Perfect place to stay as long as your ok with walking up a hill, which we were ok with. Although the hotel provide a bus service to the main streets. Rooms were always clean with clean towels as and when required. Breakfast selection was lovely! Staff all friendly. The pool looked lovely with a bar aswell, games and music but we didnt use it during our stay as its was always so busy & my son isnt comfortable being around crowds of people.

Overall not a bad hotel. Breakfast was early and not very nice but it was enough. The pool gets very deep very fast so everyone bunches up at one end. Pool bar is expensive. Rooms are decent, tidy and clean enough. Apart from our mini fridge which had a strangely overwhelming scent of cajun chicken for some reason?
The lifts however.... Oh my Lord.
We were staying on the 9th floor. We could be waiting for up to 10 minutes for a small lift that only fits 4 people. If we had bags with us the lift would beep and we would have to leave someone behind to wait for another lift. It caused us a lot of grief throughout the holiday.
Also, the hotel is on a steep hill which is difficult to climb in the heat, but taxis are not expensive and are easy to get so we mostly used them to get back.
Although, one of the days, they dressed our beds and we found that the blue sheets that were laid across the end of the bed were on the floor and my friends teddy bear was found under the bed, though it was on the bed when we left. Most of the other days however the beds were dressed neatly and the teddy bears were placed on the bed which was funny and we appreciated it.

Just got home from a great holiday. Hotel was great: very prompt with cleaning everyday, air-con was great. We had breakfast and there was a large variety of foods and drinks. Food and drinks round the pool were lovely too and staff were attentive and kind. The young man round the pool was very good, always made sure safety came first and helped everyone with questions and concerns. Hotel is up the hill in a location that’s an under 10 minute walk to everything and a short trip to old town. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel
First of all, there were some positive aspects. The food in the restaurant was good, with a decent variety and something for everyone. The croissants were particularly delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very disappointing, especially considering that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
The location is not ideal, as the hotel is located on a hill and requires quite a bit of walking uphill. We had a rental car, but finding parking nearby was extremely difficult. The hotel charges €15 per day for parking, which we found quite expensive.
Our room was also in poor condition. The faux-leather headboard was heavily scratched and worn and looked very unhygienic. The bed was essentially two single mattresses pushed together, which meant there was an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The doors were old and had visible cracks, and overall, the room was in need of renovation.
Cleanliness was another major issue. The room was already not properly cleaned when we arrived: there were stains on the bedside tables, the bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned, and the floor had not been cleaned properly either. We even left a tip for the cleaner, but unfortunately the cleaning did not improve much. We also had to ask for the bed linen to be changed, which unfortunately involved some discussion.
We also had problems with the air conditioning. During the first two full days, water was leaking from the air-conditioning unit in the ceiling and created a puddle on the floor. We had to contact reception twice before the problem was properly fixed. Someone came during the day, but the leak continued and the floor was left dirty. Eventually, someone came back later that evening and fixed the issue.
The sauna was out of service when we wanted to use it. Of the three elevators, only two were working, and they were extremely slow, resulting in long waiting times. We were only on the second floor, so we usually used the stairs, but this must have been particularly inconvenient for guests staying on the higher floors.
We did not use the pool, but it looked quite small for the size of the hotel and significantly smaller than it appears in the photos.
One more thing to note: each guest only receives one bath towel. If you plan to use the pool or go to the beach, I recommend bringing your own beach towels.
Overall, while the food and restaurant service were good, the cleanliness, room condition and maintenance issues were far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The location is well out the way from the main strip so its quiet at nigjt which is great.
Rooms are a decent size, however we noticed that they weren't the best quality. Door handles were hanging off, there is a fag burn in our settee. The toilet is stained.
Staff are wonderful though. Very nice and polite.
