We are on our second day at Tildi Hotel & Spa and have had a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is excellent, and the staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a great selection of food. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard.
The pools and sunbeds are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The marina, restaurants, and beach are all just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making the location very convenient.
I would highly recommend this spacious hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while exploring this wonderful country. We are thoroughly enjoying our time here and would happily return.
The first two days were enjoyable, but unfortunately, the rest of our stay was disappointing.
From the third night onwards, we barely had a decent night's sleep because of the constant noise outside. There were loud car horns, traffic, and doors banging in the early hours of the morning. If you're booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend avoiding the city-view rooms if you're looking for a quiet stay.
The beds were quite firm but comfortable enough.
The biggest issue was the water supply. On the fifth day, there was no hot water for 24 hours, and even the cold water was unavailable for several hours. While we understand that unexpected problems can happen, what was disappointing was the lack of communication. Reception didn't keep guests informed, our calls went unanswered, and we weren't given any updates about when the issue would be resolved.
On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They were always friendly, worked hard, and kept our room spotless every day. The rest of the hotel was also clean and well maintained.
Overall, this hotel has potential, but the lack of sleep due to the noise and the poor communication during the water outage had a big impact on our holiday. I hope the management addresses these issues, as they would make a significant difference to future guests.

The staff really make this hotel. They are helpful, polite and good above and beyond to deliver an excellent service with a smile.
The rooms are good. Only a couple of small downsides: the mattress is hard which was fine for me but my partner struggled to sleep well; the shower was prone to flooding the bathroom if water was on for the entire shower so we had to shower with water on and then off to let it drain, a little annoying but once we had figured it out was fine, we did report it to reception after the first morning; the floor in the room is tile and I would recommend brining slippers as feet and socks did turn a bit black walking around. Overall thought the hotel was comfortable.
The breakfast was tasty and the omelette bar and bread station were tried daily. We also had dinner one night which was great value and good if you don't want to venture far. The snack bar down by the pool if great and good for a drink or snack to keep you refreshed.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location, staff and facilities were great.

We had an amazing stay at Tildi Hotel in Agadir and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.
One of the best things about Tildi Hotel is its location. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, just across the road, making it incredibly convenient for daily walks along the seafront and relaxing by the ocean. Everything you need is nearby, including shops, cafés, restaurants, takeaway food outlets, banks, cash machines, and a convenience store right next door where you can buy groceries, drinks, coffee, and other essentials.
We chose to eat out during our stay because we wanted to experience the local food and culture, and there were plenty of excellent places within walking distance. The promenade area is lively and full of shops and places to eat, creating a great atmosphere both during the day and in the evening.
Agadir itself completely exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with Morocco during this trip. The city is beautiful, the beaches are stunning, and the weather was incredible. We visited in November and were lucky enough to enjoy temperatures of around 33°C, which felt like summer. The sea was beautiful, and every day felt relaxing and enjoyable.
Tildi Hotel was the perfect base for exploring Agadir, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 03/06 to 10/06, Room [103 & 102 5 more rooms]. The level of service and condition of facilities were pathetic and completely unacceptable for a paying guest.
The night shift front desk employee during our stay was extremely rude and made no attempt to assist us. Basic customer service ethics were absent. When we approached the desk with issues, we were met with dismissiveness rather than solutions. This is not the standard any hotel should accept.
Our room key cards failed to work multiple times. We were forced to return to the front desk repeatedly to "top up" or reactivate them. This wasted hours of our time and caused significant inconvenience every single day of our stay.
When I requested to speak with a floor manager or duty manager to resolve these issues, staff refused to help or connect me. I was repeatedly turned away. Being denied access to management when basic needs are not met is hopeless and unprofessional.
The shower was not functional for the entire duration of our stay. Every time it was used, water flooded the bathroom floor, creating a safety hazard and making it impossible to use properly. This was reported and nothing was done.
The lobby lacked any welcoming amenities. There was no water, herbal tea, or basic refreshments at the desk. You failed to meet the most basic expectations of hospitality and guest care.
This experience was not just disappointing; it was disrespectful. Your staff turned away tourists in need rather than facilitating a proper stay. Basic needs were not met, complaints were ignored, and we were treated with rudeness.

How this hotel is rated 4 star is beyond me especially when you see other 4 stars on the beach front. They're world's apart. It's annoying that you have to pay 4 star tourist tax. I would rate this as a 2 star plus at best.
The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom in our room certainly needed a makeover. The bath towels were changed daily but every single towel each day was always frayed and some even had holes in them. I've thrown better ones away at home.
Taps in bathroom sink and shower full of limescale and mould on the shower screen.
Tea making facilities in the room were poor. Just a kettle and one small cup, in a double room. No tea bags, coffee, milk or sugar.
The biggest problem with the hotel is the road that it's situated on. It looks terrible. It's disappointing that holiday companies don't show a photo of the front of the hotel, and I can see why they don't as it would have certainly put me off booking here.
We were very unfortunate to be placed in a room on this road side and I can say we never had a decent nights sleep in the 2 weeks we were there. The road is extremely noisy all night long. People talking loudly. Cars coming and going, banging doors and beeping horns and motorbikes revving engines. These noises could go on until 5:30am. I complained at reception and requested to move rooms but they were not helpful at all and just said they were fully booked.
Breakfast was very poor. I had to ask for coffee cups and spoons on a few ocassions. On a number of days they had no sliced bread for toast and when I asked each day for 3 days, I was told they were out of stock and would have it tomorrow, but they never did. Orange juice ran out a few times as did the milk and had wait for it to be stocked back up. Overall, not an enjoyable experience at breakfast.
Overall not a pleasant experience and we will never return and wouldn't recommend.
