I would like to sincerely thank Robin Hood Hotel and all the organizers for an absolutely wonderful and magical family holiday that we spent during the Christmas holidays 🎄✨ I visited this hotel many years ago, about 20 years ago, when it had just opened and was considered one of the best hotels in Spain. Even back then, I dreamed of one day bringing my son here. This year that dream finally came true — we arrived as a family with our younger son, and we experienced a true Christmas fairy tale. The hotel offers an incredible variety of activities and services for both children and adults. Even in winter, the water park was open, with several slides. The weather was good, and my son was extremely happy — he even swam and dived several times. Of course, summer must be even more enjoyable, but winter was also fantastic. We also loved the: mini golf, table games and various activities, skate park, where my son spent a lot of time, a unique children’s area with laser shooting, climbing walls, and the hotel’s own horse stable, where we enjoyed visiting and seeing the horses. Despite the many years that have passed, the hotel has truly maintained its high standards. The cozy chalets are very comfortable, with separate bedrooms for children and adults and a living room — perfect for families. There are many playgrounds designed for different age groups. It was very special for me to introduce my son to the kind heroes of Robin Hood. Although modern children know different characters today, my son is familiar with this story and was deeply inspired. He loved climbing the magical tree and taking photos with knights and fairy-tale characters. The staff and animation team deserve special praise — everyone was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. Truly amazing people. The hotel also has two large gaming zones with arcade machines (including air hockey) and a room with gaming consoles, although we simply didn’t have enough time to try everything. For Christmas, the hotel was beautifully and warmly decorated, creating a lovely festive atmosphere. There was even an ice rink with artificial ice, which we all enjoyed very much. Regarding the food, I would like to comment on those who mentioned a lack of variety. Our family is vegetarian, and we found a wide and diverse selection of dishes every day. Everything was delicious and made with high-quality products. We travel a lot and have stayed in many resorts and chain hotels, and this hotel really stood out for the quality of its ingredients and well-known brands. A very special thank you to Head Chef Thomas ❤️ Knowing that we are vegetarians, he even prepared personal dishes for us, although the daily selection was already more than sufficient. Everything was absolutely delicious. My son, who is quite a picky eater, still remembers the burger Chef Thomas made for us, while we especially loved the vegetarian paella and all the other dishes. I would also like to express my gratitude to Andrey, a wonderful member of the restaurant staff, and to all hotel employees — from reception and housekeeping to the bar staff Lazaros and others.Everyone was always polite, kind, and helpful. The Christmas program was outstanding. The performance by Iván Gonzalo was absolutely amazing — his show exceeded all expectations. I am a big fan of Michael Jackson and have seen the musical in London, and I can honestly say that Iván’s choreography and charisma impressed me even more. We will definitely return to this beautiful and magical world of Robin Hood. Thank you so much to the entire team! This place is brilliant for kids. Have so much to do but different from.being there a few years ago like having to pay for games room now and food restaurants changed You used to get cooked steak that they would do in front of u and also more restaurants you could go in without having to book them. Food is standard but always something for everyone to eat. Rooms are better than before as last time we came they didn't have separate bedrooms for kids so more privacy for them, always clean although should be mopped everyday because you cant walk round with no shoes on cause ur feet are black. The only thing that bothered me this time is the locals that were staying at resort where rude and never que like we do. They push infront of you and sometimes even barge you without apologising. Think there needs to be signs or something about queing and being fair to other guests that have paid to come and have a nice holiday. The pools where good as always it was hot so nice to jump in. I didnt mind the new bands now to open doors and tap for drinks and food this is alot easier for everyone and staff did say it was to make sure that if guests get ill they know what you have drank each time. Also better for older kids if they need to go back to room. Overall happy and would go back as if have in the past. Only thing i would suggest is there are other things to do there but no idea where these was so could do with a activity guide to show you where things are. Also with entertainment sometimes got cancelled or changed. Would be nice to be notified as we was waiting for oasis tribute but staff said it changed but we wasn't aware and also entertaining staff could go round and talk to guests to get to know them and let us know what activities are on so we could take part.

The accommodation is great, beds are decent but the food is vile! You are better to go in town, I have translated this from Spanish to English so the likely tourists will avoid. As a local from Alicante please avoid eating there. And there's not enough covering for food, like people were sneezing and coughing on food which is a major hygiene issue! The staff are freindly. But I reccomend getting a food delivery or go to main benidorm

The best thing about this place is the entertainment! We went ultra and had a premium lodge and it wa she best money I have spent! So glad I did. Entertainment team is so good especially Joseph who went the extra mile for us all. He made this holiday even more special. The rest of the team are lovely too. Most staff are nice at the bars and the premium restaurants are also fantastic especially in the lion heart.

We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.
