A wonderful twelve-day stay at Mitsis Alila in Rhodes!
We had an amazing time: beautiful weather, stunning views, and very enjoyable heated pools. The hotel also offers plenty of activities for children (bubble parties, mascot dance shows, kids club, water slides in a heated pool…), which is a real advantage for families.
As for the restaurants, everything is excellent. The “main restaurant” offers a wide variety of fresh dishes. Special mention goes to the Greek desserts — kantaif, baklava, and galactopita — as well as to the lovely lady preparing omelets in the morning, always with a smile!
Compared to last year, we noticed a clear improvement in the quality of the beach snacks (pizza, pasta boxes, burgers, nuggets), which is greatly appreciated.
The staff is incredibly attentive, always friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.
And finally, a BIG THANK YOU to Iordanis, simply the best bartender ever! His cocktails are delicious, he takes great care of every guest, and always has a kind word and thoughtful attention for everyone.
We can’t wait to come back. Without a doubt, the best hotel in the Mitsis chain!

Fabulously appointed hotel with excellent welcoming hospitality. Expensive but absolutely value for money. Loud music until 11pm each night so request a room further from the centre if this could be an issue for you. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss but so many other things more than made up for this. Plentiful towels available for beach use. Food of high quality and plentiful. Spa services were available and we had a leg massage as ran the Rhodes 10km but I recommend that you do not pay extra for spa use beyond treatments. The jacuzzi and massage pools were cold and felt a little dirty. Outdoor swimming pools heated and non heated were lovely to use especially at 7am. Small personal annoyance was the Sunbed reservation system meaning that beds were limited if you wanted one poolside in the afternoon, but we went out of season so there were beds available on the beach. Any slight nitpicking is to give a rounded view but I would absolutely recommend and return. I would love to visit the grand when it reopens as it is a slightly more central location for the old town.

Amazing "Kosher-Friendly" Experience – Highly Recommended!
We stayed at the Mitsis Selection Alila this past May, and it was truly a perfect vacation from start to finish. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests' specific needs, look no further.
Outstanding Service & Kosher Accommodations
What stood out the most was how incredibly "Kosher Friendly" they were. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with every request.
A special mention must go to the Food & Beverage Manager From our very first day, she made sure we had everything we needed and lacked for nothing. She even went as far as giving us her personal phone number to ensure we could reach out if we had any questions or specific requirements. Her kindness and dedication made a world of difference to our stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made this one of our most memorable trips. We cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and for making us feel so at home.

Phenomenal stay!
The hotel is stunningly aesthetic, with spacious and exceptionally comfortable rooms. The food was phenomenal, especially in the a la carte restaurants.
The location is also beautiful, within walking distance of a lovely park with peacocks and close to Rhodes town center.
A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, with a special shoutout to the concierge for organizing our early morning transport to the Tui Rhodes Marathon. Highly recommendend!

Morning Breakfast was superb.
A lovely gentleman Panagiotis was very attentive and patient with us. The buffet spread was exceptional.
We can't fault the excellent service throughout the hotel!

100% recommend this hotel. Great with the kids, very attentive and super friendly staff. Lovely rooms with breathtaking views. The food was fresh and very tasty.
