The location is brilliant right by the beach and some of the staff are really friendly. However, our entire stay was let down by serious issues.
It is naturally very hot here, so air conditioning is absolutely essential, yet we went the whole week without it. We reported it to reception; someone came to inspect it, confirmed it wasn’t working, and promised it would be fixed the next morning. When we followed up, we were told the AC was broken throughout the entire building and nothing could be done — but we later spoke to other guests and discovered this was completely untrue. To make matters worse, they never answered the phone whenever we tried calling reception to follow up or ask for help.
The cleaning service was also extremely poor. When my wife politely asked for fresh towels and bed linen, and for the old ones to be removed, the staff member refused her request outright and slammed the door in our face. There was also no fridge provided in the room at all.
No to the restaurant breakfast same every single day, we had to wait for plates, glasses at times, good option very limited, especially dinner time we ate only 3 days out of 6 due to lack of options. First night we got robbed 50 MAD for bottle of water. You don’t get no drinks with your meal even though you pay for it.

Service level is very high. Staff really wants to make you stay comfortable. Especially the waiter Rashin is standing out for his caring personality and going the extra mile in the Royal Mirage restaurant serving us at breakfast and Lunch. So thank you so much for you Rashin, you raised the experience by far.

Hotel & Rooms are dated, but ours didn't need aircon as it just happened to be very comfortable.
All the staff here were exceptional, after the 2nd day they all recognised us immediately and couldn't do enough to help us, the staff made up for the hotel been dated.
Would definitely return.

We where greeted was love and care from staff members and a specially a lady called Wisal she really when out her way and was very helpful at all time made us feel at home. The 2 head chef where amazing. Over all the stay way very good. Only thing that need updating is the room towels apart from that the staff made the holiday very pleasant. If ever go back and same staff are not working there.. I don't think it will feel the same.
Hotel need some TLC.

Me and my husband arrived on Friday. Welcome drinks were provided while we were checking in. Staff were polite and and welcoming. Mohammad was very helpful with luggage n all.
Miss WISSAL was the manager sitting in Glass office. She is beautiful inside out and absolutely the highlight of our trip.
Wissal and her team arranged my birthday surprise for me. It was one of my best birthday and I’ll always remember this. They put so much effort in and wissal personally supervised all the arrangements.
Cleaning team led by Meryam lovely people helpful and friendly.
Food was ok and staff was good and help full.
100/ recommended value of money and brilliant staff makes your stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Loved Agadir because of having nice hotel and good night sleep really and best location.
