Had a great stay here. The food in the main restaurant was good, the drinks likewise. The bus links made it easy to visit Lindos and Rhodes. Plenty of daily activities to join in on.
The highlight was definitely the staff. We got engaged during our trip, and the team went above and beyond to make it special just from us mentioning it. Special thanks to Robert for the recognition and to the whole team for making it so memorable.
Suggestion for improvement: It would be great to have a tea/coffee station in reception for guests arriving on night flights who need to wait until check-in.
Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, mainly thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout my stay.
A special mention goes to the animation team—they brought such great energy every day and made the experience much more fun and engaging. They were enthusiastic, inclusive, and clearly care about making guests have a good time.
Overall, the atmosphere was warm and positive, and the staff truly made this place stand out. I would definitely come back.

Great First Impression – Modern, Welcoming & Excellent Value
Our first impression of Leonardo Kolymbia Resort in Rhodes was extremely positive. There was plenty of free parking available, which made arriving by car very easy and stress-free. The check-in staff were very welcoming and helpful, and because we arrived on a late flight, they kindly arranged sandwiches and bottled water in our room, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated after a long journey.
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. The room itself was lovely and definitely felt worthy of its 5-star rating. It was very modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was also spotless and well equipped, with extras such as slippers, bathrobes, vanity kits, and even sewing sets, which added a really nice touch of comfort.
The food offered a good variety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including some vegetarian options. Breakfast tends to remain similar each day, but the hotel does a great job of changing dishes for lunch and dinner, which keeps things interesting throughout the stay. The dessert selection was slightly limited, though the ice cream was particularly lovely. One small improvement would be clearer labelling of desserts to indicate whether they contain alcohol or gelatin, but the staff were always very accommodating and happy to answer any questions about the food, doing their best to help with dietary queries.
There are also plenty of activities available, including a games/mini arcade room, pool table, table tennis, and volleyball, plus the hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach, which is a huge bonus.
Overall, this was an amazing and very affordable stay with fantastic amenities. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, and the atmosphere makes it perfect for families with children, couples, or really anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Rhodes. A wonderful first impression and somewhere we would happily recommend.

We have not even left yet and yet I feel it is only right to leave a 5 star review. The staff is always friendly, everybody..the food is always good, everywhere. The rooms are functional, clean, modern, well equipped, Internet is extremely stable, fast and hassle free which allows for serious remote working. The towels are new and comfy and can be changed FOC everyday, the pool is beautiful, there are plenty of sunbeds of different sizes. It is handy having a mini market on site.
Minor minor disappointments: the beach is not right there and it is not the most beautiful one. the water in the pool could be a tad warmer (April), sometimes there are no available parking spaces, the music at the pool is a little loud at times, there are not always ping pong balls to play that game, the animation team is...young and a little crazy.
Overall excellent value for money, we would definetely come back.

First class hotel, spotlessly clean extremely helpful staff. Special mention to Stakis barman on pool bar great memory and service, Alan the slightly manic animation team leader and his deputies Mar and Karlie who work tirelessly to make your days memorable.
Never anything to much trouble.
Highly recommend.
