Great hotel, but housekeeping was disappointing
We spent 10 days at Numa Bay Exclusive and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food and drinks are at a very good level, and there is a great variety to choose from.
However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping. During the first 7 days, our room was cleaned properly and regularly, and we had absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately, after the first week, the situation changed completely. The room was basically no longer cleaned properly – the service seemed to consist only of emptying the rubbish bin. No proper cleaning, no attention to detail, and a noticeable drop in the standard of service. This was particularly disappointing because everything had been excellent during the first week.
As for the rest of the hotel, we have very little to complain about. The food and drinks were very good, and the overall service was at a high level. Occasionally, we found dirty glasses, which is something the hotel should definitely pay more attention to, but apart from that, we did not encounter any major negatives.
Overall, we had a very nice holiday and would consider coming back. However, the housekeeping should definitely be improved and, most importantly, kept at the same standard throughout the entire stay.

Numa bay is a beautiful hotel, as my first experience in an all inclusive as an adult it was great. The quality of the food, the pools and the beach are really great, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and it is generally very clean. Special mention to Ali and Miranda who go above and beyond with serving drinks and being welcoming. The food could have a little more variety for the international nights, and it was a little stressful that dinner is only served until 9 as the late night dinner options are very minimal. It would be nicer to be able to eat a little later. It was also quite disappointing that the use of the spa is not included (despite it being an all inclusive?) I felt this wasn’t specified anywhere and when going there to collect towels for the pool, you are basically forced into a room where they try to sell you treatments and packages that you have to pay extra for. Despite that, it’s a beautiful setting, the pools are great and the entertainment was way better than expected. I would recommend as you can easily get your money’s worth.

We had a wonderful vacation at Numa Bay Exclusive from 10.06-17.06 and were extremely satisfied. After the renovation, the hotel has become even more modern, very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable (thanks to the amazing maid who made our stay so that we felt like VIPs in room 1334🙂), the food was varied and delicious, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. A large number of guests also distinguish the good service, cleanliness and variety of food. We also thank the supervisor Bayram and his team from the main restaurant, who are true professionals! This was our third time at this hotel, but we will return again! See you soon Numa Bay 🙂♥️🍀

Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights what a fabulous hotel this is ,it's our 3rd time here and just booked to return next year 🙌 The staff are so polite and friendly from the Reception staff,to the bar staff house keeping staff who all work extremely hard. Dean, Victor and Laura the guest relations staff always at hand to help with and problems you may have or any information you might need regarding the hotel or surroundings. The entertainment manager is a top guy him and his team work so hard to please and entertain the guests .The one thing I feel needs attention is the house keeping that's not in any way regarding the service they provide more to do with the expansion of the hotel I feel more house keeping staff is required to keep the standards to a high level as in previous year.

We recently stayed at Numa Bay hotel, we had a nice time with some inconveniences. All personnel provided a wonderful and customer oriented service, especially cleaning, restaurant and lobby bar staff.
You can find good quality alcoholic beverages and ice cream pretty much everywhere you go. Kids had a blast.
I feel like water parks working hours 10am to 12pm in the morning and 2:30 to 4:30 pm in the afternoon is not enough for kids.
Food was delicious but very repetitive, more diversity would be much appreciated.
A very big inconvenience for us was the beach towel service as we go to the beach twice a day(morning and afternoon). You cannot exchange the wet towels with fresh ones in the afternoon, so you are supposed to keep them for next day. Because of this problem we didn’t exchange our beach towels for 7 days, which is insane.
The beach was very clean and nice organized with shade and sun beds, but water in the sea was very dirty. Would be nice if the hotel would hire someone to clean the garbage from the water so people can enjoy swimming without any garbage floating around.
Very nice entertainment shows every night made our vacation at Numa Bay unforgettable!
