I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful five-star hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and exceptional professionalism. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect.
The room was spotless, spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every modern comfort. The hotel’s facilities were beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. The pool, spa, and other amenities were exceptional, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly premium experience.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the staff’s commitment to making every guest feel special. Their outstanding service turned an already beautiful stay into an unforgettable one.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true five-star experience. I will definitely be returning, and it absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!

The best time at Mitsis selection Alila! The staff were incredible and very attentive. I have a disability (wheelchair user) and they would always ensure we had sunbeds and made the pool very accessible. Incredible breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar staff. Always taken care of us. Jenny made our experience extra special always coming down to speak to me at my level and ensuring that we always had drinks and snacks. penny at the pool was also amazing at getting the pool lift and even went there extra mile to asks if we would like drinks at the pool which was served by the lovely Stella who has a heart of gold. Bonus little shout out to Elias and Jacob Who are two of the kindest bartenders I have ever met always making sure we were topped up. Probably the best holiday with the kind of stuff I have ever experienced! If you’re thinking about picking this hotel, especially if you have a disability don’t think twice just book it!

We are very happy to stay in this hotel Mitsas Alila. Main restaurant provide food service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dimitris is standing at the front door. He is very attentive and helpful. He is ready to resolve any issues with dishes. Maria is young but very good with her duties. Nikos knows his job as well. His service is outstanding. Meal is tasty and delicious. We are very satisfied. Thanks that you care about your visitors.

The food is very good for an all-inclusive hotel, and the selection of alcoholic drinks is surprisingly decent, including Johnnie Walker Black Label, Bulleit Bourbon, Jack Daniel’s, Famous Grouse, and other well-known brands.
One thing I strongly disliked was the drinks service in the main dining room. Guests cannot pour their own drinks and must ask a waitress every time they want something. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast is excellent, but the soft drinks served during the rest of the day are poor quality. A better option is to bring drinks from your minibar, which is restocked daily and included in the all-inclusive package.
The hotel has Italian, Greek, and Asian à la carte restaurants, and all three are very good. However, dinner reservations must be made through the hotel’s app, usually around a week in advance. Book as early as possible, or you may not find dinner availability.
Another negative point is the food court on level -1, which has a very unpleasant smell of frying.
Overall, the excellent staff and good-quality food were the strongest parts of our stay. The hotel offers a pleasant family holiday, but the dated rooms, rocky beach, small pool, inconvenient drinks service, and need to reserve restaurants far in advance are worth knowing about before booking.

A fantastic place, everything is clean, new, and meticulously maintained. Considering the size of the hotel and the number of recreational and restaurant options on offer, I think the hotel is well-maintained and well-run. The staff, waiters, and waitresses were friendly and respectful every day, even though many worked long hours. The hotel offers several restaurants with fantastic food, which I have no complaints about. There's also a dessert, ice cream, and coffee corner, two takeout places, a gym, and several other places to spend time. The buffet was also excellent and rotated to ensure freshness and deliciousness. Personally, I was pleasantly surprised because the food was fantastic and the selection was huge. I think everyone could find something they liked, which isn't the case with every hotel. The swimming pools and children's playground were also well-maintained, and the staff made every effort to ensure everyone was happy. Our family deserves a special thank you to all the staff and the people who ran the children's club, as the girls made every effort to ensure the children were happy and content. From what I saw from my own children, the first thing they asked was when the club would be open. I could go on and on about the hotel's many advantages, and for anyone wondering if it's worth it, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Best regards and thank you.
