After five days of hell in Gold Arcos with no hot water, I moved to Hotel Presidente, the best decision I could have made. What an amazing hotel, incredible staff, and fantastic atmosphere. The food is absolutely stunning, and the New Year’s Eve entertainment and gala were the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel truly had everything on NYE, and it was planned with total precision. Every single member of staff has been amazing, treating guests like royalty. They should all be extremely proud of how perfectly they delivered such a spectacular New Year’s Eve. I have loved this hotel so much that I’ve already booked to return for next New Year. A huge thank you to everyone at Hotel Presidente. I still have two days left and I really don’t want to go home!

We stayed 19th December until 29th,the hotel is first class,all areas very clean,and all staff are friendly (and happy!)and can't do enough for you,that includes all area's. We have stayed before and had a street facing room,which was good,and not noisey,this time we opted for a pool view,(we thought we'd get more sun)probably would've done,had the sun come out!The food was very good at all times(always something you'd like)The Xmas day was absolutely fantastic ,from breakfast ,to Cocktails,to Gala buffet lunch(which they included people on half board basis)then entertainment,then another great meal,then more entertainment...Its a great hotel,great location,....so great we got home and booked two more visits May and December

A lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly stayed on pool side no outside noise what so ever. Great powerful showers. Good options for food, only down side is the queue for the English bacon and no free water with lunch and evening meals. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable we asked for a sunny warm room and got exactly what we asked for however the lift system was chaotic and caused numerous problems staff were ok the restaurant choice was good but food was served onto cold plates for me a big no no I would hesitate to book again because they were unable to cope especially as they were not particularly busy

I have n0t been abroad for 5 years, i have been to Presidente 5 times,it has always been a great hotel , but since the refurb it it is outstanding, from the moment you go to reception the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially LETICIA, VICTORIA, PAULA and LENY and of course NACHO the whole hotel is spotless, including reception, lifts restaurant bar E,T,C the restaurant staff was brillant especially DANI and FIDELDA, the food was absolutely brill the best food i heave ever had in hotels in benidorm and i have been to many over 16 years , the choices were great there was several meats to pick from lamb beef chicken pork at the same time the veg and varied potatoes , also a great variety of sweets/desserts, also excellent choice for breakfast and show cooking, the pool and bar area were also excellent spotlesss, there was cleaners all over the hotel who was also polite and friendly and kept your room very clean and fresh towels everyday can't wait to go back next year sometime To all the staff thank you (( "Por ayudarme a tener unas vacaciones geniales" ))holiday, because i think the start of a great holiday is having a clean room and excellent food and choice All the best Robby
