We had a really lovely stay at the hotel and honestly had such a good experience. The water park was big and brilliant, the food was great, and there were loads of sweets and snack options during the day. The hotel itself is huge, with plenty to do and lots of facilities.
A special thank you to Nasim in Guest Relations, she was absolutely amazing, always so positive, friendly and genuinely helpful. My husband’s glasses got broken and she kindly helped us get them fixed, which we really appreciated. Also, any requests or issues we had were sorted very quickly.
We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel.

I stayed at your hotel for four nights in May, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel truly deserves a 5 out of 5 rating for its outstanding service, comfort, and atmosphere.
I would especially like to thank Mademoiselle Elif, who was exceptional throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I would also like to mention Rosa at the front reception, whose service was equally warm and efficient.
The hospitality and care provided by the staff made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return in the future.

I chose this hotel again based on a very positive experience two years ago, when I would have rated everything a perfect 10/10. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. Across the board — room cleanliness, food quality, and entertainment — the standards have dropped significantly, to the point where I can only rate most aspects 1 or 2 out of 10.
We came as a group of 11 people, expecting the same level of service as before, but were met with disappointment. Despite the sincere efforts of two staff members, Nasim and Caner, who truly tried their best to assist us, no meaningful improvements were made during our stay. Their professionalism and kindness were the only positive aspects of this experience.
What was most disappointing was the management’s lack of flexibility and responsiveness. Even on our last day, despite the circumstances and our previous loyalty to this hotel, our request for a late check-out (just a few extra hours) was denied.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel anymore. If you are considering staying here based on reviews from previous years, be aware that management and overall quality have clearly changed — and not for the better.

We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel's fish restaurant! The seafood was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere by the sea was perfect. A special thanks to Sedat for his excellent hospitality and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I was here for 1,5 week, the waterslides are very fun for young and old. There is much choise in the foodcorners and main restaurant. The guys that work in the irish pub named Sinan and Suleyman make very delicious cocktails and were very nice. I enjoyed my stay here at crystal waterworld!
