A great hotel. Clean and tidy at all times. Room was spotless and maid service every day including fresh towels each day, even had my pj’s folded every day! Food in the very clean restaurant was varied and has something for everyone. Waiting staff at the restaurant bring drinks at the evening meal. All staff are polite and courteous and respectful. Bar staff in the evenings are friendly and polite. A**** to this hotel and staff.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel and would not return.
From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcomed. As people of colour, the attitude from staff was noticeably cold and dismissive, particularly at reception and in the restaurant. This was not a one off interaction but a consistent feeling throughout our stay. If you are a person of colour, I genuinely do not believe this is a place where you will feel comfortable or welcome.
The first room we were given had a serious health and safety issue. Every time the shower was used, water flooded the entire bathroom floor and spread around the sink, creating a dangerous slip hazard. This was especially alarming as we were travelling with our autistic toddler. I reported this to reception immediately and asked to be moved, but the response was dismissive and we were told we would have to wait until the next day, despite the obvious risk.
Later that afternoon, I returned to reception with photos clearly showing how unsafe the situation was. Only after showing this evidence were we finally moved to another room. It should never take repeated complaints and proof for a clear safety issue to be taken seriously, especially when a child is involved.
The restaurant staff were consistently unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable every time we dined there. The only positive experience we had with staff was Katya from housekeeping. She was genuinely kind, warm, always smiling, and did an excellent job cleaning the room. She was the only staff member who treated us with basic friendliness and respect.
Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. We left feeling unwelcome, unheard, and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise people of colour to avoid this hotel. Based on our experience, it is not a place where you will feel respected or valued as a guest.

Well where to begin, this hotel represents probably the best value for money we have ever had in our many trips to Benidorm. Spotlessly clean throughout, some of the friendliest staff you could ever wish to meet. The food is absolutely fine with more than enough choices for anyone , the breakfast in particular is well worth a mention . Loads and loads of sunbeds available throughout the day ( no 6:30 a.m. sunbed wars here thank you very much) the location is perhaps a little further from the beach then we anticipated but there again it is right on the edge of old town , so swings and roundabouts really . Overall the easiest way to evaluate the Princess is , would we stay there again? ...
Absolutely no problem whatsoever .
Thanks guys for a really really nice little break .

Stayed here last week hotel was really good probably the best one I've stayed in spain. Staff seemed friendly and our room was cleaned every day. Really good facilities for children I think hotel is perfect for children under 11. Only things I didn't like which was minor was it was frustrating waiting every morning for pancakes guy on the grill simpley couldn't keep up with demand so you was constantly waiting for them and you don't get a drink with your evening meal you have to pay. I think you should at least get tea/coffee and a juice like you do for breakfast. Also you have to pay €3 euro for swim cap if you use indoor pool so bring your own if you have one. Other than that that hotel was spot on. You did get tea/coffee in the room. WiFi was OK. I think 4.5 raiting it gets on Google and trip advisor is fair its not perfect but very close! Would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

The room I staid in (single room) feels closer to a student room than to a 4 star hotel room, it is tiny, outdated, bed seems old and has a blanket. The shower is pretty narrow, hard not to hit the wall on a daily basis.
At the end of my trip my whole desire for food was gone, the buffet is just too repetitive and plain. I stopped eating meat after one evening where the guy at the grill wanted to put a hamburger on my plate with a meat tong that he had just used to put raw pork on the grill and it still had raw meat hanging on it 😱
Also please stop giving people a gift room or allow them to opt out, some people are conscious about their footprint and don’t want to gain more “junk items”.
On the positive side, cleaning staff is excellent, restaurant staff also good except for that grill person.
For me this is never again, both for the hotel and for Benidorm. It’s really a race to the bottom for food and alcohol, I should have known better.
