Can't fault anything about the hotel we arrived on boxing day for 2 weeks. All staff absolutely brilliant. Reception staff couldn't do enough for you. Young Spanish girl on reception really lovely. All staff in restaurant great especially Marilyn. Food was great. We were only half board but they catered for everyone. We stayed in room 805 rooms were lovely. Cleaners were great. Will definitely be coming back again. Keep up the good work. 👍👍🇪🇸

Stay somewhere else. The location itself is wonderful—the beaches and coastal restaurants are fantastic. Unfortunately, Flamingo Beach Resort is a major disappointment. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and no information is provided at check-in. Instead, guests are frequently reprimanded for rules that were never explained. You’re not allowed to take a beer to your room or even into the dining hall, which makes little sense. The food is bad and can tell it’s mass produced. Theres one included beer option, and others for a small up charge, but the bar didn’t have the additional options available, despite advertising on the shelf. The gym is extremely outdated, the sauna must be requested at the front desk, and the jacuzzi is cold. The rooms are dated, poorly cleaned, and the shower temperature is inconsistent. There is also no soundproofing, so noise from neighboring rooms and outside is constant. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel, at best. We’re glad to be leaving.

We went here for an All Inclusive week in November 2024. Overall, we had a nice break in the hotel. We stayed in the Annex on the 12th floor, which was good. The room was spacious, the bed was large and super comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. The balcony was big enough. The only thing we did not enjoy about the room was in the bathroom, you could smell sewer gas coming up through the sink plughole. We solved this most of the time by wetting toilet paper and fitting it in the plug hole when not being used. We couldn't put in a plug, as there was not one. We never complained to the hotel about it, but did mention it on checkout, but I got the impression it would be forgotten about. Due to this, I now carry with us 4 different sized plugs in case it happens again somewhere else. The kitchen was sufficient and had a large fridge and smaller freezer, that was perfect for us.
The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. They went above and beyond and were all a credit to the hotel.
We had no complaints about the food. There was always something you could have, but virtually everything we tried was good. I don't like Spanish style bacon, and that was the only thing I never enjoyed and we ate out for breakfast a few times, at Bar Titanic, 5 minutes from the Hotel, which was lovely. The drink's selection was good on AI, Cruzcampo was the lager of choice. There was always something to eat if you were peckish. The entertainment was your typical AI fare. Some were good, some were bad and some were brilliant. We did see Pablo Bloom, who we've wanted to see for a while, and he was good.
We have booked again for 11 nights in October 2026 as we really enjoyed the hotel.
We felt the hotel was in a good location, and it was relatively in a quiet area and is only a 14-minute walk to llavent beach (0.7mile) and 10 minutes from the outdoor market.

Perfect for an adults only break. Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is to a high standard. Food was good, varied well cooked on my all inclusive stay. The staff were all friendly and courteous without being overbearing. All in all, excellent value for money.

Big rooms which were nice and clean and cleaned daily if needed. No double bed just two singles pushed together. The food for lunch and dinner is nice with plenty of choice but breakfast is not so good. The all inclusive drinks are ok just not much choice.really. Some staff are very friendly others not so nice. Both pools are freezing we went at the end of September and expected the water to be a bit warmer but neither get the sun all day so not enough to heat the water, the sea was warmer. Entertainment was a bit boring at night with bingo and karaoke and a singer most nights. Great location for old and new town easy to walk to both within 10 minutes.
**AVOID THE MASSAGE We paid 65€ each for a massage I had reflexology which consisted of an hour of lower leg rubbing really hard to the point of bruising below my knee with about 3 minutes total on my feet and my partner had Thai oil massage, the girl knelt on his bottom and pressed that hard he thinks he’s cracked a rib so was in agony the rest of the holiday. Definitely not relaxing for either of us. There’s plenty more massage parlours that aren’t in a store room under the hotel next door. Probably will not go back.
