Staff were so lovely and accommodating. If you are planning to do a trip at the old town in Rhodes do it. The hotel booked a taxi for you and stopped right outside the castle and costed us €15 for a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
Food at the hotel were so good, the Italian restaurant was just beautiful, my 10 year old enjoyed it.
The pool was very cold and salty and thats the only thing we complained about🤣
Worth the money and so much to do at the hotel for the kids and adult, you won't get bored. The entertainment at night was just brilliant, every night was different and they were amazing, no faults ro give.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eden roc hotel. We Would highly recommend for families. The staff were incredible, especially the ladies at the kids club. Our little boy loved them.
The food was amazing, they have 8 restaurants on site and we were really impressed with the food quality and choice of the buffet.
The entertainment through the day at the beach and on a night was also fantastic.
We would encourage any families looking at this hotel to give it a go as we had an amazing time.

Great hotel. Main buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Not as impressed by the evening meal. Staff were all fantastic. Good location on private beach, but nothing really close by for a change of scenery in walking distance.

A fantastic hotel... confirmed by the amount of returning guests we came across on our trip! Amazing food - every single restaurant / meal we experienced impressed us. Access to our own beach was great & I enjoyed a fab pregnancy massage in a private cabana. Would love to return one day!

Not bad, but there are downsides that left a bad experience .
I chose this hotel based on reviews on Google Maps. For the first time, the reviews really let me down because this hotel was a disappointment. We stayed with my family at the beginning of September.
The only positives I can mention are the friendly staff – the reception and main restaurant staff were great. And of course, the sea itself saved our vacation.
As for the negatives – the cleanliness, or rather, the lack of it. I’m not a very picky person and usually overlook many things, but here it was complete chaos 😒. Dirty towels, the room was not cleaned (they only made the bed), and even the beach was dirty – I was shocked. The beach was not cleaned (only glasses were removed), and the amount of trash can be seen in the video.
The evening entertainment was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely boring. The mini disco for kids lasted only about 30 minutes and not every day. For adults, it felt like something for people aged 60+. Honestly, in 7 nights there was only one evening where we could actually dance a little and enjoy the atmosphere.
The food was also mediocre. I didn’t even feel like going to breakfast because it was the same every day with very little to choose from. This is definitely not 5-star quality – even my experience in 4-star hotels was much better.
