Don't listen to the bad reviews, I can honestly say me and my family have had amazing holiday was there for 12nights. We stayed at pines, food there amazing. Main restaurant food decent. Went with 4 fussy kids so we fort we would have a issue but was always something there. And different food every in the day and night. Booked to go again next year. Can't wait ! Staff very friendly and helpful. There would go out there way to help you. Thank you staff.

Great holiday, really friendly and helpful staff all round. Late night food too which was a bonus, there was a big variety of food and the pizza was 5*! The only slight negative was the location, walking isn't really an option, but they have taxis on site so getting to the nearest town is easily accessible. The apartment was great, the room was great really spacious and there were great views. The private beach section was really good, drinks and food available and transport to and from.

So where do I start.
After a long journey from the UK, we come to the hotel at 2pm. Was told the room ain't ready with 3 young children in need of a wash and rest. Come 3pm room still aint ready. Come 4pm room still aint ready. We finally get our room at 4:30pm and the buggy takes us to the room where the card doesn't work. Bless the bellboy he drove back to get it fixed. We finally made it in and the rooms were nice but not as advertised for a Superior Suite (the listings say you have a sound system with a big tv etc) and we were in the basement floor and miles away from the reception.
The good thing about the apartments are you have your own kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Was really convenient knowing we can wash our own clothes. On top of that you are walking distance away from a swimming pool and a pool bar (some of these pool bars offer snacks at snack time like burgers etc). They apparently "clean" the rooms every 2 days but we never seen it clean like other hotels do, and they failed to replace the towels several times. We also had no shower gel or handwash and had to tell them countless times to do this for us. They have buggies you can call for at reception to pick you up if you are far from reception as the resort has many hills.
The main pool is nice as is the small aquapark they have. You also have a very small dingy Kids Club with hardly any toys and a small ball pit, hardly anything interesting for the kids.
The food - well lets say you can probably find something to eat but most of their food either has tomatoes as the base or has cheese over everything, I mean everything. Breakfast always the same, omelettes, chips, sausages etc. Lunch and dinner there are grilled section where 3 times we were there we had doner, and other times grilled turkey, fish or chicken. There's a small kids buffer consisting of dry burgers, massive dry buns and chips and pasta. Food definitely needs improvement and they really need to offer Doner kebab as their go to dish everyday to complement their culture. The Turkish A La Carte was a joke, it was set in the pool bar and the food was not all that. Same goes for the Italian, it was in a nice restaurant but for some reason they have Thai statues out front and the food was not great. You have to queue in the morning for booking those.
The location - you are middle of nowhere up a mountain. They have their own taxis that charge 40 euros to go to the centre and back. We had an argument with the driver about paying all of it in one go as we weren't sure he'd be back to pick us up so paid him half. As for booking the beach shuttle, you need to go to reception at 7am to queue for 8am staff to come in to book the shuttle for the next day. If you are back of the queue you are likely to be told to go back or given a two hour slot on the beach.
The beach was nice, but the water was a little dirty. All inclusive on the beach too, waiters come to give you drinks and lunch was served in their Zulada restaurant, which has burgers, chicken fingers, pizzas etc.
Staff - AMAZING. Didn't encounter once annoying or argumentative staff. All of them have a smile on their faces and interact with you all the time. Seher, Mustafa, and one other bell boy were amazing. One of them even Google translated a message to me saying he will miss us and thank you and to have a safe journey. I really hope they are getting paid well as without them the resort would have been a bit boring.
Spa - we did the Hammam scrub and massage. I got a unique massage from Can, he did the scrub amazing and he also did manipulation on my body that uncracked my neck and back and I felt amazing. Thanks mate!
I have heard that this resort was taken over recently and there ARE teething issues and I am sure in a years time it will be much better and they'll hopefully open up more A La Carte like Indian or Brazilian and have more food offerings as well as adding a few more slides to the smaller pools for little kids.
All in all, recommended if you just want to relax, eat and swim.

Do not book this hotel – unsafe, dirty, and misrepresented
This was the first holiday I’ve ever cut short — and it was because I no longer felt it was safe for my children.
Loveholidays are selling this as a 5-star luxury resort — in reality, it’s nothing short of a scam. I had the same awful experiences as many other reviewers, and I suspect most of the “positive” reviews here are fake.
The rooms were filthy, with broken furniture. Our beds were so hard the springs left bruises. In 8 days the cleaner came just 3 times. When my daughter wet the bed, I asked four times in one day for the sheets to be changed. At 10pm I was finally told no housekeeping was coming. A man turned up with a plastic bag of sheets and told me to change it myself.
There are lots of pools, but all had dangerously high chemical levels — we all developed skin rashes and straw-like hair. Tiles were cracked and broken, leaving our feet cut and sore. The water was so murky you couldn’t see past your waist. The kids’ pool was chaotic, with multiple slides all emptying into one small pool.
Staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. The man at guest relations was doing his best with a constant stream of complaints, but many staff simply didn’t care. The worst incident was when my 11-year-old daughter was served alcohol in her strawberry slushy. When I returned it, the bartender tasted it, admitted it, laughed, and offered her another drink. This is a serious safeguarding breach.
The location is remote — 25 minutes to town or the beach. The “private beach” on Loveholidays’ site is misleading. You must book the shuttle two days in advance. We asked to go by car and were told we’d be refused entry. This isn’t really a resort at all — it’s a mix of privately owned apartments and holiday lets. The residents downstairs kept shoes and bikes in the hallway, and cars everywhere meant it wasn’t safe for children to walk alone.
The main restaurant was dirty, with stained chairs and tables left uncleared. The wasp infestation made eating outside impossible. Staff shrugged it off as normal.
I ended up checking out halfway through my two-week holiday and flying home early. It was a huge disappointment, and I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before. I hope this helps others avoid being scammed by this hotel and by Loveholidays.
Loveholidays should remove this hotel from their site immediately

Incredible staff that are so friendly and happy to help with any problem! Location is tucked away in the mountains and has beautiful scenery over the valley or out towards sea. Staff are happy to chat and the taxi service takes you outside of the resort for reasonable prices too! I recommend for a relaxed holiday.
We emailed ahead to get a room on a lower floor (medical issue in the party) and they were happy to accommodate as well! Just a warning though, the resort is on a mountain, be aware there’s a lot of slopes and hills to climb up lol
