We had a fantastic stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Nasim was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a goos job keeping everything spotless.
The food was delicious with so many choices every day, and the pool area was amazing — perfect for both kids and adults. My son especially loved the water slides and the entertainment activities. The beach area was also lovely, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to have fun.

Honestly was a very good and clean hotel. The staff were amazing. As soon as we got there everyone made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to help out. The guest relations helped with any small issues we did have. The rooms were spacious and clean, they were restocked and clean every morning. Water pressure was good and hot. Food was lovely, always plenty to go by, there's so many different places you can get food, it takes a day or two to figure out where they all are. Most importantly kids club was amazing. They had the kindest staff, they had loads on for the kids so they never got bored. Would definitely recommend the hotel to other guest, dont be put off by the bad reviews. You have to come experience it for yourselves.

There are lots of negatives in the hotel starting from hotel staff who don’t know English, (literally no one speaks even a little bit of English. In my opinion the bare minimum for an English level is A1, and still it would be very bad.), ending with the same meals every day with almost no variatons. I am very disappointed in this hotel choice, as I was in a much better hotel with the same price
The hotel is also extremely huge. We got the room on one side of the building, and we needed to go approximately 700-800 steps to get to the restaurant. I understand, maybe it is very thoughtful to burn calories after eating, but I didn’t come here to walk kilometres. On average I got 15,000 steps each day, not counting the activities on which I don’t bring my phone.
The silverware is dirty. Restaurant staff is touching the silverware with their hands, which then leaves a mark of their fingerprint. I strongly suggest wipe the silverware before eating.
The tables are mostly dirty when we sit. I understand that the amount of people in the hotel is extremely big, but why the owner can’t hire more staff?
The hotel is beautiful, not the best looking. From top it looks gorgeous, but it is not the same from the bottom actually.
Some staff is nice, some staff is trying to act nonchalant with non of English knowledge in their heads, it just makes me laugh
The rooms are old and small
Animators pester people to write positive reviews
There are 4 restaurants that you can reserve for free with a 4 day gap between each reservation. I’ve been to a Mexican one, and the food was tasteless. Nothing as I was expecting
There are still lot’s of things to talk about, but these are the most important things to know about in my opinion
Anyways there are much better hotel choices for the same money

We had an unforgettable stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa!
Everything was perfectly organized for our daughter’s 10th birthday — helium silver balloons with number 10, a delicious chocolate cake, fresh fruits, beautifully folded towel swans, and even a bottle of wine for the parents. 🎈🎂
In the evening, the hotel also organized a special dinner at the restaurant — they brought out another cake with candles and sang “Happy Birthday”! 🎶🎉
It was such a warm and emotional moment — our daughter was absolutely happy, and we were very touched. ❤️
Many thanks to all the hotel team for their kindness, attention, and wonderful hospitality.
We truly appreciate everything you did to make this day so special! 💖

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to, especially for a crystal hotel. The service was the worst part of the experience with terrible staff, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, the staff would leave tables dirty, lacking cutlery and staff would constantly forget our orders for drinks, and that's when you have to physically ask them since they barely come to you. Staff constantly mislead and misinform about activities, I've lost count of the amount of time that I've been lied to about the active, going from the reps straight up lying about the excursion to staff twisting words about the activities taking place in the hotel itself. One of many examples is air rifle shooting, where the staff lied about the age limit and turned out there was an exceptionally high age limit for "safety" although safety clearly wasn't the issue with zero safety protection present, zero first aid kits present and zero guidance towards the people who were operating the gun.
On top of that, food was genuinely horrible, completely lacking of English food, so if you are English just forget about going here. Most meals were either Russian slop or some amalgamation of ingredients that either tastes of nothing or of roadkill, this meant the actually edible "food" took ages to be replenished since it's all people are to avoid total organ failure.
The hotel had lots of places around it like the ice cream shop which consists of flavours you would find in a food waste bin and the hotel put most of there effort ensuring the good flavours, which the same as food, was almost always empty. They also would serve you the tinyest amount in a pathetic paper cup despite having waffle cones literally displayed.
The beach was so lacking of activities, over packed and honestly incredibly ugly that we preferred to stay at the absolutely freezing, non heated pool for most of the time, or at the also overcrowded heated pool on the other side of the hotel, at that side is the waterslides, but don't worry, the slides actually are good, but thats if you could go down them, which you can't. Clearly the multi -million dollar hotel can't cope with buying extra floats meaning there's about 3 double ring floats and 10 single ring, all of which are being constantly kept protected like the crown jewels since they are a new currency there due to their rarity. At that same pool, the people who built it clearly had rocks for brains as the entire row of sunbeds next to the pool, will get absolutely soaked about every 10 seconds after a mammoth Russian goes down the slide at Mach 7 causing a world-threat tidal wave. So of course, with such a horrible hotel you can at least leave it right and go around the markets? Not really actually, everything is a 2 hour transfer and the markets around it are tiny and have nothing good.
Just don't go here, not good for families nor good for just adults, there's so many better hotels around the area and it's extremely extremely disappointing for a crystal hotel, considering we thought hotels like crystal sunset were fabulous, this hotel should just be knocked down
