Everything was wonderful. Congratulations to the chefs for the excellent food. There was no need to add salt or any other seasoning—the flavor was perfect. The swimming pool was very large, with plenty of sun loungers available, and the staff were extremely friendly. Lots of activities for kids.The rooms were spacious and clean. A perfect 10/10.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the bar service. Guests with the all-inclusive wristband could not serve themselves the soft drinks and had to wait in the same queue as those paying for their drinks. However, this is understandable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Meliá hotel was such an amazing experience, the entertainment team did amazing performances every single night and smashed each and every one of them, everybody was so lovely and welcoming towards us as soon as we arrived. I would like to give a big shout out to Pablo, Anas and Ava for making our time very enjoyable with their fun personalities and making sure we had the best time ever! I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to benidorm☺️

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the entire team. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and highly professional, always going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed.
The hotel itself was excellent, and our stay was perfect in every way. The level of service was outstanding, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the whole team.
We would like to thank everyone for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable, especially Rosa, Verónica, Ángel, Evas, Maykel, Cintia, María, Youleisy, Alejandro and Carlos. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

The entertainment team were super on this holiday. The staff around the pool with both my boys were friendly and kind. Eva, Marlos, Pablo, cris and Jose were helpful and their attention to detail was fabulous. The tribute acts were good and their attention atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The cleaning team left gestures throughout our stay, little chocolates on the pillows and juice for our boys. Folding pjs and leaving water too! The superior family room was perfect for us and the level 1 access made it extra special. The young lady who checked us unit the hotel on May 24th was so attentive. She arranged for a cake for my son’s 11th birthday and it was a nice surprise on the night of his birthday when we returned to the room. Perfect location. The only downside was the children not allowed to play with a soft ball or have inflatables in the pool. This did spoil our time around the pool a bit as we’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels and this has never been a problem there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The Blackwell Family

Had a lovely few days relaxing at Melia Benidorm. First time using Melia and the Level up service.
Level check in is on floor P. Staff very friendly and gave full explanation of the service. We struggled to find Level up benefits in simple terms, so hopefully this will explain
Breakfast - 8am waiter service, breakfast ordered from menu, small open buffet pastrys etc. Juices/coffes etc.
Snacks from 8am-9pm including unlimited wines, beer, soft drinks, fruit juices, water. Tea/coffee. Nuts, crisp, pastry, fruit, muffins, biscuits
Alcoholic spirits 5pm-7pm mixture from flavoured gins, vodka, baileys, Barcelo, Aproloz, whiskey etc. Good range and good measures, all branded.
Tapas 5pm-7pm hummus, guacamole, pickles, little boats of savoury snack, sandwiches, crackers, cheese etc fruit platters, cakes etc. Good variety.
Lunch/main meal are in buffet however you can not take your drinks you have from the Level room into it. Youbhave to buy drinks at lunch/evening meal seperately. Bottle of water €3.50 euro.
Towel cards are €10 euro each deopsit, returned when you return your card. Towels can be changed daily by the sos men next to kids zone.
Each night you get a choclocate and bottle of water delivered to your room, turn over service.
Staff really friendly, pleasant and always cleaning and accomodating. Pools large even when busy plenty of space to enjoy. Plenty of sun beds too.
Only negative I would say is you wait for the lifts, during busy times around main meal times. Sometimes had to wait 15 mins. But overall great hotel.
Rock and roll great entertainment over the road. Bus outside hotel €2 each to old town, benidorm centre 10 mins get 50, 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 every regular. Same returning over road.
