During our stay, we had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing—very tasty and it truly reminded me of my childhood.
Special thanks to Zuhair, who was very professional and attentive with the service. Big appreciation to Sous Chef Achraf, who personally brought the food to our table.
The restaurant manager, Zakariya, was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the dining experience even more special.
Many thanks as well to Saed at the reception and Mahmoud, who was very helpful and always ready to find solutions.

My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing.
I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail.
