I don't know how to write about this hotel. people who have been to real 5 star hotels can understand me, I'll give a 3 star at the highest. Cleaning bad even we had cockroaches in the room, food cheap variant. The elevators don't work properly in the heat times. When our towel was stolen and we told them no one cares about it, they are used to it. After a week of vacation we don't have a good memory, unfortunately. But the only nice thing that I have to write is the good and nice staff in hotel reservation, lobby and restaurant staff and one of the best and nice guy was ENVER who cares about the guests. That was my perspective.

I’ve been to Turkey for about 15 times now. This has been my worst experience so far. 5 star hotel??? Not in our case. Staff was not friendly, don’t speak enough English or no English at all, which made it impossible to communicate. We upgraded our room for a larger room with excellent view (+€70) however the neighbours next to us were being too loud. In the night, in the morning,.. they were always yelling, children crying, we even could hear them use the bathroom. Walls are too thin. We asked for another room (more quiet). We went to guest relations for that but the two women could not speak one word English.. with translater they told us it was not possible to exchange rooms. We contacted our travel guide and he made sure we had a new room. The new room was much smaller. After dinner, we wanted to rest for a while on the bed and all of a sudden, the bed just broke and we were on the ground. We went to the reception again, but they couldn’t understand what we were trying to say. They would eventually sent a technician to our room (they said he would come in a minute).. We have been waiting for more than an hour now.
I will make sure to get my €70 back for the upgrade of the room we only stayed two nights in and I will never recommend this hotel. Such a shame. Also this hotel is with full of Russian people who have no respect at all. They would just push you to get their food and they take loads of them and never eat their plate empty. Food is mostly cold and the alcoholic drinks don’t have much alcohol in it, or not at all.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I went on vacation with my boyfriend and friends, booking an ultra all-inclusive stay in Turkey with high expectations. We assumed that paying more would mean a better experience than a regular all-inclusive, like in Bulgaria.
The hotel looks nice and the facilities are generally fine. The only downside was the heat and stuffiness in non-air-conditioned parts and elevators. Our room was on the 8th floor of a neighboring building, so it took about 10 minutes to reach the beach or restaurant due to slow elevators.
What we loved most was the beautiful beach, with plenty of sunbeds available any time of day. The sea was clean, and we spent about 90% of our time there because the pools were overcrowded and all sunbeds were taken, often reserved overnight with towels. Pools were small and insufficient for the number of guests. We recommend swimming in the sea or using the relaxation pool on the 3rd floor, but it was also crowded and noisy.
The hotel staff, except for the lobby bar, were friendly and communicated well in English. We especially enjoyed the outdoor cocktail bar with great bartenders and the beach bar. Shoutout to Ugur and his team!
However, the lobby bar was a major negative. You must sit before ordering, and service was extremely slow and unfriendly. We waited at least half an hour to order, and the staff there had almost no English skills, struggling even with basic alcohol names. This made visits unpleasant, so we avoided it.
The food met basic all-inclusive standards but not ultra all-inclusive. Breakfast was adequate, though we expected a better selection. Lunch was served on the beach, by the pool, and in the main restaurant. Beach lunches were mostly fried, not suitable for daily eating but convenient for staying on the beach. Poolside offered pizza, spaghetti, and burgers by order, but seating was limited and waiting times long. Restaurant lunch was weaker than dinner but still manageable.
Ice cream was only available on the beach between 12 and 4 pm and was basically flavored frozen water. Otherwise, no free ice cream was offered anywhere.
Dinners were decent, with many desserts, but we missed well-cooked meat dishes except for gyro. Dinner ended at 8:30 pm, followed by a late snack at 11 pm on the beach, which was just one kind of soup with bread. One night, no snack was served. This is far from what we expected from ultra all-inclusive; we hoped for at least pizza in the evening.
The hotel advertised imported alcohol like Jägermeister and prosecco, but these were never available and replaced by low-quality local drinks.
A big disappointment was the extra charges for items that should be included: popcorn (€3), cotton candy (€3), slush drinks (€3), ice cream and popsicles by the pool (€2-3), and fruit juices (€3). For an ultra all-inclusive, these extras should be free.
Shisha was offered for €22, but quality was poor; in town, shishas cost about €8-10.
We tried the Mexican à la carte restaurant, which was okay but not worth paying extra for. The view from the middle restaurant was beautiful, though.
Overall, despite not being very demanding guests, we were quite disappointed. We would not return or recommend this hotel. For the price, better options closer to the airport exist in Turkey.

I’m currently staying at Noxxin Hotel in Turkey, and unfortunately, the food has been the most disappointing part of my stay.
The hotel serves nearly the same dishes every day, with very little variety. Most meals revolve around lamb or beef, which becomes repetitive and frustrating, especially for guests who prefer other options or dietary variety.
Even beyond the repetition, the overall quality of the food is quite poor—many dishes taste bland or overcooked, and freshness seems to be lacking. It feels like minimal effort is put into rotating menus or offering balanced meals.
For a hotel of this level, I expected much better. A more diverse menu with fresh, well-prepared food would make a big difference. I hope the management seriously reconsiders the dining experience for future guests.

The hotel is good. The best is that it's situated right on the beach and the beach is clean and nice. The hotel and rooms are clean, the WiFi is good, can be used even on the beach. Most of all I appreciated the quietness of the air conditioner. The staff is friendly and helpful, though the girls at the bar should learn at least a little bit of English, it was difficult to explain what you want, if you order something not from the cocktails menu. There was a lot of food, but it was almost the same every day, tastes differ , that's why I can't say if it was good or not. Some was tasty for me, some was not, though I was happy, that it wasn't me, who should wreck the brain deciding what to cook for dinner. The decoration of shelves with food was very nice. In any case respect to the cooks and waiters, who should work hard and not give up smiling. You have to pay extra for hamam and massage, but it's worth it, the specialists are good Recommend 👍 Restaurants a la carte were also good, especially the fish restaurant. The Mexican food was too spicy to my taste and didn't manage to go to the Italian one. The drinks were either local or mixed with water. But in general, nice and big hotel, and it's better to be on vacation than at work.
