I stayed here and overall had a good experience. The hotel room was a bit smaller than we expected and didn’t fully match our expectations, but the view was really beautiful. The pool and beach areas were great and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax. We also enjoyed activities like table tennis, volleyball, and water volleyball, which added to the experience. One of the best parts was the staff service — everyone was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to “Habiba“ for being friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay with a few areas that could be improved, but still worth it.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Kent at reception was an absolute gem, and the reception is welcoming with a lovely ambience. Brilliant for families. There’s a kids’ play room with ample space and a soft play area, plus a zone for older kids with a PlayStation, racing-car chair, and coloring space (PS is AED 20 per hour). The kids’ pool is great, and you can rent jet skis or let the little ones bounce on the inflatable. Best to go in the evening after 4pm when it’s cooler. Parking is easy, valet service is available, or you can self-park in the basement. Rooms are quiet, but if you’re staying as a couple or solo, avoid connecting rooms as there may be noise. We had a king room with sea view, very comfortable. It has an iron, kettle, hairdryer, and fridge with a safe. All electronics run off a master touchscreen (no buttons), and you can lock/unlock with a keycard or your phone. Overall, the whole family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Karma Buddha Restaurant in Hampton by Hilton. Ms. Asela served us and made our visit truly enjoyable. She greeted us warmly, was very friendly and professional, and assisted us with everything we needed throughout our meal. Her excellent customer service, positive attitude, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued. She went above and beyond to ensure that our order was perfect and that we were comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Karma Buddha Restaurant to anyone visiting Hampton by Hilton, and I would especially like to thank Ms. Asela for her outstanding service. She is truly one of the best servers and a great asset to the restaurant.

5/5 ⭐ Exceptional Staycation – A Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff was incredibly warm, efficient, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, modern, and bright, featuring a balcony with a stunning sea view that was perfect for morning coffee. The resort facilities are top-tier. The temperature-controlled infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and is the perfect spot to lounge all day. Right next to it, the beach is beautifully maintained, clean, and has plenty of sunbeds and fun water activities. A major highlight was the vibrant bar and dining scene on-site. Grabbing drinks at the pool bar was seamless, and having venues like CLAW BBQ right at the property completely elevated our evenings with great food and a lively atmosphere. Whether you want to relax on the private beach or enjoy the energetic pool and dining options, this resort delivers incredible value. We cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be back soon!

Amazing hotel and resort - well equipped for families. Room is so clean and has great amenities - thank you Thaw for your services. The pools are really clean and although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to always find sun loungers. The food as set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in - there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and a great choice for kids too. Even the fussiest will have ample amounts to eat. Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday.

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout. The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Nil, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make the best drinks with a great attitude. My group of friends had a nice staycation at this hotel. It's absolutely luxurious, and the buffet breakfast was totally amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities provided during our stay. We rented a villa that accommodates four people and had a really lovely time here. Kudos, and we're waiting for a good price to visit again.

Great hotel location. The rooms are nice and lots of them have a great view out to the ocean, facilities are also very good with lots of pools (most are temperature controlled) and good access to the beach with lots of loungers for guests. Lots of food options with multiple restaurants and bars - except some places don’t serve food after the early afternoon. Service is sometimes not the best at the restaurants on the beach and by the pool with it taking a long time to get menus and cutlery etc. The staff will also kindly take you in a golf cart to the other side of the hotel if you wish! Or you can of course walk it. Overall a very nice stay at the Hilton.

I recently stayed at Bin Majid Beach Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. A special thanks to Ms. Namrata and Mr. Anesh for their professionalism and hospitality. The reception team did an excellent job and even upgraded my room to one with a sea view, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself and the rooms are showing their age and would definitely benefit from renovation. However, everything was clean and functional. The restaurants and bars were good, and the All Inclusive package offered solid value for money. The hotel grounds are not very large, but they are well organized, diverse, and provide everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is clean, with beautiful desert sand and various water activities available. The pools and water slides were clean and operating properly. My only major concern was safety around the water slides — the tiles can be very slippery, and there are no rubber anti-slip walkways leading to the slides. In the evenings, there are entertainment programs, live shows, and a disco, which help create a fun holiday atmosphere. There is also a nightclub and a massage salon nearby for those looking for additional entertainment. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7/10. It’s a good choice for a complete budget-friendly beach vacation with decent facilities, good food and drinks, and a friendly team.

If horror movies ever need a new filming location, BM Beach Hotel should apply immediately. The room looked like it had survived several natural disasters and then simply given up. Damp walls came complimentary with the booking, apparently. The bathroom was so terrifying I considered holding my breath and my bladder for the entire stay. The bed and furniture seemed to be competing in a “Most Broken Object” contest. Ambience? Imagine a forgotten storage room with slightly better lighting. The food was an impressive achievement in making me miss airplane meals. For the price paid, I genuinely felt like I should have received a partial refund and a written apology. The only reason this review isn’t one star below one star is because the staff were actually welcoming, polite, and tried their best despite the circumstances. Overall, this wasn’t a vacation. It was a survival challenge with a sea view. Would not recommend unless your bucket list includes testing the limits of human disappointment.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, the bed sheets were already dirty and stained, but we ignored it at first. The floors were also dirty and full of stains, and one of the rooms had an AC that was barely working which made the stay very uncomfortable. Later when we requested room cleaning, we waited almost 2 hours for housekeeping to arrive. The cleaner barely cleaned anything and I literally had to keep telling him what needed to be done. When I asked him to change the bedsheets, he replaced them with even dirtier sheets covered in stains. The bathrooms were disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly. There were insects and mosquitoes everywhere in the room which made the whole place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the worst part was that staff members entered our room without permission or proper notice, which is completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. The swimming pools were also very dirty, especially the kids’ pool which looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall this hotel is poorly maintained, dirty, and absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend it to anyone, especially families with children.

We have always had a wonderful experience at BM. All the staff are extremely caring and attentive. Maricel at the Kiddos Club has taught my daughter many different art activities, which she truly enjoys. Essam, Munir, Jayakumar, Kenneth, Amir, Ganesh, Lawrence along with all their colleagues, is genuinely helpful and supportive. Everyone is very friendly with my daughter, and that gives us great peace of mind even when she goes around on her own. The reception team and all the hotel staff are always sweet, humble, and welcoming. We have been visiting this place regularly for a long time now, and it truly feels like an escape from the busy life in Dubai. We will definitely continue coming here in the future as well.

We had an amazing experience at Longbeach Campground! The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything was well-organized and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. One small suggestion for improvement would be to expand the food options. While the Arabic and Indian cuisine offered was delicious, it would be great to see more international choices added to the menu, especially since many foreigners visit the campground. A wider variety would make the experience even more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Longbeach Campground to others! 🌊🏕️

We stayed at The Cove Rotana Resort from 25.05 to 31.05 and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained territory, stunning views, and a fantastic private beach. The food was delicious with a good variety every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Both adults and children enjoyed every moment of our stay. A special thank you to the hotel management for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and making our holiday truly memorable. We will definitely be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah.

My 5 star experience was turned into a nightmare experience, thanks to cinnamon restaurant. Let me take you through this unforgetable journey I checked in around 3, got dressed for the pool with my family by 4 , though my kids enjoyed it, I'll be honest, the pool was not clean, specifically the baby pool. I could literally see dirt settling on the bottom floor with naked eyes.. the slides were good and satisfying. We went back to the room and by 8 we were ready and excited to taste the dinner ( offered complimentary/ half board) of a 5 star resort I can tell you this was by far one of the worst buffet I ever had... Disappointing, frustrating and complete nightmare... I pay 89 aed in laal Qila or barbeque nation and its worth it Being a 5 star rated resort, the kind of food offered was worst than a local cafeteria Infact I they have better taste. The only thing that was perfect was water and aid drinks. It was supposed to be relaxing time with family before I get back to the busy work life however my over-all experience makes me feel I should have opted for al marjan island resort. No chance I am visiting this resort again. I would like to shout out for Mr ahmed, buggy guy who offered us a tour of the entire resort and it was worth the time. I know my reveiw will not make much of difference to the brand , however I would appreciate if this can be taken extremely seriously to avoid future bad experience for other customers. Thank you

It was a very enjoyable stay, mainly thanks to the outstanding staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests happy. Special thanks to Mr. Moataz and Ms. Cristina at the front desk for their warm welcome and professionalism, as well as Ms. Vandana in the restaurant for her excellent service. The bellman, valet team, and housekeeping staff were also consistently helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities are somewhat old, but they are well maintained and still comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the beach, it is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The main drawback was the open buffet restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. The hotel did not seem fully prepared to accommodate the large number of guests at peak times, which affected the overall dining experience. The variety and quality of the food felt more like a “box-ticking” exercise rather than being delivered with real care and passion. Additionally, the lagoons did not match the photos initially. During the first two days, they were heavily affected by green algae. While the team made a visible effort to clean them, they were only partially cleared (around 80%) by the time of checkout. Overall, a very pleasant experience driven by a wonderful team.

My stay at the DoubleTree in RAK had some positives, but several issues prevented a higher rating. The hotel is not animal‑friendly, and there are unnecessary restrictions that create avoidable stress for guests. Simple solutions — such as allowing a signed waiver to heat leftover food purchased from room service — would immediately improve the guest experience. A hotel should simplify a stay, not complicate it. The food experience also fell short. The chicken Caesar salad was not on par with the consistent quality offered at DoubleTree Dubai, and the waiting time for food was unacceptably long. These are basic operational areas that should be aligned across all branches. As a single mother of two, I value empathy, attentiveness, and understanding just as much as facilities. The only person who truly embodied these qualities was AlJamal at check‑in. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to support me and set the tone for my stay. Her service was exceptional. With improvements in flexibility, food quality, and service timing, this hotel could deliver a far more seamless and guest‑focused experience.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree Marjan Island. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a deluxe room with direct garden access, which was perfect for traveling with a toddler. It made it easy for her to move around and enjoy the outdoor space as garden whenever she wanted safely. The resort is extremely family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The heated pools were great, especially during cooler hours. There is a well-sized park, a bouncing castle, and a water park that our toddler absolutely loved (we could use it togetber with our toddler). The beach was another highlight. Very clean, calm, and ideal for families. A small but thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the welcome cookie on arrival, with gluten-free options available. In fact, gluten-free options were easy to find across the resort, which shows how well they cater to different dietary needs. Overall, it was a relaxing, fun, and very comfortable stay, especially for families with young children. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly resort getaway.

We recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah from 28-Feb to 1-Mar and overall had a fantastic experience. The property itself is stunning. The rooms are extremely spacious, impeccably clean, and feel very premium and well-maintained. You can really see the attention to detail. The pool being temperature-controlled made a big difference, and the beach was spotless and beautifully kept. Brilliant hospitality, the staff were professional, courteous, and consistently attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety and great quality across the board. The spa facilities were also excellent — spacious, calming, and very well managed. There are plenty of activities within the hotel as well, including live piano music, falcon experience, and even a traditional belly dancing class for guests, which really adds to the overall experience. There were just two minor areas for improvement. The omelettes at breakfast were slightly below the standard, and the AC in one of our rooms wasn’t functioning properly, which required a few follow-ups with housekeeping. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This is truly been 5 star. Rooms are big and luxurious. All the staff member from room attendants to restaurant crew were simply amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks with our girl Jasmine and we loved it. Kids club- best kids club we found in UAE. Special thanks to kid club member - ROSHIELL she is the most special lady staff we have ever met. She is truly unique. We thank her and would love to come back. Restaurant- I loved the variation and quality of food in Restaurant ( half board) but it was delicious- coffee amazing. 3 weeks its a long time to stay in hotel but food was great quality. Even take out coffe cups, cold coffee- everything spot on. The managers and staff members incredibly friendly and chatty and helpful. Jasmine got a goodbye gift which was so unexpected but appreciated. This is the one hotel that you will miss and would like to come back.

We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for our anniversary, and it was genuinely the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The team is exceptional IN every possible way; warm, attentive, and extremely professional. The hospitality and service were flawless from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with breakfast easily being the best hotel breakfast I’ve had all year. Even the iced coffee was next-level, which is rare for hotels. The room was incredibly spacious for a non-suite, the balcony view was stunning, and the beach and pools were pristine. Every detail felt intentional and premium. Truly top-tier in every sense — we couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

Overall, our stay was good, but there are several areas that could be improved. Upon arrival, we found a very large crowd at the reception desk, which was understandable given the Eid Al Adha holiday period. However, better guest flow management would have made the check-in process much smoother. Offering cold refreshments to guests and children while waiting would also have created a much more welcoming first impression. Unfortunately, although I paid for a Sea View room, the view was not what I expected. While the room technically overlooked the sea, it faced the back side overlooking Al Marjan Island rather than providing a direct front-facing sea view. Room service response times were also quite slow when requesting additional services and amenities. On the positive side, the buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and the service at Seven Heights restaurant was outstanding. The evening entertainment was also enjoyable and added positively to the overall experience. The swimming pools were probably the weakest part of the stay. They were extremely crowded, and there were no organized activities around the pools or beach. As a result, most guests gathered around the pools while the beach remained relatively empty. For families with children, the hotel could benefit greatly from adding a small water park or splash area. Many neighboring resorts on Al Marjan Island offer such facilities, which significantly enhance the family experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with some improvements in guest management, room service responsiveness, and family-friendly facilities, the experience could be even better.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The food was extremely poor in quality and lacked variety. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable, especially the restrooms, which were so dirty that they were practically unusable. The service was terrible. Most of the staff could barely communicate in English, making even simple requests frustrating and time-consuming. The swimming pool was a major concern. Guests were allowed to enter the pool wearing dirty sports clothes and regular clothing, which is completely unhygienic. The pool itself appeared dirty, to the point where we did not feel comfortable using it at all. The hotel should seriously review its hygiene and safety standards. We also paid extra for a late check-out. Although we were given wristbands for this service, they were not properly activated, and our room access stopped working. We had to return to reception and waste even more time while staff tried to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. Another disappointing experience was the buffet service. At exactly 3:30 PM, staff started removing the food, even while guests were still serving themselves. This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor hygiene, terrible service, lack of organization, and low-quality food make it a complete waste of money. There are far better options available. Honestly, the condition of the swimming pool alone is enough to justify a formal complaint. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The Teens Club at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was one of the best parts of the stay. There were so many fun activities, games, and entertainment every day, and the staff were super friendly and energetic. The atmosphere was really fun and welcoming, making it easy to meet new people and enjoy the experience. Everything was well organized, and there was always something exciting to do. I had a wonderful staycation at Pullman Hotel on 6th February, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The reception team made a great first impression with a very smooth and efficient check-in. I was especially impressed when they mentioned, “Sir, your request has been ready”—that level of preparation and attention to detail was truly superb. A special thank you as well for arranging the anniversary cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Stayed one night had a great time, what I paid I feel it was value for money, big rooms, good food & Bevarage, friendly staff who ever you interact to, clean, good buffet setups with good choices, big pool. Beach is little further away but hotel assists you to reach there. Location of hotel is nice but as of now some construction around which is not in hands of hotel but the noise stops in night. Views are good as well. May at Sun Set bar was very friendly & service oriented. Zeeshan at The Exchange was very helpful and the rest of staff as well. They make you feel home actually. Over all very much recommended hotel and I will defiantly stay back again.

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

The buffet food was a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes that catered to every palate. The highlight of our stay was the New Year’s Eve beachfront celebration for 2025. The drone and laser shows, combined with the spectacular fireworks, were nothing short of magical. It was an unforgettable experience that made our New Year’s celebration truly special. BM Beach Resort delivered great value, great fireworks view, and highly satisfactory experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking memorable New Year fireworks!

The hotel offers an international cuisine menu, which is a nice touch for variety. However, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Some dishes lacked freshness, and flavors were inconsistent. While the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality left room for improvement. It’s a fair option if you’re not too picky, but it could definitely be better.

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time. The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations. The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow. We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced. Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same. We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

I stayed at the hotel because of the attractive price. As for the location, it is far from the city center, so the hotel resort does not compensate for this distance. The hotel itself is modeled on large hotel complexes with rather low-rise buildings. On the plus side I can count cleanliness, organization in public areas as well as rooms. The food served did not taste good to me, while one could not complain about the small choice. Very nice, wide and sandy beach where you can relax. On the big minus deserves concrete between the buildings, where it is impossible to stand even for a moment, because the temperature hits your head from this concrete. The hotel is average, while if you appreciate the low price you will be satisfied.
