I really enjoyed my vacation here. One of the best things about my stay was the staff—they were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Their service was fast and professional, which made my visit even more enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, Pho Pho and Emily, for their outstanding service. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and cooperative, and their positive attitude made a real difference during my stay.
Another thing I really loved was the cold swimming pool. It was perfect for cooling down in the hot weather and made swimming much more enjoyable.
I also appreciated that the lifeguards were always present, attentive, and focused, which made us feel safe at all times. There was a great variety of activities organized throughout the day, including fun pool activities led by the activities team. The children especially had a wonderful time and really enjoyed participating.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Kent, who handled our check-in with exceptional service. His warm welcome and highly efficient approach made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning.
The Kids Club was amazing, with lots of fun activities and great engagement for the children. The pool was absolutely awesome and a highlight of our stay.
And the breakfast at Flavours was simply amazing, with a great variety and delicious options to enjoy.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back!

We had the most wonderful family stay and are leaving with so many special memories. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. What stood out the most was how the staff remembered our children's names and greeted them so warmly each day. It made our family feel so valued and truly at home.
The team were always attentive, kind and happy to help with anything we needed, and their hospitality made all the difference to our stay. It's the little personal touches that turn a lovely hotel into a truly memorable experience.

This was our second time at Hampton by Hilton, and all the things we returned for were there! The staff is always very kind, very helpful and very accommodating. We actually checked in a room that was right next to the construction site and we could barely hear anything except the noise from it. We asked them to change it and the staff at the reception was very quick to assign us a new, much more peaceful room with a much better view. We really appreciate the service! Breakfast has a great variety, the beach is fun and the pools are good too! The rooms are immaculate and once again we left pleased and ready to come again!
