We had a fantastic stay at Mitsis Rodos Village and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Rhodes. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning sea views, clean rooms, and plenty of facilities for both couples and families.
The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, and the service throughout the resort was excellent.
The food was varied and delicious, with a great selection at the buffet as well as several à la carte restaurants offering different cuisines. There was something for everyone, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The drinks, snacks, and desserts were also excellent throughout the day.
The pools were clean and well maintained, and the beach was just a short walk away with plenty of sunbeds available. There were lots of activities during the day and entertaining evening shows, creating a fun atmosphere without feeling overcrowded.
Overall, Mitsis Rodos Village offers excellent value for money, combining beautiful surroundings, quality food, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had an unforgettable holiday and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Mitsis Rodos Village and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel looked after throughout our holiday.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds, clean facilities and a great choice of pools. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and the minibar topped up regularly.
The food exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety at the buffet, and the à la carte restaurants were a real highlight – we especially enjoyed the Greek restaurant. There were also plenty of drinks and snack options available throughout the day.
The entertainment team worked hard every evening to create a fun atmosphere, and there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax by the pool or join in with activities. The beach is only a short walk away and has beautiful clear water.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and made some wonderful memories. Mitsis Rodos Village offers great value for an all-inclusive stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our trip so special!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised.
A special thank you to the animation team! They were very friendly, energetic and always smiling. There were lots of fun activities for both children and adults, so there was never a dull moment. The kids especially loved the mini disco and all the games and activities.
The hotel has a great atmosphere thanks to the amazing animation team. They really make the holiday more enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ❤️

We had a fantastic family holiday with all 11 of us at Mitsis Rodos Village—there was something for everyone, ranging in age from 1.5 to 53 years old! Our trip got off to a great start with a private party bus transfer, which was a massive hit with the younger members of our group. When we arrived, check-in was seamless, and Antonis provided excellent concierge service right from the beginning. Even though we arrived late, the buffet still offered a great selection of food. Throughout our stay, Arland, the 2 Georges and Angelous handled our transport and porter needs very professionally, including driving us on buggy rides up to the Amphitheatre & getting us to The Little Train station on time. The main pool area was wonderful, though we had to be down by 7.30 AM to secure good sun loungers with umbrellas before they were all taken. At the main pool bar, Inna was lovely & so friendly - making us amazing cocktails, and introducing us to new ones. Iljaz delivered exceptionally friendly service, unlike Marcos sadly, who was always grumpy. Down at the beach, we used a cabana for shade and Spiro, Chris, and their team kept us well looked after. The infinity pool area with its cabanas was another favorite spot, and Olga took great care of us there. For the kids, having the splash park conveniently located upstairs was a huge bonus.
Unfortunately, we did have an accident in the main pool due to rough pool surfaces, managemrnt should maybe think about resurfacing, but lifeguard Costas provided excellent aftercare and checked in with us daily.
The food and drink options meant we never needed to leave the hotel during the day. We especially enjoyed the healthy eating and Pan-Asian corners at the beach. Across the resort, the staff provided excellent service with a smile despite working in scorching conditions. Special shoutouts to Inna, Iljaz, Vasiliki, Olga, Tonia & Eugene who made us feel special by remembering our favorite drinks and meal preferences. Eugene at the day bar was consistently positive and it was a vibe to end our evening there! Team members like Mr. Willie, Gosia, Sophie, Filip, and DJ Jacko were all exceptionally hard-working. Sophie was particularly great at engaging with our teenager!
Our evenings were just as fun thanks to the animation team's shows for both kids and adults. Toward the end of our stay, the hotel did get quite crowded, which led to long queues at the restaurants and bars and caused a bit of disappointment.
Overall, every aspect of the resort was very good. We highly recommend Mitsis Rodos Village for families because of its fantastic facilities, splash park, pools, beach, entertainment, and especially its top-notch customer service. We hope to visit again in the future!

I loved our stay at this hotel! The staff made us feel very welcome and cared for. Everyone was really polite and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and regularly cleaned. There were a lot of bars to choose from. The only thing that could be better was the overwhelming presence of children everywhere. I feel like maybe it would be nice if there were zones only for adults (I'm thinking of meal time and pools, where it was hard to hear your own thoughts). That's just a thought though. Other than that I really wanna thank the kitchen staff, especially chef Dimitri, who took care of the meals for my gluten-free and lactose-free husband. He really let us have a care-free holiday! I can seriously recommend this hotel!
