⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly unforgettable stay at The Cove Rotana Resort!
We planned a short 2-day staycation at The Cove Rotana, but the experience was so delightful that we couldn’t resist extending our trip. The property itself is breathtaking with its peaceful lagoon views and beautiful architecture. It feels like a little Mediterranean escape right here in the UAE.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home and a little extra special. This trip was about surprising my husband, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Personal requirements were taken care of with so much warmth and attention.
Huge thank you to Amir at the reception for a smooth check-in and making our extension hassle-free. At the restaurants, Nandhu, Sheryl, and Anastasia served us with such kindness and smiles that every meal felt like a celebration.
The spa experience was an absolute highlight. Ahmed did a wonderful job, and Salem along with the team made sure everything was relaxing and well arranged.
A big appreciation to the staff who were super quick with luggage and room services, making things easy and comfortable throughout our stay.
Most of all, a heartfelt thank you to Syed Rishabh for planning the special surprise for my husband and ensuring our date night turned into a memory we will cherish forever.
We left with happy hearts and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a magical and personalized staycation experience! 💙✨

We chose Cove because we heard many good reviews, but honestly it was a very disappointing experience
We booked and upgraded to a villa to celebrate a birthday
We started the day at the sunset pool where the staff were rude to us, he didn’t allow us to have any drinks because it was the day we checked in, an he’s the same staff member who didn’t allow us to have drinks the day after because we were checking out, when am I allowed to have drinks?
We went to the buffet to eat, i don’t know where to even start from. The dishes smelled off, the food was inedible, there wasn’t much to choose from to eat so we left feeing hungrier than we came, as the only food we could eat was pineapple.
We went to shower after; the water was freezing cold, we called the reception to help, they said they couldn’t help us. I had to go to the reception and speak to the manager to get it fixed!! Or else no one would’ve listened to us.
The manager Mohammad Sonbol was really nice to us, he gave us access to the BBQ that was supposed to be “fully booked” as the receptionist informed us earlier in the day. And it was empty!!
The breakfast today morning, it was the same disaster in terms of smell and variety of food, even poached egg weren’t an option.
As I go twice a month to RAK for staycations, this would be my last time in Cove and I will make sure to share this review online so other people don’t face the same problem when pay 5K for one night in a hotel where it’s supposed to be an all inclusive and clean 5 star hotel.

Our recent stay at The Cove was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in, everything felt effortless, luxurious, and completely relaxing. The entire resort radiates calm and comfort — beautifully maintained grounds, stunning ocean views, and staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.
We chose the all-inclusive package, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Having everything taken care of made the experience so stress-free — meals & drinks were all included, which allowed us to fully unwind and just enjoy ourselves. Every meal was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether we were having breakfast overlooking the water, enjoying lunch by the pool, or savoring a beautifully prepared dinner, the food quality and presentation were consistently five-star. The cocktails were delicious too — expertly made and always served with a smile!
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with an incredible view that made it hard to leave each morning. The housekeeping team was attentive and discreet, keeping everything fresh and perfect throughout our stay. The attention to detail in the design and amenities made it feel like a true luxury escape.
And I can’t say enough good things about the spa — it was honestly the highlight of the entire trip. If you visit The Cove, make sure you book at least one spa treatment; it’s an absolute must!
The resort itself offers plenty to do, from lounging by the pool with a cocktail in hand to joining in on fun water activities or just exploring the nearby area. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.
All in all, The Cove delivered one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The combination of the stunning setting, exceptional service, incredible food, and the most relaxing spa experience imaginable made this trip truly special. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our next visit.
If you’re considering booking a stay — especially the all-inclusive package — do it! You won’t regret it. It’s the perfect destination for couples, friends, or anyone who just wants to escape and be completely taken care of.

Special thanks to our waiter Mr. Farhan, who is extraordinary nice ! There is no doubt about it, that this service of him might be the best service I experinced in my life!
Also, the Animation-team (especially Mr. Ashan ans Mrs. Dhanir) where really nice!
Playing volleyball and darts with them were great fun! I really enjoyed it!
