Coming towards the end of our holiday...we have had a wonderful time pools are lovely and clean and you dont have to fight for sunbeds..lovely food plenty of variety....rooms are spacious and clean. cleaners do a wonderful job.. everyday they cleaned our room...great location would definitely come again..air con isn't the greatest could do with improvement but rooms do get cool over night however they do do there best with lots of fans in the restaurant area..The mattress are soooo comfortable I've not had a sleepless night...I've read some negative reviews and think some have been over exaggerated, everybody has there own personal preferences however I've stayed at a few hotels some with better air-conditioning but with awful food which you have to eat out...Here air-conditioning is not that great but the food is wonderful...Also great service good selection of branded drinks is a bonus.
Lovely sandy beach but stay away from the end as lots of very large rocks in the sea which is a nightmare to get through to get to swim so I recommend the middle of the beach...

This is a lovely hotel and located in a really good area - away from the madness of the strip but within walking distance.
Pros - Views from the extensive sized balcony are beautiful. Rooms are a great size and beds are comfortable. Kettle and tea/coffee/sugar supplied in our Premium Club rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good choice of food at all meal times. Premium spirits included in all inclusive.
Cons - The cleaners were not very good on our floor (14) literally came in made beds, emptied bins and left, cups not washed/changed, tea, sugar etc not replenished when used. Towels that were put in the bath to be changed folded up and put back to use again. The cleanliness of our rooms was poor on arrival - hand prints on glass, hair on the floor, other people's tooth brush splashes around the back splash of the sink. Mould on ceiling above the shower, cracked paint and limescale around cubical. Room was very dusty.
Overall a really great hotel - we had a great stay but rooms need renovation and a good clean. We've stayed in other local 3 star hotels and the rooms are immaculate, so was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

What a great hotel.
The staff are all fantastic. Special shout out for Hassan
The room comfortable and clean. Separate bath. Need to take your own kettle.
Food, great selection. We were all inclusive. Always room to sit. Chef cooking fresh meat. Drinks available.
Drinks great.... if not a little strong for me!
Across the road some pubs and tribute places and food places including take outs. Rock and roll place across the road good acts but cash only.
Lidi across the road.
10 min walk to the strip, we walked through to get to old town. Not good. Offered drugs three times!!!
Old Town beautiful. Lovely pubs, restaurants and great for shopping.
Great location. Great price and such lovely staff.

Levante Club and Spa-
We have just returned from a stay at Levante Club & Spa, and overall we had a really enjoyable holiday. It offered great value for money, and we would definitely return if we visited Benidorm again.
The food was one of the highlights of our stay. While there wasn't a huge selection, everything we tried was cooked to a very high standard and tasted fresh and delicious. We'd much rather have quality over quantity, and the hotel certainly delivered on that.
The pool areas were lovely. We personally preferred the smaller, quieter pool as the main pool could become quite lively during the day, but both were well maintained. There were also plenty of sun loungers available throughout our stay, and we never struggled to find one despite the rule against reserving them.
The location was ideal. It's far enough away from the main strip that nights were peaceful, but still only around a 10–15 minute walk to the beach and all the attractions.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job replenishing towels, bedding, and other essentials.
One thing that really stood out was how incredibly hard all the staff work. They spend long hours in very hot temperatures while wearing long-sleeved uniforms, yet they remain friendly and professional throughout. They deserve a lot of credit. I didn't drink because I'm pregnant, but my family commented that the all-inclusive drinks were excellent, with plenty of well-known branded spirits included.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the public areas wasn't particularly effective, especially considering the size of the hotel. The dining room staff had clearly tried to help by placing fans around, which was appreciated.
The public toilets also needed cleaning more frequently. Unfortunately, this wasn't entirely the hotel's fault, as on several occasions they had been left in a disgusting state by other guests, with faeces or vomit left behind. Adults really should know better.
The evening bar could also benefit from having a few more staff on duty. The team work incredibly hard, but queues became quite long during busy periods simply because there weren't enough people serving.
Although this is an adults-only hotel, some guests behaved more loudly and rowdily than children, particularly around the main pool and in the evenings. That's obviously not something the hotel can completely control, but it's worth bearing in mind if you're looking for total peace and quiet.
The only other small disappointment was that inflatable pool floats weren't allowed.
As someone who is pregnant, I found this hotel to be a great choice. The quieter pool, comfortable rooms, good food, and peaceful location made it a relaxing place to stay. Overall, we felt we received excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Lust for Life
Stayed for 10 days in a luxury suite. The room itself is really nice! When we arrived it was clean and the staff was so helpfull.
The level of cleanliness varied by day (different cleaner?). But overall it was ok.
Breakfast is sufficient and there's enough to choose from. Again nice staff here as well!
The pools are beautiful and there are enough sunbeds (we visited in April).
Nearby there are pubs and restaurant. And the beach is a 10 minute walk for us.
I really recommend visiting the spa (swimwear required). It's beautiful and clean and again the staff is friendly.
I didn't use the gym, because I initially thought it was somewhere else (empty room with a sign that said "gym" 😂). However, the gym is located near the sauna. Too bad I didn't know that sooner because it looked good!
Tip for the hotel: It's a shame that the luxury suites don't have comfortable chairs on the balcony. It would be nice if they were adjustable. Or why not a lounger? 😉
The only thing that disappointed me was the indoor pool. It wasn't clean (altho there was a sign stating the last inspection). There was rubbish and hair floating in the water.
