We had the most amazing time at this hotel!
From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The food was excellent, and the service throughout every area of the hotel was outstanding. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and genuine care shown by the staff.
A special thank you to Savvas, Yannis, Goriz, Sevafia, Kiki, Litsa from the beach bar, Aris, Eduard, Katherine, and Alina. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. We genuinely felt at home.
We were especially touched by the way they celebrated the birthday in our group and made the birthday guest feel so special. It was such a thoughtful gesture and created wonderful memories for all of us.
Thank you all for your warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service. We will always remember our stay and hope to return again soon!

Fantastic hotel with amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere! Mitsis Hotels exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was friendly and professional. A very special thank you to Mrs. Maria and Lela at the reception for their warm welcome and exceptional customer service. Also, Nancy at the information and excursions desk was incredibly kind and helpful in organizing our activities. Their positive attitude and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. We stayed here for a week for my 40th birthday.
Hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and a lot of staff around the hotel. Restaurants were lovely, but definitely pre book. Cocktails made fresh when you ordered and very tasty.
Booked a room with a private pool. A waste of money we didn’t use this once its location of these rooms are not great at all. Ground floor opposite a road down to a carpark and a path way with people walking by. View was terrible overlooked a few apartments and some wasted land. Not a 5 star view at all.
I did email the hotel prior to change the room as I was concerned after reading other reviews. I was advised I couldn’t change before hand as I didn’t book direct but they would put on a note on the system and when we arrive try move us. This didn’t happen and I didn’t want to start our first day off by complaining so we took the room and hoped it wasn’t as bad as we thought. But it was worse.
The doors and seals in the room are not fitted well or airtight. You could hear a pin drop, the noise of staff chatting from 6:30/7am every single morning, the clanking of the glass bottles from the rooms being thrown into bins. Through out the night anyone that walked near our room you could hear their conversations.
Once bar street kicked off you could also hear the thumping sound of music from 1am
I never experienced this in any other hotel. How they rate this as 5 star is so unfair, for what we experienced.
We went to the pool around 9am every morning not once did we get a pool side bed. We would sit from 9:30-11:30 looking at beds with towels on still folded. Staff did nothing with these beds.
We didn’t pay this amount of money to sit on the grass for the week.
Also you can’t really hear the music from the bar there’s no speaker on the grass area so it was very boring and lacking an atmosphere.
We sat at the beach, water was amazing and no rocks.
Again no music or anything on the beach so was a little boring and had no atmosphere. Larger wooden beds you see on Instagram didn’t look like the images and there was only 1 made up.

We had a wonderful stay and choosing this hotel was definitely a very good decision. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. The hotel was always clean, the food was very tasty with a lot of choice every day, and the atmosphere was amazing.
What made the biggest difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, helpful, welcoming and always smiling. You can really see how much effort every single person puts into making guests feel comfortable and happy.
It is only a shame that we stayed for just 4 days, because we truly enjoyed every moment there and would have loved to stay longer.
We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff individually for their hard work and kindness during our stay. We truly appreciated it.
We will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you for everything! ☀️

All you need at one glance…. Spacious resort with several events and attractions to explore.
