Lovely Holiday stayed 17th -24th May on a short break. First time to Agadir. All the staff were very friendly every day ( and speak french, arabic and very good english, plus maybe more). The hotel , gardens, pool, surrounding areas and rooms we're very clean. Our room was cleaned daily with towels changed as required. Breakfast was all nice and fresh buffet style with lots on offer and the lovely staff in the corner making plain or mixed omelettes and Msemmen Moroccan Flatbread to order. We made use of the hotel spa , my wife had a spa package and i had a couple of back massages, all were excellent. For us we thought the hotel was in a good position , a short walk to the beach front with lots of restaurants and the usual street sellers, lots of armed police every few hundred metres making sure everyone is safe, didn't worry us at all. We ventured more into the centre , We went for long walks and found the argan oil factory near the large mosque and bought some items from there, The biggest Souk in Agadir ( huge market with thousands of stalls) , We also went up the mountain via the agadir kasbah cable car which was a nice experience. At the top you can have a walk around the kasbah or you can pay to go in which we thought was good value as the views were better inside with lots of info boards showing the history of it. The hotel food was very nice but we did venture out to a few restaurants away from the beachfront and more into the centre, We tried Blacksmith restaurant , pizza and chicken skewers very tasty, Dailys restaurant soups, steak, skewers , cheesecake all very tasty , Restaurant La Siciliana Agadir, pizzas and desserts were also very tasty, Al Fassia restaurant soups chicken all again very tasty. All in all a lovely holiday

I’m updating my review after receiving a completely unacceptable response from the hotel. I’m sharing this here because I cannot properly respond through Booking, and I feel deceived and extremely disappointed. The hotel’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional and below any acceptable standard.
In response to your accusations: I had already booked the additional night in advance and wanted to pay for it on the day of arrival. We approached the reception to settle this right away, but the manager was not interested in helping us. He didn’t even bother checking whether the extra night was booked, and told us to come back later.
We followed his instructions and returned on the day he told us to, again saying we’d like to pay for the additional night. The receptionist was visibly annoyed and refused to help, saying that the confirmation email from the hotel wasn’t enough and that she “needed to check with someone.” She told us to go back to our room and wait.
Later that night, around midnight, someone from reception entered our room without warning. This was a complete violation of our privacy and made me feel unsafe. After that, I couldn’t sleep at all.
Despite us trying twice to pay for the additional night, we were treated as if we were trying to cheat the hotel. Now you are publicly accusing us of dishonesty, which is absolutely unacceptable.
I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel.
The rooms are outdated and definitely in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The breakfasts were repetitive and not tasty.
We also experienced a very unpleasant situation regarding the extension of our stay by one day. There was a complete lack of communication between the hotel departments. This kind of situation should NEVER happen—especially in a 4-star hotel.
If you’re looking for a peaceful and professional place to stay, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were basic but clean and tidy, cleaners do a very good job and loved the special touch of putting my PJs in fan pattern. The pool is big enough. Lots of sunbeds never had a problem getting one. Service is on the slow side. There are around 4/5 people on, but it is slow to get an order in and receive food. The location is not bad. Around 5/10 min walk through the garden/grass area, just be mindful of beggers on the steps. Again, around 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

Front of house very rude, cleaners on the other hand very nice and trustworthy. Good supermarket right next door and shisha lounge. The beach strip is 5 minute walk and food shops are a further 5 minute walk when you get to the beach.
