From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Natiala and Aran, who set the perfect tone for our trip.The entire team was as great as always—attentive, friendly and professional throughout our stay. We were also highly impressed by the housekeeping staff, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned, spotless and perfectly maintained.A major highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast variety was incredible, offering a fantastic selection of high-quality dishes that catered to every taste.Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah never disappoints us. thanks to its amazing team and top-tier service. We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah Al Hamra Beach Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the location is beautiful, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. Every member of the staff was welcoming and attentive, making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Swami from the Pool Bar for his outstanding kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His excellent service made our stay even more memorable.

Fantastic Family Stay with Incredible Pools and Service!
We stayed for 3 nights, and it is a very good property overall. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four (2 adults, plus kids aged 14 and 12).
The pool area is absolute perfection—definitely one of the largest and best pool setups in Ras Al Khaimah! A special shout-out to Prashanth at the pool bar, who was super cool and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the drink options in a simple, friendly way and made sure we were well taken care of. If you visit, definitely look him up for quick and fantastic service!
Additionally, the private beach access is top-notch.
Overall, this is a wonderful property to enjoy with your kids and family. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay at Sofitel RAKWe had a delightful experience at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah this week. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Muharram at reception warmly welcomed us and kindly offered a three-hour late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His professional guidance added a special touch to our visit. The entire staff impressed us with their politeness and helpfulness, whether at the restaurant, with the buggy riders, or the kids play area team. Special thanks to Mr. Ateeq (Buggy rider).
Everyone was truly dedicated and attentive.The pools were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kids' pool was thoughtfully shaded and had a safe depth of just 0.45 meters, perfect for little ones.
During the buffet dinner, we appreciated the complimentary Arabic sweet, Umm Ali, and fries for our children, which was a nice gesture.The only area for improvement was the hot water in the washroom, which had an unusual yellow tint and could be cleaner.
Overall, Sofitel RAK provided a warm, family-friendly environment with attentive service and excellent facilities. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We had an amazing 2-day staycation at Sofitel Al Hamra Resort to celebrate both mine and my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations.
The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families. The pools, private beach, and all the facilities are outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.
A special thank you to Ms. Sheilyn at the reception. After learning that it was both our birthdays on the same day, she thoughtfully upgraded our experience by allocating us a wonderful room with easy pool access and a beautiful beach view. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration truly special.
To top it all off, the team surprised us with a birthday cake the next morning—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely valued.
Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you to the entire Sofitel Al Hamra team for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
