Great hotel, would definitely stay here again. Everything is clean and tidy and staff are polite and helpful. Check in was quick and easy and check out was too (had use of a luggage room and a shower in the spa in the evening before our flight). Rooms are big and light and had everything we needed (could have done with a couple of extra plug sockets so being your 3 way extension lead!) And the dressing table needs a mirror!!! Bathroom was great and large mirror and vanity side was great. Pool areas are fab, one cold pool which I loved (and it was quiet) and one heated where all the kids and families were. We had breakfast and dinner included) food was good, different each night and breakfast had lots of choice too. Everything was fresh and hot, the only complaint was they ran out of tea bags on the first morning and then didn't have any for the following days. Nice coffee though.
Location is perfect 👌 really close to the prom and the shops, bars and town.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Tenerife. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. A special mention goes to the bartender, Ramon, who truly went above and beyond. He was friendly, attentive, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable. His positive attitude and professionalism added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. Great facilities, lovely staff, and outstanding service—especially from Ramon!

End of stay, the earlier review was made in beginning of our stay. Traveling with toddler and this hotel is not worth it, maybe it was a 4 star hotel many years ago. We had a broken bed the whole stay, some elevators where broken and the main elevator to the breakfast was broken witch is not great when you have a stroller. A lot of noise in the hotel and outside it at night. Reception did not help with our broken bed or anything else. Other staff where great tho and location is great.

Great family hotel in a fantastic location....
After many stays I call this my home from home when visiting Tenerife, never any issues and the staff always happy to make stays memorable...
Pool: Ramon [top banana] and the team are working hard to make sure the drinks flow and the vibe lasts all day.
Reception: The team work hard to get checkins complete quickly and are always on hand with information when required.
Restaurant: Tino and the team make sure you are seated and the selection is first class, never boring due to the ever changing theme nights.
Animation: Camila and co work hard all day keeping the kids busy and again into the night, brilliant effort.
Never a problem and ALWAYS my go to when visiting Tenerife..........1st class.....
..CAN'T RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH..

We have just returned from a one-week family holiday at this hotel and overall we had a really good stay.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
Tino was probably the friendliest and nicest member of staff. He always smiles , talks to guests , jokes with kids, not just ours but all of the kids
Our room was comfortable, with enough space for a family, and we especially enjoyed the nice terrace.
The swimming pool is lovely and large, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times.
The location was at the very top of our list, and it truly was amazing - easily the best part of the hotel. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the nicest beach and about a 5-minute walk to the main street, which is full of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Everything was so conveniently close.
The only disappointing part of our stay was the food. The variety was good, and it was clear that fresh meat, fish, and vegetables were used.
Unfortunately, the meals were often tasteless, overcooked, or oversalted. It feels more like an issue with preparation rather than ingredients.
We could see the team trying their best, but somehow it just didn’t work when it came to the food.
Aside from this, everything else was great, and we genuinely had a very enjoyable family holiday.
