Excellent hotel, located just across from the beach, with multiple pools and hot tubs. The staff were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I was upgraded to a room with a terrace and private sunbeds, which was a wonderful surprise.
The hotel was also very accommodating. Although they could not offer a late checkout, they provided access to a shower room, which allowed me to enjoy the beach a little longer and freshen up before my flight.
The buffet restaurant has a beautiful terrace with sea views and stunning sunsets. The buffet itself was not the best, but still a solid option.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service!
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and professional, the check-in was quick, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were exceptionally clean, and the adults-only concept created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach directly behind the hotel and the marina, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away.
A big thank you to the entire H10 Gran Tinerfe team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

My Wife and I have bere the last few years and we love it..
Hotel staff very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
Our rooms on both visits have been excellent and we are already planning our next visit here.
Adult Only Hotel which is nice for us and in the middle of Playa De Las Americas and Costa Adeje so nice walks both ways when you come out of the Hotel.
Food has also been very good with a large selection on both Breakfast and Evening Meal times.
Would definitely recommend...

Just returned after a 4 nights stay with 8 others on a stag do, hotel could not be more accommodating, staff we so super helpful, polite and welcoming, rooms were super clean, well presented, privilege lounge was a bonus, yes we did drink a fair bit, sometimes maybe a little loud but we’re always super polite and let us enjoy our time, restaurants were again super accommodating for us, food was hot and a great choice of options, pools super clean, again snack pool bar staff and food/drink options great.
Nice the staff interacted with us, yes sometimes 9 lads can be intimidating but I hope we Did not disappoint with behaviour, were a little loud first Day at lunch but just told that’s enough Drinks now the Bar is down stairs which we respected as people where eating.
Super location, close enough to the messy side of things but far enough out to enjoy the day, lots of nice shops and restaurants local if you don’t opt for all inclusive, we did eat out a couple of evenings as had restaurants booked which we enjoyed from previous visits.
Several people enjoyed the casino on a few occasions from our group, again met with polite customer service.

This is our 2nd visit to the gran tinerfe, we had another wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning :)
FOOD & DRINKS
Plenty of choice including fresh meat, fish, veg… English food night was brill, as was the Chinese. Beach restaurant for a dining service at lunch is always lovely overlooking the sea. Drinks are spot on, good selection of spirits and bottled mixers (no flat coke like some chains). Didn’t do privilege as don’t see the point. We didn’t do the à la cartes this time around so can’t comment, as prefer to eat out a few times too.
ROOMS
We upgraded again and our room was really spacious, with good views and close to the pool. Modern and cleaned (thanks to our lovely cleaner Jennifer!).
LOCATION
Close to centre of Las Americas and Adeje, great location if you like walking as can go both ways. Lots of bars/rests around the hotel and up the road, entertainment, close to the waterpark, shops, etc.
Note - we stayed in Playa Paraiso last October and regretted it as not much going on outside the hotel, walks not as nice either.
TEAM
The team are fantastic, every body was so pleasant and friendly, which helped to make our stay perfect. Hotel entertainment was great too. Special thanks to David (bar), Julian (best pool bar guy), Yadary (waitress). Thank you again for a brilliant stay!
