I recently stayed at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, and the location is perfect for relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.
The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Chaw Su, who works as a waitress. She was extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service during my stay. Her kindness and positive attitude really made my experience even better.
Overall, I had a great stay and truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We are currently staying at the Pullman El Kaima, and the experience has been truly excellent. The staff is incredibly welcoming—always smiling, helpful, and very professional. Everything is well organized, the services are impeccable, and we’re really enjoying our stay.
We also had the chance to chat with a young lady named Shakira, who was especially friendly. Very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, she added an even more pleasant touch to our experience at the hotel.
Honestly, it’s hard to imagine a better stay: the food is great, the atmosphere is perfect, and everyone does their best to make sure guests have a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing.
I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail.
The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. During our stay, we encountered a few minor issues; however, the professionalism and dedication of the staff truly made all the difference. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Zak, one of the managers, whose assistance was exceptional. He handled everything with great professionalism and care, and is undoubtedly an asset to the company. Mahmoud from Guest Relations also deserves recognition for his attentive and courteous service throughout our stay.
We also had the pleasure of dining at Zaitouna Restaurant, where both the cuisine and service were outstanding. Refat and Ramzy provided impeccable hospitality and made our dining experience thoroughly enjoyable.
