience of communication with the hotel staff was most pleasant.

Rixos Bab Al Bahar was a wonderful hotel with the politest, friendliest, and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The buffet food selection was excellent, especially the curry section. While the indoor dining area was a bit canteenish, the outside dining area was lovely. The only slight downside was the degree of difficulty in trying to book one of the several restaurants for 9 people (our party) from 3 different rooms to dine at the same time. The system needs changing. The beach was superb with more sunbeds and umbrellas than guests, making it very peaceful. The bar over the restaurants facing the secondary entertainment stage was always relatively quiet and a lovely place to enjoy and drink before or after dinner. All in all, a great holiday, and I would love to return.

Our stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at arrival to the overall experience throughout our stay, everything was seamless and well-organized.
The rooms, dining areas, and all facilities were spotless and perfectly maintained, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing weekend getaway. The dining experience was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality food and beverages. The Ultra All-Inclusive package is definitely the way to go—you can truly enjoy everything without any limitations.
What made the experience even more special was how much our kids loved it. There were so many activities and events designed for children that they were constantly engaged and excited. In fact, there was so much to do that we genuinely felt we didn’t have enough time to explore and enjoy each facility more than once!
A special mention to the beautifully organized Valentine’s Day events—they added a magical touch to our stay and made the occasion truly memorable.
Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for families looking for a fun-filled and luxurious escape. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the rooms were very comfortable while the room service was exceptional. The only disappointment was, we reach at 7:30pm on 13th and therefore missed our lunch, on the following day we didn't have our lunch again and on Sunday 15th while checking out we skipped breakfast and request the front desk to allow us to have lunch but the refused.... having skipped 2 lunches and 1 breakfast they could have considered as they have records... its just 1 meal..... we were very hungry and had a ling drive back.... this very disappoining.... they could have considered as it was just 2 paxs and wouldn't make a difference.... its sad...

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Rixos Hotel. The staff were wonderful—professional, friendly, and always helpful. The food was excellent, with impressive diversity and high quality across all options.
There were plenty of entertainment activities, the swimming pools were fantastic, and the beach was beautiful and very well maintained. The evening programs were especially enjoyable and added a special touch to the overall experience.
It was truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
