We recently stayed at The Presidente hotel and were so impressed with the hotel and it's staff. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean overlooking the pool, bed very comfortable. Lovely house keeping staff). There was a small fridge which was included in the price and came in very handy. The safe was a good size and only cost around 10 euros for our 10 night stay. The food was excellent, a good choice each day. Danni the restaurant manager was so helpful and knowledgeable with my vegan dietary requirements and made meal times very easy. The chefs made some wonderful tasty meals and desserts. His team including Antonio, Estafania and Laura all were friendly and went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. Thank you to you all, we had a fabulous time and will definitely visit you again and will recommend such a wonderful hotel to family and friends.

We stayed at Hotel Presidente in April for my son’s 19th birthday, after also visiting last year for his 18th, and once again the hotel was exceptional.
The room was excellent, the food was great throughout, and the whole hotel felt clean, well-run, welcoming, and relaxed.
My son has disabilities, and travelling alone with him can sometimes be challenging, but the staff were absolutely incredible. Reception, the restaurant team, the bar staff and the club downstairs all treated him with kindness, patience, respect and dignity.
The team spoke directly to him, made him feel welcome every day, and helped give him real confidence and independence during the holiday. One member of staff even gave him the time and encouragement to order drinks in Spanish, which was a massive moment for him.
As a parent, I cannot explain how much it meant to see him feel safe, included and valued. The hotel also helped return belongings we accidentally left behind, and the service was excellent again.
We will not stay anywhere else in Benidorm. A truly special hotel with wonderful people

Basic room was very basic. We should have upgraded to premium. It’s fine for a one night stay but we did not have any desire to walk around the graffiti covered concrete area around the hotel. The lobby was fine, restaurants were good, but we would not stay here again. Service was great.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, very posh looking and the staff at the front were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were big enough, the air con was great althought our rooms fan did not work. Then we figured out that our blacony door did not shut completely (AKA lock).
We also had issues with the door, the frame was loose from the wall and would shake badly and the door you would have to force shut as it got stuck on the locks.
Our keys (there was 2) we only had one functioning at first which was okay. Until it stopped working and then we had 2 keys none working.
Reception helped restart/ reset them.
We found the cleaners only had a small brush and pan for the floors so after a beach day the sand stuck in the rooms for the week.
They did refresh the toilet roll and towels and gave us extra pillows though.
Our room was on the side of the hotel facing a lap dancing place, where the women would come out getting people to visit, as well as 2 resteraunts watching into the balcony window at all times, balcony screens werent tinted so we put towles over them for privacy.
You could hear everything at night as it is situated near pubs and bars so every night was quite loud, past 11pm.
The food was atrocious, every meal you got atleast one good tasting thing on your plate.
A lot of meats were seriously under cooked such as sausages being pink through the middle, fish would still have bones in but not stated, and allergens were not accounted for as it is buffet style.
Breakfast never changed, it was the same every morning.
The bars were good and drinks were very well priced.
Oh and no free drinks at tea time, only at breakfast, had to pay for water bottles...
Pool area was lovely, great space lovely jacuzzi.
Would not stay in this area or hotel again.

It’s a lovely hotel. Very close to all the bars. Food is nice. Drinks are cheap. My only down fall is I feel like I’m youngest person here. Everyone here is between 40 to 60 ish. I’m only 26 years old and partner is 28. So we both feel very young here.
