Excellent hotel with outstanding service!
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and professional, the check-in was quick, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were exceptionally clean, and the adults-only concept created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach directly behind the hotel and the marina, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away.
A big thank you to the entire H10 Gran Tinerfe team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel! Absolutely blown away by the quality of the service. Hotel is in a fantastic location whether you're looking for something chill or something wild, its all literally within a 10 minute walk. There was also very little noise for a hotel thats so close to so many restaurants and bars. Incredibly quiet hotel! Food and drink quality was brilliant, as was the service (especially the ladies and gents working on the Drago bar in the daytime, they absolutely smashed it with quality drinks as well as friendly and speedy service.) Only thing to point out was the fact that I did find it the vibe around the hotel to be a bit sleepy at times. For context however, Im 25 and was there by myself and most of the guests were 60+ years old. I wasnt on holiday to party, but on the flip side I wasnt trying to sleep all day either haha. Not at all a complaint against the hotel whatsoever, just something to keep in mind if you're in a younger age bracket and looking to blow off some steam while you are away. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax, eat a lot and get some sunshine with beautiful surroundings.

It may be unfair on the hotel, but the location -whilst great being on the seafront - is let down because the immediate area feels rather rundown and tired. The mid/north of Costa Adeje is far nicer. The hotel itself is a modernised 1960s building and they have done a good job of making jt feel as fresh and contemporary as they can do. The staff are all brilliant and the best asset, really good service. Food was ok... nothing bad, nothing exceptional. Definitely ok but... ok. The hotel I could recommend but the not the local area. Sorry guys!

This is our 2nd visit to the gran tinerfe, we had another wonderful stay!! Will definitely be returning :)
FOOD & DRINKS
Plenty of choice including fresh meat, fish, veg… English food night was brill, as was the Chinese. Beach restaurant for a dining service at lunch is always lovely overlooking the sea. Drinks are spot on, good selection of spirits and bottled mixers (no flat coke like some chains). Didn’t do privilege as don’t see the point. We didn’t do the à la cartes this time around so can’t comment, as prefer to eat out a few times too.
ROOMS
We upgraded again and our room was really spacious, with good views and close to the pool. Modern and cleaned (thanks to our lovely cleaner Jennifer!).
LOCATION
Close to centre of Las Americas and Adeje, great location if you like walking as can go both ways. Lots of bars/rests around the hotel and up the road, entertainment, close to the waterpark, shops, etc.
Note - we stayed in Playa Paraiso last October and regretted it as not much going on outside the hotel, walks not as nice either.
TEAM
The team are fantastic, every body was so pleasant and friendly, which helped to make our stay perfect. Hotel entertainment was great too. Special thanks to David (bar), Julian (best pool bar guy), Yadary (waitress). Thank you again for a brilliant stay!

We had an amazing stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe. From arrival to departure, everything felt easy, relaxed and very well run.
Staff were friendly, attentive and never intrusive — no fuss, no stress, just a smooth experience throughout.
Check-in was quick and welcoming (with drinks on arrival), and the wristband system for room access and payments worked brilliantly once you got used to it.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping — genuinely the best we’ve experienced.
The buffet was a highlight. It felt more like a restaurant than a typical hotel dining hall, with great service, welcome drinks and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent (especially the omelettes). Dinner had great starters and desserts, although the mains were a bit more limited.
Pool areas and layout are fantastic — three pools, plenty of sunbeds and everything close together without feeling crowded. The animation team were great fun (shout out to Dani), and the foam party was a standout.
Location is ideal — right on the beach, with easy walks to Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje, plus shops, bars and Siam Park nearby.
Overall, a fantastic holiday and we would definitely return.
