We had a lovely and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great and had all the essential options, plus a dedicated kids’ section, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Mr. Arjay for his excellent service and warm hospitality.
The beach was exceptionally clean, and the pool was spacious and perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping was also very fast, friendly, and always willing to help.
The only part of our stay that I wish had been better was the spa experience. My therapist, Kadek, was absolutely wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the nearby restaurants, which affected the peaceful atmosphere.

An incredible stay from start to finish.
The pools are enormous, and there's also a dedicated adults-only pool, which was a fantastic addition.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and you could feel it throughout the resort.
I'm quite obsessed with customer service and often find myself disappointed, but this experience was on a completely different level. The service consistently exceeded expectations, and the team was proactive in every interaction. Anything you needed seemed to be taken care of before you even had to ask.
The buffet food was surprisingly excellent, the spa and gym facilities were outstanding, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured beautiful private balconies. The pool bar was fantastic, and the cocktails were superb.
The attention to detail was remarkable. They even returned our car from valet washed, with two cold bottles of water waiting for us for the drive back to Dubai.
Simply amazing.
We'll definitely be coming back.

After an unexpected change of plans, we visited Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the very first phone call to the moment we left the property, every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The resort felt like a true oasis. The beach was beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing day. The level of hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding, and every interaction with the team made us feel valued and well taken care of.
We also enjoyed dining at Sunset Bar, where the food was excellent and the service was equally impressive. The combination of great food, stunning views, and attentive staff made for a memorable experience.
A sincere thank you to the entire Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team for turning our day around and providing such a wonderful experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Beach Resort. The experience was truly impressive from start to finish. The hospitality was luxurious, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of with great professionalism.
Both the in-room services and the outdoor amenities were outstanding. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I’ve visited many resorts across the UAE and in other countries, but this one stands out as the best so far.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and premium getaway!

My family took me to the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for my birthday and it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated and special. They made it a birthday I will never forget.
Most especially, two AMAZING team members at the buffet restaurant definitely stood out:
Jaymar, our waiter during both breakfast and dinner, was an absolute gem. He took the time to learn what each of us liked and handled our many requests with such warmth and attentiveness. He was always checking in to make sure we were having a wonderful time, and you could genuinely tell he cared.
Koko, the pasta bar chef, was also outstanding. I am not exaggerating when I say he made THE best pasta I have ever eaten in my entire life. My siblings and I are huge pasta lovers and we went back for bowl after bowl — it was that good! He also took the time to learn our preferences and orders, and his warmth and dedication are truly world-class.
If you're celebrating something special, or even if you're not, the Waldorf Astoria RAK will make you feel like you are. Highly recommend!!!
