Stayed in loads of hotels in Benidorm as we visit all time. This is mine and the wife's favourite of them all. Good clean rooms, decent food, and friendly staff. Can't speak to the pool etc as it was winter when we visited. Good to note that you get a 25% discount card to use in their other venues like Morgan's and The Western.

This hotel is a great location, very clean, maid service daily towels chsnged, the staff can't do enough for you. We asked for a room change when we arrived it was done for us within 20 minutes. Great variety of food all fresh and replenished often. Pool area with lits of sunbeds available all very clean too. We've already booked for next year. Highly recommend.

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. The staff on the reception were brilliant. Explained everything that we needed to know. The rooms were very modern and look like they’ve just been renovated. They have a surf shack vibe and the bathroom and balcony were brilliant the pool area is great not too busy and getting beds for the day was no problem at all in the evening they have entertainment in two areas first is by the pool on the stage where they have multiple acts on throughout the evening. And in the explorers bar which is a fantastic little bar they have three acts on nightly absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect right on the strip and if you’re worried about that don’t Be? The rooms are very well insulated from Sound. I have been to Benidorm numerous amounts of time. I would say its one of the best I have stayed in the food and the food area is so good if you are A fussy eater well they have lots of variety for you to choose from and the food was plentiful And was great quality. If this is a vindication of how good this house is I have come back and booked again for the Christmas period and will definitely be back next year.

Fantastic location, central to the bars & shops. My pictures show the view from our balcony. They have walk in showers.
Food is very mediocre. Nothing exciting. The few times my husband & I ate the food it was cold so we ate elsewhere.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. They have recently had a makeover & it looks good. You'll see the pictures of our room that I took.

Me and partner decided to go to the spa, we were not staying at the hotel.
We got the full body massage as a couple and it was absolutely amazing. Very clean, professional, polite and welcoming. I highly recommend the spa services here if you are looking for a massage/spa day.
The spa itself had a steam room, sauna, ice room, inferred showers and the pool had plenty of different jets
