Fabulous hotel, highly recommended! Delicious food, really excellent and huge buffet and great smaller more casual restaurant by the pool. Rooms spacious and super clean, very nice cleaners. We had a wonderful view overlooking the gigantic swimming pool and slides.
Make sure you see the shows in the evening, they were stunning! We were blown away by the Glitter and Glamour show, which was amazing dancing Broadway style, really fabulous and the Ulaan Baatar Show with stunts that far surpassed what we ever saw in Cirque du Soleil, really sensational.
One review said there was yoga, but when we visited there was no yoga, but they have a good gym, ping pong etc with the fabulous waterslides enough to keep you in shape. The spa was also wonderful and we had a very good massage there, definitely worth trying!
We had never heard of historic Side, but it was gorgeous. Only 10 min from the hotel by taxi, do not miss it, go early to avoid crowds! The whole week was fantastic! Fabulous experience, highly recommended, definitely great place to stay for a very relaxing week!

We are currently staying at Crystal Hotel, and we are absolutely loving every moment! From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming.
The food is amazing — always fresh, varied, and available whenever we’re hungry 🍽️. The water slides are a blast for both kids and adults, providing endless fun throughout the day 💦.
Our room is spacious, cozy, and very comfortable 🛏️, making it easy to relax after a long day of activities. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make our stay even better 😊.
The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk to the beach and the local shopping area 🏖️🛍️, which makes exploring the surroundings so easy.
We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough ❤️. It truly feels like a little paradise, and we can’t wait to make more wonderful memories here!

Oh how do I begin… this hotel will always have my heart. What an amazing experience I had here and definitely a nostalgic memory for the future. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food options are varied. The water slides were so fun to use and the pools have plenty of space. I will miss the stay I had here as long as I remember it. I will recommend to anyone and everyone.

Really nice hotel, slightly dated but super clean and tidy - great for if you have kids as they have a kid pool and slides. However the kid pool water is super cold and could be warmer.
Food is fine, pretty standard. We haven’t enjoyed breakfast too much, and we have struggled with the other foods but it’s fine.
Entertainment is great, they have something for both adults and kids all day long!
About 10 min drive from the old town which is beautiful.
Also free shuttle to the beach!

Im still trying to find where others say this place is spotless - it really isn't. Corners, doors, ledges, air vents - thick in stoor.
Food all very tasteless. Would have been really happy to try Turkish cuisine - sadly its catered to Eatern Europeans, very weird. Everything recycled - whatever left from yesterday, sweetcorn is added and thrown out the next day.
Service pretty shocking - rude, more interested in their mobiles than dealing with customers.
Lifeguards - non existent, on their phones all day. Or blowing a whistle like a 90s rave maniac.
Sun loungers the usual fight with Europeans out at ridiculous o'clock with towels, then never returning all day. [That needs better managed by the Hotel].
Kid down with sickness 3 days in - seemed like food poisoning.
Wouldn't return. If you get it cheap then its ok, but dont be paying premium for this resort.
