Hotel room is a nice size. There's AC and a fridge, theres no iron in the room. After that its down hill. Most of the staff are rude. Asked for a kettle multiple times never received it, this should be as standard especially if u claim to be a 4 star hotel.
The cleaners do half a job and did not clean our room half the time and when they did they left us with no toilet roll or towels. Had to ask a few times for this. Horrible hotel, do not recommend. The hotels with lower stars on the strip are way better than this so called 4 star. The only nice staff at the hotel was security. They also charged my friend to keep her luggage to the side as out flight wasn't until midnight, I have never been charged anywhere ive been around the world to hold luggage at a hotel. If u simply are going in and out you will be fine. If u want more from ur hotel and polite staff this is not it.

Solo female traveller. I stayed in an apartment room which is not the best but honestly I’m not in it really. What matters to me more is the grounds (swimming, tanning, eating) where I spend more time and those areas are well kept and amazing. However the best part of my stay is the service which is amazing. Everyone is so kind and has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel staff chats with me, the chef made vegetarian suche especially for me when there was only fish sushi at the buffet. The food presentation was great and better than restaurants I’ve been to. I was able to book every amenity I wanted in the spa without problem and the lady there was so lovely. I was able to leave my luggage for free in the baggage area and use the hotel and eat there before check in. It was a walkable distance to the beach. I was worried reading other negative reviews before I arrived, but I am happy with my stay and I would definitely come back.

VERY GOOD BREAKFAST.
GOOD STAFF ESPECIALLY CLEANERS
HOTEL COULD DO WITH MODERNISATION.
APARTMENT ROOM VERY SPACIOUS WITH ALL AMENITIES. ONLY DOWNSIDE ROOM IS A BIT DATED.
OVERALL A GOOD HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE. WOULD VISIT AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location and the view of you're lucky with the room. Most of the staff are friendly and nice, apart from one gentleman at the reception who clearly hates his job and gives an attitude to every customer, which is a shame as it does affect the holiday stay.
Rooms are nice only on floor 8 where you need to pay extra to get the actual 4* feeling (if so), they call them PREMIUM rooms, but not always available. Even is you pay for superior room, the bathrooms are usually old and dirty, hairdryer not working and always have an issue with the safe. We had to get the maintenance to come to our room couple of times so we could access to our valuables.
If you want a stress free holiday, I would not recommend to stay here, however if you want a nice view (from higher floor for extra charge) then this is the right place for you.

As others have shared, the hotel looks completely different to the photos published and advertised, to the point I initially thought we had been dropped off to the wrong hotel. We complained instantly about our room, it was dirty, smelt of mould and my friend and I felt dirty and claustrophobic being in there. The following room we received wasn’t really any better but it had a shower door instead of the mouldy, dirty, smelly curtain and dirty bath tub which in our eyes was a plus, at least we could bathe and not still feel dirty. There is only 1 plug socket (other than the one used for the fridge and TV), for 2 travellers with 2 phones and other things that needed charging/plugging in, this was a nightmare taking it in turns just to charge our mobiles/portable chargers, etc. We had to call for our fridge to be replaced and cleaned as it wasn’t working and was dirty, we had issues with the AC (needed heating as we were freezing and the system was set to a specific setting so we were unable to get heat until the maintenance man visited) the room is outdated and not clean nor very attractive. The only positive about the room was waking up to a beautiful but very restricted view of the sea. Some of the staff were extremely rude, we did however meet a few who were lovely (mainly the night staff). The food was horrendous and inedible so please don’t waste your money booking all inclusive or half board. We only had breakfast which we tried on our first morning and we never returned to the restaurant again. The most annoying and frustrating thing about this hotel was the fact that they expect you to use their services such as taxi and excursions service, and when you don’t, they become very spiteful, rude and petty! As we decided to use our own taxi service, they refused to allow the driver into the gates to collect us, so my 5 months pregnant friend and I would have to walk down to the entrance gates everyday, even in terrible rain (a whole storm) as the hotel advised we should be using their own taxi service. I paid for a hotel room which they couldn’t even get right, why am I obliged to use their services? Is there some clause in the booking where we have to use their taxi and excursion services? This caused frustration everyday on our holiday which was sad as we just wanted a peaceful break which turned out to be not so peaceful. Even our drivers advised that they visit 5-6* hotels to collect passengers and never face these issues, they were too shocked with the behaviour of the staff at this hotel and felt it was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. There are numerous hotels nearby that cost less and look amazing. A few of my friends stayed at different hotels locally and had a much better experience than us, paid less and were treated much better. I think the only good thing about this hotel is the location which is pretty central to everything and within walking distance to many places, otherwise I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I really wish the management team would stop trying to argue with every paying customers point and take the advice on board as they have the potential to have a very successful running hotel if they would spend some time listening instead of arguing and updating their extremely old rooms. The cleaners were absolutely lovely but again didn’t clean the rooms well at all. They would finished cleaning the bathroom and bedroom in less than 4-5 mins, literally impossible. I actually had to go over the room everytime it was cleaned, I don’t want to have to clean on holiday. This hotel is definitely not a 4* and I’d feel generous giving it 3*. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review and tried so hard to work through issues with the staff who were rude and unwilling to change their views, listen or help us out so unfortunately here we are.
