We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort is spacious, and the beach area is absolutely beautiful.
For the first two nights we stayed in a twin room with two beds pushed together, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the manager, we were upgraded to another room. The king-size bed was very comfortable.
The Albanian staff members were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The only staff member I would point out was the housekeeper assigned to room 1282. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was not up to the hotel’s standards, and the shampoo dispensers appeared to have been diluted with water.
One suggestion for the hotel: considering its high standard, complimentary bottled water should be available at the beach and pool areas. It is inconvenient to walk in the heat just to refill a glass of water. I would also recommend placing refrigerators or coolers near the pool so guests can easily help themselves to cold bottled water.
In addition, the drinks served at the beach bar and on the beach could be of a higher standard rather than being pre-poured into cups.
The evening entertainment created a lovely atmosphere every night. The service at the lobby bar was professional, and the drinks there were of the quality that a hotel like this deserves.

The hotel is very modern and features a number of big pools along with the water park (this is the best waterpark within a hotel that I have seen). I appreciate the fact that sinners in this hotel are not allowed to be reserved especially in the morning time, this allows you to relax knowing knowing you will find somewhere near the pool no matter the time you get up.
The pool bars are well stocked with brand name alcohol none of the cheaper copies and the staff can make a wide variety of cocktails and drinks.
The waterpark has a number of slides, 8 in total and they are suitable for kids. My daughter is 11 and enjoyed all of them as did I.
I really enjoyed the lion king show it is very nice and well put together, it happens every 2 weeks so if it is on then I recommend you go too it.
The car rental by George cars within the hotel were very good and I got a 2 days car rental not problem there.
I appreciate the outdoor area terrace near the pool is divided between smoking and non smoking as a none smoker I prefer not to be around others smoking.
There is a shop within the hotel where you can buy things for the pool, some souvenirs or some snacks etc, it is a good overall stocked shop.
The access to the beach is easy through the tunnels from the hotel and there are plenty of sunbeds to use there too.
I highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants as it is a nice experience with very nice service and different food options to try compared to the regular buffet. The cocktails they serve at the à la carte restaurant are very good too.
Overall I had a very nice stay for 1 week here 🙂

The Hotel is just wonderful - very exclusive, wonderful staff & services who were very accommodating & helpful.
Rooms are spacious and very clean with a large balcony (private pool if you upgrade the room). Mini bar in the room was included in the all inclusive package & topped up daily.
The hotels wider resort is immaculately kept and while large, nothing was accessible within a few minutes walk. Clean pool/s and waterpark with adequate seating for all in good location without the usual towel scramble.
Food was excellent, great range of selection for breakfast, lunch & dinner. There were other snacks available throughout the day and even a late dinner offering so nobody missed out. The A La Carte dining restaurants were amazing, felt like dining at high end restaurants. They are popular so recommend booking early.
Sporting facilities were great, tennis court in great condition, as was the Astro turf football pitch. Two relatively recently constructed Padel courts, there is an additional fee of €10 per person which I was a little disappointed with although I understand these courts & the equipment are expensive.
The gym & spa were private gym standards and far exceed the usual offering at hotels. The evening entertainment, largely in the amphitheater was varied & impressive and the animation/entertainment team were all infectious personalities and talented performers.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Princess Adriana Resort. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept, the pools are huge and never felt overcrowded, and the beach is right on your doorstep. The waterpark was great fun too, and the ice cream parlour went down a treat. Rooms were spotless and cleaned to a really high standard every day.
The food deserves a special mention, with great variety at the buffet and lovely à la carte options. Staff throughout were genuinely warm and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Would happily return and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing break with excellent service.

I will rate the hotel 7.5 out of 10 because the expectation of such a hotel was high and unfortunately it was not so. This score is given from experience in relation to other hotels we have stayed in.
We received the room right on time but to our great disappointment the room was really dirty, bits and pieces of dirt everywhere in the room, I understand that this is the most stressful time of the year but even the cleaner who came to clean was embarrassed and took a picture of the condition of the room for her manager, we wasted two hours on the whole thing. This is not the experience to begin with.
Another experience of requesting towels that only arrived after 3 phone calls over 3 hours and only thanks to raising our voice during the conversation did we get what we wanted.
I will note that there is nothing to walk around the hotel so the hotel is basically the only place to go unless you rent a car. Unfortunately out of 5 entertainment evenings, one was successful, the second was okay and the other three I would not define them as entertainment evenings at all so you should also be prepared for this if you are with children.
The food in the main dining room repeats itself regularly, morning, noon, and evening.
Yes, the dinners in the a la carte restaurants were nice. We were lucky enough to catch 2 evenings out of 5.
A little tip if it is important for you to get to the hotel and immediately grab what is available and use the reception to give you barcodes for the menus. In any case, if on a certain evening you did not make it and want to go to one of the restaurants, simply go to them and ask to enter because everything was already booked in advance, most likely they will let you in.
Some staff members are maximum and some do not really feel like being nice.
The water park was very nice for the kids.
An average experience, arrive with expectations accordingly.
