We spent a week at Hotel Timoulay, and it was a holiday we’ll never forget. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Agadir Beach, making it very convenient to explore the area. The food was alright, with a good variety available throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Khalid at the front desk, who looked after us throughout our entire stay. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and by the end of the week felt more like a friend than a member of staff. He gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit around Agadir, which made our trip even more enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really made our stay extra special.
The only suggestions we would make are that some of the furniture and décor could do with modernising, as parts of the hotel felt a little dated. It would also be great if complimentary drinking water was available at all times. We often finished the water provided in our room and found ourselves worrying about having enough to take with us to dinner, as complimentary water was not available throughout the day.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Timoulay to anyone visiting Agadir. We would happily return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Timoulay and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team.
From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, who were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The hotel, rooms, and common areas were consistently spotless and very well maintained.
A special mention goes to Jawad and Abderahmane at the buffet restaurant. Their warm hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and constant smiles made a real difference to our stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and eager to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.
More generally, the entire hotel staff deserves recognition. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team always went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We also greatly enjoyed the evening entertainment, which created a lively and pleasant atmosphere, as well as the pool staff, who were always welcoming, attentive, and professional.
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Timoulay for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at - however the cleanliness mean the hotel was constantly being cleaned which sometimes prevented napping as our room was on the the -1 floor we could hear the rooms above us being cleaned starting at 9.30. However this was our only complaint. The food was nice, breakfast was nice, the waffles/ pancakes/ omelette outside was delicious. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. The pool was lovely, fresh and clean and quiet.
The bed was very squeaky when turning over sometimes the bathroom drain was a bit eggy smelling. Overall we had a 10/10 stay and would reccomend it. Also the spa was excelent, I had a firm toning massage for a very reasonable price and it was really relaxing.

Had a lovely time staying at the Timoulay hotel. We had problem with the Air con in room 10 and they moved us to another room. Which was really lovely of them. Can be noisy on Friday and Saturday from the hotel next door but mostly fairly quiet. The staff are so lovely and friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and always got a very good morning from the cleaners. Definitely would stay there again

Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Agadir but taxis were no more than £2 or £3 in a taxi into town. The hotel is very basic, breakfast was very limited and not great. Lunch and dinner was awful so we chose to eat elsewhere despite being half board. The gym had hardly any equipment and the aircon was never on. The aircon in our room also didn’t work and despite telling reception, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The pool area was nice but not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms so several times we went into town and paid for a day pass at another hotel. We used the spa during our stay but it in no way felt like being in a luxury spa. I did not enjoy it at all but it wasn’t very expensive. We got a very cheap deal to stay here but if I’d paid full price I’d be extremely disappointed. We would not return. There are several far, far nicer hotels in Agadir.
