Hotel Club Almoggar Garden Beach

Had mixed experience at this hotel. Our first night was a bit of a nightmare they gave us rooms quite far from the lobby and we had to climb up two sets of stairs considering we had two pushchairs! I will point out the positives and negatives below: Positives: 1. Friendly and polite staff including the cleaners and reception staff. They did move us to slightly better rooms the next day the lady at reception Khadijah was very helpful and understanding. 2. Great location as through the back of the hotel you can access the strip and the beach. Literally a couple of minutes walk from our rooms. Negatives: 1. Rooms were outdated. Went with full family so we had 3 rooms Although they were spacious, they need modernising and we found cockroaches in the rooms. We notified reception and the bell boy also informed them but they didn't do anything about it. 2. The AC didn't work very well rooms were really warm Although our trip was in late December 2025 and AC hardly helped. 3. Breakfast was repetitive and not much options. 4. Initially gave us some rooms which were difficult to access as we had to climb up stairs with two pushchairs. However this was resolved the next day thankfully! 5. Requested pillows however after several calls to reception we gave up and asked the cleaners the next day who did bring one in the end. Overall, not the worst experience but not a great one. We would probably not stay at this hotel again there are other decent hotels around the area. This was a last minute booking for us.

This is the second time i stayed in Agadir, i find this is the better location as you are further away from the people trying to sell you stuff on the streets. They are harmless but it can get a bit much. You are also closer to shops and restaurants. We had a lovely clean room, with a balcony and a big bathroom. The pool was also great as it was nice and deep which you don't see often (they are often too shallow for a good swim) My only real grudge is the food and restaurant service The food is average at best, with really not very many options. Not even so much as a fry in sight. I found the rice very mushy and sticky and the pasta overcooked. It wouldn't be so bad if there were more options to chose from, but if you dont like certain foods from that already limited choice, you have to pile your plate with the same food that's just about edible. The breakfast is very bread heavy and the juice is watered down so also not very nice. For dinner you have to buy your own drinks (about 15dh for a can) however the restaurant staff are unattentive and you are lucky to get a drink untill you are halfway through your food, even if you approach them for one. One night we went without one because we were just too far into our food to even bother getting one. Overall the room, location and pool is great, it's just the food situation letting it down.

This hotel is placed in a very good & accessible place, to the beach, The Fort, the Soyk etc. The staff are very friendly, our room was serviced spotlessly by Naeema everyday. The restaurants feature very yummy food with a good variety to chose from. Lots of activities are available like badminton, table tennis, yoga, pool fitness etc, for people of all ages. The place needs a face-lift as it looks very run down. The swimming pool water was cold everyday.

An unforgettable stay thanks to Walid! Our experience at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Walid (Dodo) from the entertainment team. I booked this hotel a year ago. This year I booked another in Agadir, which I checked out the next day to return to Club Almoggar. They were really accommodating and helpful. It’s a really nice hotel and a perfect location. Staff is superb! The rooms are super clean and yes, they may need some upgrades but I realised the hotel is making improvements. Very relaxing atmosphere, good food and great views! Really good value for money. Thanks!
