From first impressions, check in was very quick and easy. The reception staff were friendly, attentive and made the process very easy. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable. The balconies are spacious, commanding great views.
The all inclusive has a wide range of alcoholic drinks, international beers, spirits, wine, cocktails 🍸 coffees ☕️ and soft drinks. The bar staff are very friendly and make fabulous cocktails.Unfortunately the restaurant was quite underwhelming, slightly chaotic 😳 however the staff did their best to find us a table. The offer in terms of food was more canteen like and first come first served. The Christmas lunch wasn't the best. The two live singers were good. We found a table. Put drinks down, went to get our food and came back to someone sitting there and the waiter had removed our drinks. Definitely not a very festive, enjoyable or relaxing Christmas dinner. No pigs in blankets, no mash potato, no sprouts, no roast potatoes, no parsnips, no Christmas pudding or Christmas cake. The tables had no festive decorations or a cracker to pull 👎 The live entertainment (singers) in the downstairs bar were good 👍
The evening dinner (Christmas Day) was probably the worst meal up to now. Very little choice, nothing warm and tasteless. I felt so sorry for those that went out today thinking tonight's meal would be the Christmas meal. Breakfast could be so good, unfortunately the bacon, eggs, sausages (poor quality) hash browns, beans scrambled egg, omelette and mushrooms etc were all cold. 😔 I think the hotel offers so much in terms of quality service, friendly and attentive staff, good entertainment, great selection of drinks, fantastic rooms and facilities. The huge elephant 🐘 in the room is the food and chaotic way the restaurant is managed, that is not down to the hard working restaurant staff, it solely lies with the hotel management. ✨️ 🌟 🌟

Stayed here whilst doing the Benidorm 10K event.
Hotel looks nice enough. Bed is comfy but stayed in better places. Bar prices reasonable. Staff friendly.
Issues:
Breakfast - food not labelled , especially an issue when a vegetarian. At times food was not replaced when emptied by other customers. Toaster - waste of time.
Room - far too hot, even with balcony door open. Air was muggy. Air con was not working due to time of year.
Shower - bith dangerous. Thermostat on the taps need sorting as can go scolding to freezing at every occasion.
Water - complete loss of water one morning.
Toilet - flush mechanism broke and had to be fixed.
Spa - they advertise a spa but you have to pay for it !! Roughly €50+ for a couple to use the pool there etc, no treatments. Daylight robbery !

The room was lovely. Very spacious. The shower and toilet areas were partially separated, making it a bit more private if both of you need to use the bathroom. We had a view of the city, which was beautiful at night. On the other side were mountains, and we're spectacular especially in the morning.
There was a super king size bed. However, the sheets were not well fitting. The mattress topper kept on moving, and exposed the rather dirty mattress. They had a bed sheet, topped with the duvet (without cover), and another sheet on top, so I my face came in contact with the duvet that had a brown spot on it.
I went in December, so under the law, the whole hotel had to switch off the AC, and the room was 28oC when we walked in. We had to open the balcony door to cool the room down, which meant music into the early hours (beyond 2:30, which is when I fell asleep).
The balcony was also very spacious. The side that faces the pool/city also gets sun.
We played ping pong and met the very friendly lifeguard, Johnny.
We had half board. Even while the hotel was pretty empty, the food selection was still wide. There was always something tasty, like beef stew, roast pork, turkey. There was always pizza and chips, cheeses, ice cream and a wide selection of fruit and cakes.
Location wise, it was still good. It was surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the walk to the beach wasn't bad.

Area of the hotel is nice, at the top of the road which leads down to the beach, strip and bars/restaurants. Great tribute acts across the road also...... unfortunately that's the best part...... rooms are so dated, first room we were in was dirty,no water, stained walls. Our room key failed 4times,in one go, even the receptionist couldn't open door.....After 2hrs finally got inside, changed rooms but on a high floor so dad couldn't enjoy view as got vertigo. Food was just a massive mish-mash nothing went together. Hotplates under salad area, all other areas were cold. The hot food just had headlamps, unless you like limp salad or lukewarm food,(I'd hate to see this place in the hight of summer!!!
One bar staff on lobby bar, pool bar opened when they decided to. Wasmt clear what dribks were all-inclusive (ud think nearly all drinks were)! Spa was smelly, half the treatment showers didn't work. Broken tiles. And had to pay extra for haircap+foot socks.
Definitely disappointed, for the price we paid in Oct for 4daya all-inclusive. Ate out 3of those days. 4* no way 2-3*at the most!!

Completely faultless!
Check-in was welcoming and made me feel like a person, not just a guest.
The food in this hotel!!!!! Absolute credit to the chefs & the waiter a star.
All of the areas of the hotel that I visited was clean and well kept, even the pool area despite it being December.
