My experience at Anezi Tower Hotel was quite mixed.
On the positive side, the staff outside the reception truly stood out. The porters, housekeeping team, doormen, breakfast staff and service providers, both at the tour shop and the spa, were exceptionally kind, always helpful, and consistently welcoming with a smile. Their level of hospitality made a very good impression. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception staff. They came across as distant and not particularly friendly, almost as if they were doing guests a favor rather than welcoming them. Whether it’s attitude or just poor customer service, it creates a negative first impression that the hotel should really address.
As for the rooms and apartments, they were disappointing. There was a noticeable musty smell, and I even encountered cockroaches. I had to change apartments twice, which speaks for itself. While the service from most of the staff was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. The location is decent, but there are certainly better hotels available for less money — something I only realized after already staying here. In summary, great staff in some areas, but significant improvements are needed in both reception service and room quality.

The new receptionist handling our check-in was sarcastic, our check-in documents had been misplaced, no apology, instead just tried to get rid of us, we weren't told that our room was outside the main hotel building, had to figure it ourselves and we weren't given any information about the the hotel facilities like breakfast and pool etc. But the rest of the staff made up for it!!
The room was lovely-room set up is very family friendly, and the cleaning staff make it spotless every day-thank you Nadia and Karima! The pool was great, and the bar had good entertainment. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The restaurant waiter staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming to all guests. Special thank you to Chef Yassine, the breakfast selection was great and he always made the time to check in to make sure everything was running smoothly and checking in with guests. Thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Came to Anezi Tower twice in 3 weeks. Came with my husband the first time and the experience was 10/10 we booked a one bed apartment. Location is fantastic. Room 1212. Then 2 weeks later came with my family there was 5 of us. I specifically asked for one apart that has no stairs for my disablef mother and they couldnt accomodate us, i had to wait the next day and asked 3 times which was a shame. The recpetion staff said you need to come early not at 3pm but we went to the reception and told a different recpetionist at 10am!Anyways, finally we were in room 1214 which was great for my mum, brother and myself. We also had room 1224 for my sisters. The only other thing that really lets down the hotel is the spa staff! My mum specifically asked her not to cut her toe nails during the pedicure as her nails are very weak but she did it anyway. When i confronted her she started shouting and saying 'she enjoyed it! HOW ON EARTH IS SHE ENJOYING WHEN SHE CANT EVEN WALK!! SHE CUT HER NAILS SO SHORT!! Do yourself a favour and go to a different spa! Also we fidnt book excursions through the hotel we went to the place at the back of the hotel down the stairs!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Upon arrival, we were informed via a poster at reception that there would be no water available between 12am–6am. As we needed water for Fajr prayer, this was quite inconvenient. While the staff did provide bottled water upon request, this is something that should have been clearly communicated in advance.
When we entered the room, the bedding did not smell fresh and seemed unclean. We requested for it to be changed, however this was never done during our entire stay, which was extremely disappointing and unhygienic.
We also had no internet access in the room throughout our stay. Despite raising this multiple times with reception and the manager, we were repeatedly told that it was working on their devices, but no effort was made to properly resolve the issue for us. Additionally, the YouTube function on the TV did not work at all.
To make matters worse, the master bedroom sink was blocked, making it unusable for the duration of our stay.
To add to the frustration, at checkout we were charged for the bottled water that had been given to us due to the scheduled water outage, which felt extremely unfair and inappropriate given the circumstances.
Overall, these issues significantly impacted our comfort and experience. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Our group stayed in three self-catering apartments. The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed daily. The staff very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, so the pictures can be misleading. The pool area and the pool bar were the best thing about it. Also, the massage provided was excellent.
