These are definitely the kind of holidays that stay with you and make you want to come back again. A special mention goes to Gregoria at the bar, who made our experience even more enjoyable. She was always incredibly kind, friendly and attentive, with a genuine smile on her face. Her warm and welcoming attitude, professionalism and excellent service made every visit to the bar feel special. And, of course, the cocktails she prepared were absolutely amazing!
Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back!

We are not first in Mitsis hotels but first time in Rhodes. We came with two kids for a week and it worth every penny spent. The rooms are so comfortable for families with kids. Kids have two proper single beds in the separated area in the room that can give privacy for parents and kids if glass door in the middle is shut. Alila has in own private beach with vast amount of sun beds and umbrellas. We never had to go early to hold the beds, they are always were available at any time of the day. I used SPA and had deep tissue massage due to stiffness in my neck. It was super professional and I felt relief straight away. SPA visit if highly recommended.
The special small food areas like Tea room with crepes, waffles, amazing cakes and ice cream and Pita was absolutely winner for our kids. Food is very high quality with lots of local dishes and big variety for any diet. We would highly recommend Mitsis Alila in Rhodes and any Mitsis hotels. We never been disappointed.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Mitsis Alila in Rhodes.
Everything was excellent, from the hotel facilities to the quality and variety of the food. But above all, we would like to highlight the amazing staff and the exceptional service we received throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Ifigeneva, Luiza, Bejte and Rania, who were always there to help, solve any issue and answer every question with a big smile and a genuinely warm attitude.
Their service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The best time at Mitsis selection Alila! The staff were incredible and very attentive. I have a disability (wheelchair user) and they would always ensure we had sunbeds and made the pool very accessible. Incredible breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar staff. Always taken care of us. Jenny made our experience extra special always coming down to speak to me at my level and ensuring that we always had drinks and snacks. penny at the pool was also amazing at getting the pool lift and even went there extra mile to asks if we would like drinks at the pool which was served by the lovely Stella who has a heart of gold. Bonus little shout out to Elias and Jacob Who are two of the kindest bartenders I have ever met always making sure we were topped up. Probably the best holiday with the kind of stuff I have ever experienced! If you’re thinking about picking this hotel, especially if you have a disability don’t think twice just book it!
