I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it.
From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was poor. Staff appeared uninterested in helping guests and basic requests seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. What was most concerning was the attitude of the reception manager, who came across as dismissive, disinterested, and unwilling to address any concerns raised. Rather than listening and attempting to resolve issues, they made us feel as though our feedback was unwelcome.
One incident perfectly summed up the level of service we experienced. We asked reception to arrange a taxi to the airport and were told to take a seat and wait. After sitting there for some time, we later discovered that the taxi driver had been waiting outside for approximately 15 minutes. When the driver asked reception where we were, rather than making any effort to inform us or apologise for the oversight, the reception staff simply shrugged their shoulders in complete dismissal. This lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy was both frustrating and unprofessional.
The lack of professionalism and customer care throughout our stay was shocking. Hospitality should be about making guests feel valued and welcome, but unfortunately this hotel delivered the exact opposite experience. The service was indifferent, communication was poor, and there was a complete absence of accountability when problems arose.
Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, attentive staff, or a welcoming atmosphere. There are far better options available where guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

This hotel has serious health and safety concerns about its water supply.
A sign was placed on Tuesday saying to not use the water and showers on Thursday due to maintenance works. As you can see they have used wording such as “strictly forbidden”, making it seem like the water would be unsafe to use.
However, on Wednesday after brushing my teeth the water started to come out of the tap as shown in the video. When we went to reception they told us that the maintenance works had taken place that day instead.
I told them this was unacceptable as people had been using dirty water all day then. The very rude receptionist then told me that I should never drink the water in Spain (disregarding the fact people would be using the water to shower and brush their teeth). When I informed her that that is untrue because I live in Spain and drink the tap water and know over 99% of the tap water here is safe to consume. The receptionist (named Lillian) became very rude and very confrontational to us. She was actually laughing in my face as I told her.
These issues with the water then still contained into the next day with the maintenance having to come in to the rooms to check water, soft drinks being unavailable for a time because they could not use the fountain, and some of the spa facilities being unavailable.
There was a general sewage smell often around the hotel, outside and in the rooms. Therefore, I believe they have some serious issues with their pipes and water supply. This leads me to question the health and safety of the hotel.
Furthermore, at breakfast this morning the chef at live cooking station left a frying pan unattended which caused a pan fire. It took a few minutes for any staff to notice this and put it out!
In general, the hotel seems very understaffed, especially in the dining room.
Overall, I would not recommend at all.

What a great hotel.
The staff are all fantastic. Special shout out for Hassan
The room comfortable and clean. Separate bath. Need to take your own kettle.
Food, great selection. We were all inclusive. Always room to sit. Chef cooking fresh meat. Drinks available.
Drinks great.... if not a little strong for me!
Across the road some pubs and tribute places and food places including take outs. Rock and roll place across the road good acts but cash only.
Lidi across the road.
10 min walk to the strip, we walked through to get to old town. Not good. Offered drugs three times!!!
Old Town beautiful. Lovely pubs, restaurants and great for shopping.
Great location. Great price and such lovely staff.

Stayed for 10 days in a luxury suite. The room itself is really nice! When we arrived it was clean and the staff was so helpfull.
The level of cleanliness varied by day (different cleaner?). But overall it was ok.
Breakfast is sufficient and there's enough to choose from. Again nice staff here as well!
The pools are beautiful and there are enough sunbeds (we visited in April).
Nearby there are pubs and restaurant. And the beach is a 10 minute walk for us.
I really recommend visiting the spa (swimwear required). It's beautiful and clean and again the staff is friendly.
I didn't use the gym, because I initially thought it was somewhere else (empty room with a sign that said "gym" 😂). However, the gym is located near the sauna. Too bad I didn't know that sooner because it looked good!
Tip for the hotel: It's a shame that the luxury suites don't have comfortable chairs on the balcony. It would be nice if they were adjustable. Or why not a lounger? 😉
The only thing that disappointed me was the indoor pool. It wasn't clean (altho there was a sign stating the last inspection). There was rubbish and hair floating in the water.

From first impressions, check in was very quick and easy. The reception staff were friendly, attentive and made the process very easy. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable. The balconies are spacious, commanding great views.
The all inclusive has a wide range of alcoholic drinks, international beers, spirits, wine, cocktails 🍸 coffees ☕️ and soft drinks. The bar staff are very friendly and make fabulous cocktails.Unfortunately the restaurant was quite underwhelming, slightly chaotic 😳 however the staff did their best to find us a table. The offer in terms of food was more canteen like and first come first served. The Christmas lunch wasn't the best. The two live singers were good. We found a table. Put drinks down, went to get our food and came back to someone sitting there and the waiter had removed our drinks. Definitely not a very festive, enjoyable or relaxing Christmas dinner. No pigs in blankets, no mash potato, no sprouts, no roast potatoes, no parsnips, no Christmas pudding or Christmas cake. The tables had no festive decorations or a cracker to pull 👎 The live entertainment (singers) in the downstairs bar were good 👍
The evening dinner (Christmas Day) was probably the worst meal up to now. Very little choice, nothing warm and tasteless. I felt so sorry for those that went out today thinking tonight's meal would be the Christmas meal. Breakfast could be so good, unfortunately the bacon, eggs, sausages (poor quality) hash browns, beans scrambled egg, omelette and mushrooms etc were all cold. 😔 I think the hotel offers so much in terms of quality service, friendly and attentive staff, good entertainment, great selection of drinks, fantastic rooms and facilities. The huge elephant 🐘 in the room is the food and chaotic way the restaurant is managed, that is not down to the hard working restaurant staff, it solely lies with the hotel management. ✨️ 🌟 🌟
