I really enjoyed my vacation here. One of the best things about my stay was the staff—they were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Their service was fast and professional, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, Pho Pho and Emily, for their outstanding service. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and cooperative, and their positive attitude made a real difference during my stay. Another thing I really loved was the cold swimming pool. It was perfect for cooling down in the hot weather and made swimming much more enjoyable. I also appreciated that the lifeguards were always present, attentive, and focused, which made us feel safe at all times. There was a great variety of activities organized throughout the day, including fun pool activities led by the activities team. The children especially had a wonderful time and really enjoyed participating.

The Kids Club was amazing, with lots of fun activities and great engagement for the children. The pool was absolutely awesome and a highlight of our stay. And the breakfast at Flavours was simply amazing, with a great variety and delicious options to enjoy. This was our second time at Hampton by Hilton, and all the things we returned for were there! The staff is always very kind, very helpful and very accommodating. We actually checked in a room that was right next to the construction site and we could barely hear anything except the noise from it. We asked them to change it and the staff at the reception was very quick to assign us a new, much more peaceful room with a much better view. We really appreciate the service! Breakfast has a great variety, the beach is fun and the pools are good too! The rooms are immaculate and once again we left pleased and ready to come again!

We had a lovely stay at Hilton with our family and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent throughout our stay, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pool and beach closing times. Both the pool and beach access close at 7:00 PM, which was a little disappointing. During the summer, guests usually prefer to use these facilities later in the evening once the weather becomes cooler. We noticed that many other guests felt the same way and were disappointed when they had to leave so early. If Hilton could extend the pool and beach access by even an hour or two during the summer season, it would make the guest experience much better. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily visit again.

From the moment we arrived, Sang from the reception team was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time with the kid. The water slide, swimming pool, and private beach were excellent and kept everyone entertained. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, and it was definitely the best choice. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options, and even my kid really enjoyed every meal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Raof at the front desk, who was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable with his friendly service. Everything was amazing! This was my second time visiting BM Beach Hotel, and once again, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and everything was well organized. I had a very nice and relaxing experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! The dinner could have more variety and a wider selection of dishes. It would be nice to have different options each day, especially for guests staying for several nights.

Our stay at BM Beach Hotel was good and definitely worth the money we paid. Check-in took around 15 minutes while waiting for the room to be ready, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a bit small, but the sea view was very good. However, some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times. The pool was quite crowded and the water slide was busy in the evening, but everyone seemed to be enjoying it. The private beach was more peaceful and relaxing. There is also a kids’ playground, and in the evening there were kids’ activities and a fire show, which added to the experience. Dinner was excellent, while breakfast could have been slightly better. There were some service delays, but the staff tried their best to handle things as quickly as possible. Overall, it is a good resort and worth the price

Good Experience. The man in the reception was too friendly and positive and pool slides was nice, it kept engaging. The other pool was small, If they had bigger and deeper its nice. But the location and amenities was nice. I would recommend this for families and friends who wants enjoy the weekends or weekdays. I felt room services on food beverages was little expensive. We had a wonderful family stay and will definitely be coming back! A special thank you to Cristina for her warm smile and excellent assistance, making both our check-in and check-out experiences smooth and hassle-free. The resort offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. Even during the harsh summer weather, we had a fantastic time enjoying everything with our family. The only suggestions I have are that the food variety could be improved slightly, and the TVs in the rooms are a bit outdated. That said, neither of these affected our overall experience. With so many activities around the resort, we barely spent any time watching TV, and most guests nowadays have their own tablets or laptops if needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and greeted us with genuine smiles. A big thank you as well to all the buggy drivers. They work tirelessly in the extreme summer heat, and every one of them was courteous, professional, and eager to help. Overall, this is an excellent resort for a family getaway. I highly recommend staying for at least 3 to 4 days to fully explore and enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

We stayed at The Cove Rotana Resort from 25.05 to 31.05 and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained territory, stunning views, and a fantastic private beach. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Both adults and children enjoyed every moment of our stay. We visited Rixos Bab Al Bahar recently for a 2 nights stay. Check- in took a bit long, understandable as there was rush and lot of people trying to check- in at the same time however, we got to the counter and the experience was fast. Lunch - All inclusive buffet spread was good ( all the 3 meals) had Indian, salad, dessert, non veg options. Food tasted good specially me being a vegeterian.The waiters were warmly asking and serving for inclusive drinks. The experience was very warm staff is really hard working.However additional drinks options could elevate the experience. Ala carte resturants there are total 7 choices we visited asian one Aja the taste was good they had veg and non veg options. Room - we had a pool side view, the room was neat, clean and comfortable. Facilities - Property is beautifully made. Close to 5 pools, aqua park, resturants, kids play area, sports bar, private beach, very thoughtfully made- toilets easly accesible near all touch points. Sitting areas, Pharmacy and immediate needs shop i what i appreciated. Staff at the pool and all the other resturants were very cooperative and warm.Staff works really hard to keep the property clean early morning late nights. A special thanks to Mr Amit Dalvi for being gracious enough and extremly helpful during our stay. His hospitality is the experience of Rixos hospitality we are taking home.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. The whole venue is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway in the UAE. The food was excellent with plenty of variety across the restaurants, and the generosity throughout the stay really stood out. What made the experience even more special was the friendliness of all the staff — from the reception team, to the restaurant and pool staff, and even the housekeeping team. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel genuinely comfortable and taken care of. This is definitely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had in the UAE and I would highly recommend it for families. Only one small suggestion for improvement: the adult pool area would be much better if it was restricted to guests aged 21+ instead of 16+. During our stay, some teenagers were quite loud, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere many adults are looking for in that space. Other than that, everything was excellent.

When he learned that I have a lactose intolerance, he went above and beyond by preparing special desserts for me every day. This thoughtful gesture made me feel truly cared for and made my stay even more enjoyable. I originally booked a 3-day stay, but because of the excellent service and wonderful experience, I decided to extend my stay for an additional 2 days. The warm welcome with the famous chocolate chip cookies was a lovely touch—I enjoyed them so much that I went back for a second one! 😊 Our kids had an incredible time at the water park, the temperature-controlled kids’ swimming pools, and the Kids Club. There were so many fun activities to keep them entertained, making this the perfect resort for families with children. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the WhatsApp guest service team. Their quick responses and assistance made everything so convenient and added to our wonderful experience. I can only give 5 stars here, but if there were 10 stars, I would happily give them all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back!

​We stayed here this past May and had a wonderful family getaway. Upon arrival, receiving their signature warm cookies at check-in was such a nice touch and set a welcoming tone right away. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. ​Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering plenty of space for the family to relax. The resort itself boasts an amazing pool and beach area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It is exceptionally kids-friendly—our little one was thoroughly entertained thanks to the fantastic mini water park, the huge kids' pool, and the brilliant kids' club. The club offered a great variety of activities and games, including face painting and arts and crafts, which kept the kids highly engaged. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved: ​The Jacuzzi: The area is quite small and easily crowded. It would be much better if it were separated for men and women to allow for more comfort and privacy. ​The Food: We booked the all-inclusive package but found the food quite repetitive between lunch and dinner. The quality and taste could also be improved, as nothing really stood out as a "wow." ​Overall, the fantastic facilities and wonderful staff made it a memorable stay. We’d highly recommend it for families, but hope to see an upgrade in the dining and wellness layout!

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island during the Eid Al Adha holidays. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dirt and debris in the corners of the room, and I had to request housekeeping to come and clean it again. The baby cot provided was also not clean, and I ended up cleaning it myself before letting my child use it. To be fair, the hotel was very busy due to the holiday season, and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The waiters and restaurant staff were especially wonderful with children and made a genuine effort to keep families comfortable. The food quality was acceptable and there was a reasonable variety as part of the all-inclusive package. However, the water park facilities felt old and worn out, and many of the public restrooms had toilets with non-functioning flush systems, which was disappointing for a resort of this category. Overall, while the staff were one of the strongest points of the hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance standards did not meet my expectations. As an all-inclusive family holiday destination, there are better options available in the UAE, and this would probably not be my choice for a future stay. Pros: * Friendly and helpful staff * Excellent attitude towards children * Acceptable food quality * Good all-inclusive concept Cons: * Room cleanliness issues on arrival * Dirty baby cot * Aging water park facilities * Poor maintenance of public restrooms Would I return? Probably not.

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great and had all the essential options, plus a dedicated kids’ section, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Mr. Arjay for his excellent service and warm hospitality. The beach was exceptionally clean, and the pool was spacious and perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping was also very fast, friendly, and always willing to help. The only part of our stay that I wish had been better was the spa experience. My therapist, Kadek, was absolutely wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the nearby restaurants, which affected the peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fabulous evening at the Lexington Grill. We celebrated my husbands birthday and the food was top tier. Presentation of the meals and service was excellent. An incredible stay from start to finish. The pools are enormous, and there's also a dedicated adults-only pool, which was a fantastic addition. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and you could feel it throughout the resort. I'm quite obsessed with customer service and often find myself disappointed, but this experience was on a completely different level. The service consistently exceeded expectations, and the team was proactive in every interaction. Anything you needed seemed to be taken care of before you even had to ask. The buffet food was surprisingly excellent, the spa and gym facilities were outstanding, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured beautiful private balconies. The pool bar was fantastic, and the cocktails were superb. The attention to detail was remarkable. They even returned our car from valet washed, with two cold bottles of water waiting for us for the drive back to Dubai. Simply amazing. We'll definitely be coming back.

My family took me to the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah for my birthday and it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated and special. They made it a birthday I will never forget. Most especially, two AMAZING team members at the buffet restaurant definitely stood out: Jaymar, our waiter during both breakfast and dinner, was an absolute gem. He took the time to learn what each of us liked and handled our many requests with such warmth and attentiveness. He was always checking in to make sure we were having a wonderful time, and you could genuinely tell he cared. Koko, the pasta bar chef, was also outstanding. I am not exaggerating when I say he made THE best pasta I have ever eaten in my entire life. My siblings and I are huge pasta lovers and we went back for bowl after bowl — it was that good! He also took the time to learn our preferences and orders, and his warmth and dedication are truly world-class. If you're celebrating something special, or even if you're not, the Waldorf Astoria RAK will make you feel like you are. Highly recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it truly special with thoughtful surprises, beautiful decorations, and lovely gifts. These little touches meant so much to our family and created unforgettable memories. The entire staff was exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The food was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the resort itself is simply beautiful. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning surroundings, and relaxing environment make it the perfect place to unwind with family. We also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people during our stay. We tried Dar Zellij at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, and what an experience it was. 🤎 From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to Morocco. The beautiful interiors, handcrafted details, warm lanterns and authentic ambience make the experience feel truly special. The food was equally impressive. Expect beautifully balanced flavours with mild spices and a delicious blend of sweet and savoury. We especially loved the chicken dishes, and the banana, date & almond shake with argan oil was absolutely incredible—rich, unique and a must-try. The starters offer a wonderful variety to share, while the desserts are perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. What truly elevated the experience was the team. I honestly haven’t come across a crew so consistently on top of their game. From the warm welcome by the hostess, the attentive bartender, the knowledgeable Moroccan tea sommelier, to every member of the team, the service was exceptional. A special mention to Chef Mohamed and Ashraf for bringing such passion and authenticity to the experience. A beautiful culinary journey through Morocco, right here in Ras Al Khaimah. Loved it, loved it, loved it—and I can’t wait to return.
