Our first resort holiday with our 19 month old son. We went from 17/06/26 - 22/06/26 and the weather was perfect (for someone who cannot hack the heat) the breeze in the city just made it bearable. There is quite a lot of walking around Al Moggar due to the size of the place, especially with a push-chair, there are 2 sides to the place split by the garden and separate swimming pools, we were on the smaller, quieter side and it was great, there is a mini bar to get refreshments easily while lounging/sun bathing and a lifeguard to keep an eye out...our room was big with a double bed and 2 singles, our shower head did start losing its power on the 2nd to last day but we didn't make a fuss of it. The cleaning team were considerate of our son sleeping until late (11:30/12:00) and so would come later. Breakfast was included in our package and it was okay, nothing to get excited about but enough protein and energy to start our day. The fast food place within the resort was really good and affordable, we tried the pasta poullet, Al Moggar burger and Tacos Mixte. We went during the World Cup and the atmosphere was lit, the shisha/hookah lounge adjacent to the fast food place had the games on. We got to experience the city when Morocco beat Scotland which made the vibes of the city that much happier. I felt like 70% of the resort had people from the UK there...the one downside we faced was not having a kettle or microwave in our room, i understand not having a microwave but surely a kettle, to heat milk for our baby. The coffee shop guys at the resort only know 2 settings...ice cold or extremely piping hot, we tried to explain lukewarm but to remedy that. we just had to have it hot with ice in the milk. Again, for the value and time we were there, we could not fault it.

Got a small problem with my room when checking in - got upgraded to a room with a sea view and it was really great! Staff was super nice. The room was spacious, clean, AC, wifi & TV worked well. What I appreciate the most and the reason I chose this hotel was its private beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Breakfast was nice too. The hotel's location is directly on the promenade so it's very easy to go and have dinner in the evening or to have a walk. If I were to write something I didn't like, it was the fact that both the hotel beach and swimming pool were only open from 10 am till 6 pm - the sun was up until 8:45 pm so I found this illogical and a bit of a shame.

Exceptional service from Noureddine (Jumbo Tours) vs Mixed Hotel Experience
I had a wonderful week in Morocco, but it was truly thanks to Noureddine from Jumbo Tours. He is an absolute professional and a kind human being. When I fell ill, he personally took care of me, even bringing me rice and medication. He managed our entire stay perfectly and deserves 10 stars!
However, I have mixed feelings about the hotel. While the general atmosphere was good, the housekeeping was very unprofessional. When we arrived (2 hours after the scheduled check-in time!), our room was still being cleaned. The service was slow and extremely poor: the bedsheets were not all changed, towels were left in a corner, and the toilet was dirty with hair from previous guests. It was unacceptable.
Thankfully, Noureddine stepped in after our complaints to reception. Thanks to him, we were moved to a fantastic, renovated, and perfectly clean room. He turned a stressful start into a great holiday.
My rating:
Noureddine (Jumbo Tours): 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel: 3.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Hotel Club Almoggar in Agadir for 6 days. Breakfast was included, and we really enjoyed it. Overall, our stay was okay, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
However, there were some issues. The staff in general were not very helpful, and room cleaning did not happen at a fixed time—they would come at different times each day. On the first day, the room was not very clean, and we even found spiders walking around.
The most disappointing experience happened on our last day. We went out for a while, and when we returned, I noticed that my wallet had been moved. The cards inside were no longer organized the way I had left them, and £40 was missing.
Because of these issues, especially the concern about my wallet, I cannot fully recommend this hotel. The location and breakfast were good, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, security, and customer service.

Hotel was nice. Fast food spot there had decent food.
Polite staff, cleaners were amazing and polite. Security staff were a little off.
Room was mediocre. Clean.
Dressing up table missing the chair.
Lighting was annoying. Had an automatic light outside the bathroom turned on when u moved so if u moved in bed it kept turning on. The other lights were dull. The window in the room, the lock on it was a little broken. Sometimes it would be open when we got back allowing insects to fly in.
The worst part was the shower kept flooding our room. I did ask the staff at the desk to ask cleaner but never happened. I slipped 2/3 times because of it (with my slippers on). And the beds/pillows very uncomfortable.
The hotel itself is nicely located as u can exit straight onto the strip the beach is opposite. Very convenient. Marina is 10 min walk with nice eating options.
Agadir tours guy at the hotel definitely worth trying out, did a few excursions and enjoyed them all.
Minus the fast food spot i didnt try any other food
