We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Waterworld and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, welcoming, and focused on making guests feel comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of pools, water slides, activities, and entertainment for both children and adults. There is always something to do, but at the same time, there are plenty of spaces where you can simply relax and enjoy your holiday.
What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, especially with our daughter. Their attention and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
The food had a great variety, and we were especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was with our daughter’s severe food allergies. The staff took our concerns seriously and made us feel much more comfortable and confident during meals, which meant a lot to us as parents.
The entertainment was also great, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was lively, fun, and family-friendly without feeling overwhelming.
Overall, Crystal Waterworld gave us exactly what we wanted from a family holiday: fun, relaxation, great service, and wonderful memories together. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fantastic holiday in Antalya.

We had a wonderful family stay at Crystal Waterworld Hotel. The biggest highlight was definitely the amazing water slides—they were fantastic for both adults and children and kept the kids entertained for hours every day. The variety of kids’ activities was another major reason we enjoyed our stay, making it a great destination for families.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ilyas in the main restaurant, who was always attentive, kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would also like to recognize Anel from the Kids Club for being so caring and engaging with the children. Their enthusiasm and friendliness really stood out.
The only area that could be improved was housekeeping. The response was a little slow—we requested an extra blanket but unfortunately never received it. Aside from that small issue, everything else was excellent.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Crystal Waterworld Hotel to families looking for a fun, child-friendly holiday with excellent facilities.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was excellent and our family had an unforgettable vacation.
The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well maintained. There is so much to do, especially for families with children. The pools and aquapark were a huge highlight, and our daughter absolutely loved them. There was never a boring moment!
The food was another major highlight. There was a huge variety of dishes throughout the day, with plenty of choices for everyone. The desserts, snacks, drinks, and overall quality of the food were excellent. We especially appreciated having so many different options every day.
The staff deserve special praise. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they genuinely made us feel welcome. The service throughout the hotel was excellent.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping was great. The beach and resort area were also fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Turkish weather.
What impressed us most was how much the hotel offers without ever feeling like you have to leave the resort. Pools, slides, beach, food, entertainment, activities and beautiful surroundings — everything is right there.
We travelled as a family and honestly could not have asked for a better vacation. Crystal Waterworld exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again.

Considering the age of the hotel, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The tiles in the corridors, rooms, and even in the water park were intact and free of any damage or cracks. Daily cleaning and maintenance were carried out regularly.
In the restaurant, if a guest accidentally broke a plate or a dish, they were not blamed or treated negatively. On the contrary, the staff’s reaction was very professional and respectful, which reflects the excellent management of this complex.
English is commonly spoken only at the reception and lobby areas. Other staff members have difficulty understanding English, so communication can sometimes be challenging.
The public restrooms were clean and well maintained.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi coverage was amazing, with good speed throughout the entire property, even by the seaside. The water park was very exciting and attractive, creating wonderful memories for the children.
I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Nasim, who speaks Persian fluently. She handled every issue we had in the best possible way and was always helpful. The reception team’s attitude was excellent, and they even provided our room one hour earlier than the official check-in time.
Upon arrival, while we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were able to use all hotel facilities. The Latin American restaurant was excellent, and the Italian restaurant was also very good. The main restaurant had a wide variety of food and offered something suitable for almost every taste.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and appreciate the efforts of the hotel management and staff.

This was hands down the best hotel we have ever visited! Every single aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect.
The service was top-notch, and the food menu offered an incredible variety of delicious options every day. What we loved most as parents was how completely safe and secure the entire resort felt for our children, allowing us to fully relax.
All of the staff members were exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful. We would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Nasim. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and her outstanding hospitality truly made this an amazing and memorable experience for our family.
We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back!
