We stayed here for 14 nights. The hotel its self is realy nice, the lobby, restaurant and pool area are very clean and tidy with cleaners always walking around the pool area cleaning as they go. The room was pretty basic with little space for putting all our cloths for 14 nights and they been four of us. The food is ok but is not switched up much and gets very much same old every night. The Biggest upset was having to pay 100 euros for wifi so we could all use our phones in our room and around the hotel other than the lobby area where the free wifi was not good, when paying alot of money for our holiday we didnt expect this.I would like to say a very special mention to a man called EGRIN he was the first man to greet us and the last to say good bye. He would always ask how me and my family was and take time out to talk to us about our time and make sure we was all having a good time. Also a lady manager that was helpfull when we had a fault with our ac in the room and gave us our room untill 7pm on our last day as a good will gesture whitch was amazing as normally would of had to check out at 12 dinner time .
Quick break down in good and bad points.
Good points, Clean hotel, very good bar staff and other staff members, good evening entertainment, clean pool and good slides for kids and adults, clean beach.
Not so good/could be better.
Having to pay for wifi. Food needs to be better and maybe a wider range of cusines,Flies in the restaurant area,The area to the back of hotel needs cleaning as there is a bad smell from bins and waste that sometimes you can smell pool side,Not enough sunbeds pool side creating the sun bed wars we all see online.
Overall nice hotel with some little improvements needed

The hotel is nice; I'll write a detailed review later as I'm currently staying here. I cut my foot on the pool ladder and reported it, but nothing has been done yet; I'll update this review if they don't fix it by tomorrow. I won't be able to use the pool until it heals.
We checked today and they fixed it
Thanks for listening. The variety of food is too much, meat dishes could have tasted better The rooms are also nice and come to clean every day I think the 4 star hotel

We had an amazing stay at Ramada Resort Side! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent facilities. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to Selman, who made our experience even better with his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.
We truly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend Ramada Resort Side to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future!

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
First of all, we were given a room directly above the main lobby, where guests used the free Wi-Fi and were making a lot of noise until late at night. In addition, children were running and shouting around the pool directly below our window, sometimes as late as 2 a.m. After reporting the issue to reception and asking to be moved to a quieter room, we were told that the only available room had no air conditioning, so moving us was not possible.
The hotel facilities were also disappointing. The pool is very small, sun loungers were already reserved from as early as 6 a.m., and the largest waterslide was out of order. On Friday evening, there were not even enough tables in the restaurant, so we had to eat while sitting on sun loungers.
There were also unpleasant smells of urine in several areas of the hotel, possibly due to the large number of visibly sick and malnourished cats roaming around the property. The route to the beach was also unpleasant. When the gate next to the pool was closed, we had to walk along a road where, on our very first day, we encountered torn-open garbage bags with foul-smelling waste spread across the entire street. The shuttle bus stop to the beach was also located next to a pile of smelly garbage bags.
As a vegan, I was especially disappointed with the food. I was hungry throughout most of my stay, as the main options available to me were mostly fries and plain salads. Even at the hotel’s à la carte restaurant, where guests are entitled to one reservation per seven-night stay, there was no real effort to provide me with a proper meal. One of the dishes consisted of grains and vegetables with chicken placed on top, so the chicken could easily have been left off to make the dish vegan. Unfortunately, the chef was unable or unwilling to prepare a suitable alternative.
The only truly positive experience was the spa. The staff were extremely friendly, the massage and peeling package was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. If the spa were a separate business, I would happily give it 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations and I would not choose to stay here again.

First and foremost, I want to warn anyone traveling to this hotel with "On the beach". Keep in mind that this travel agency does not have its own representatives anywhere in the hotels. During our stay, we encountered a situation where we met with a representative who was supposed to provide us with necessary information. He claimed to be an "On the beach" employee. We told him that we had already booked two excursions through the app. He strongly advised us to cancel them and buy from him instead, claiming that rules in Turkey are different and that if we bought through him, someone would help us in case of an emergency, etc. We agreed to cancel one excursion and switched to his offer. In the end, we did not get what we wanted. We were supposed to visit a large canyon, but instead, we just spent a few minutes boating on some lake. On the other hand, the excursion we booked through the app was 100% amazing. We also told him that we wanted to visit a local bazaar and asked for the best way to get there. He offered us a free transfer, promising we would go to the bazaar. Instead, we were taken to a single shop called "Turkish Primark." We were surrounded by several employees who kept pushing all kinds of items on us. In the end, we felt forced to buy things we didn't actually want. This kind of thing never happens at normal regular bazaars. The next day, we went to complain to him, and he claimed that the travel agency organizes it this way and that he had no idea it was like that. We also had other issues with his services that we were unhappy with. If you are traveling with "On the beach" or a similar agency, do not believe that you have an official representative on site.As for the hotel itself, it is completely fine. The rooms are cleaned daily. Overall, it is clean. The staff is very friendly. When it comes to food, it’s the same thing every day, but there is a wide selection, so you can easily put together a different meal each day. I think if we hadn't dealt with this "representative," our memories would be much better. Overall, I recommend the hotel.
