Amazing "Kosher-Friendly" Experience – Highly Recommended!
We stayed at the Mitsis Selection Alila this past May, and it was truly a perfect vacation from start to finish. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests' specific needs, look no further.
Outstanding Service & Kosher Accommodations
What stood out the most was how incredibly "Kosher Friendly" they were. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with every request.
A special mention must go to the Food & Beverage Manager From our very first day, she made sure we had everything we needed and lacked for nothing. She even went as far as giving us her personal phone number to ensure we could reach out if we had any questions or specific requirements. Her kindness and dedication made a world of difference to our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Alila as a family with two kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning, spotless, and full of great activities that kept both adults and children happy.
The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive.
What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us.

I cannot say a single bad thing about this place. The service is impeccable, the food is exquisite, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. I think this is one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The beds are very comfortable, the drinks are so delicious. It was just a perfect holiday, and we will definitely be coming back again. Also Rhodes is such a beautiful island and the greeks are so friendly and hospitable. they

My wife and I stayed at the Mitsis Alila hotel for 6 days last week for a relaxing vacation by ourselves.
The hotel surpassed our expectations.
The Alila is a luxurious 5 star all inclusive hotel. There are so many options for food. In addition to the main dining room there are a number of unique restaurants. Greek , Asiatic, Italian, Brunch, Wok, Tex Mex, Pita ,Food truck on the beach etc. The food was very tasty and there were an abundance of different possibilities to try. A favourite is the Creperie which offered amazing desserts throughout most of the day. The different bars throughout the hotel also offered top notch brand name alcoholic drinks.
The service from all the staff is outstanding and responded quickly and positively to any request.
We had booked a room with a view of the beach, but upon arriving received an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool.
The room was well designed but did show some signs of ageing.
There also was a shortage of USB and USB-C outlets in the room which really should be rectified .
The public pools were great including a heated adult only one.
All the public areas, the lobby, the sun decks, the grounds and the hallways were continously being cleaned.
In summary the Alila is probably the best hotel in the whole of Rhodes
We are definitely going to return next year.

We had a really nice stay. Everything is perfect. Liked the different kind of foods and all the staff. Calypso, Frankie en Illias at the Poolbar were very nice. Also Dimitra and her colleague at the restaurant. Aris and Sakis are really kind. Thanks for the good stay.
