The fitness center requires modernization, as it lacks essential equipment such as bars and weights.
The guest rooms were well-maintained and comfortable.
The beach was exceptionally beautiful.
On certain evenings, the dining areas experienced overcrowding due to a high volume of external visitors.

Our stay at the hotel was full of fun and great memories! The evening shows were a real highlight — every night there was something new and entertaining: comedy acts, live performances, themed parties, and more. The energy and creativity of the animation team, especially the Oscars Team, made every evening special. After the shows, the disco kept the vibe going with good music and a great atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommended for those who enjoy active nights and quality entertainment!

Our stay at Xafira Deluxe Resort & Spa was absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with great facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful.
What made this holiday really special was the animation team. They were so full of energy and positivity — always smiling, always engaging with guests, and creating an amazing vibe throughout the day. They really care about people and always took the time to answer any questions or just make us laugh.
There were also fun activities every evening — the kids loved the mini disco, and the nightly shows were super entertaining and varied. You could tell the team put their heart into it. Every night felt unique, and it made the holiday even more memorable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, child-friendly, and welcoming place to relax and enjoy great entertainment. Can’t wait to come back!

Big Disappointment – Has the Potential to Be a 5-Star Hotel, but Felt Like a 2-Star Experience
The hotel has the facilities and potential to be an outstanding 5-star resort, but for me and my family, the experience was no better than an average 3-star stay.
Main Reasons for the Disappointment
1. Poor Service
• Staff seemed unmotivated and unhappy. Several even complained to us about their working conditions once we got to know them.
• Very few employees spoke decent English, which made communication difficult.
2. Restaurant & Dining Experience
• Overcrowded main restaurant (we visited in early August). This led to long queues, chaotic line etiquette, and poor guest handling.
• Insufficient staffing during peak season – the hotel should either have more staff or open additional restaurants for ultra all-inclusive guests.
• Poor hygiene:
• Tables were not cleared in a timely manner, even after repeated requests.
• Average wait for a clean table was about 15 minutes – we often had to clear it ourselves.
• Floors were frequently sticky and spilled with drinks like ayran, creating an unpleasant smell.
• Overall, the dining area felt stressful, messy, and neglected.
3. Housekeeping
• Cleaning quality was poor – it often felt easier to tidy up ourselves.
• Dirty mops were used on floors, and surfaces were not cleaned, even when we asked.
• Towels were sometimes poorly washed or even reused.

Positives
• Outdoor aquapark is a great feature for families, with many slides and a snack bar nearby.
• Facilities like the Tea Lounge and Ocean Patisserie are nicely designed but could be improved (e.g., a proper barista and more drink options like frappés).
• Spa department provided excellent service and friendly staff.

Conclusion
Although the hotel has impressive facilities and some enjoyable features, the many negative aspects – especially in terms of hygiene and service – far outweigh the positives.
We will not be returning.
If you care about cleanliness and good service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

This Resort is not even 2 stars. Basic things like iron and iron board is not provided you have to buy an iron for 45€ from their shop. Shower doesn't have protecting door and the floor get flooded my kid was slipped and hurt. No proper room or bath cleaning. Dishes is not clean properly. Damage wall and doors everywhere. They don't change bed sheet and it has bed bugs. Only people who'v never seen a 5* hotel would be impressed. I wonder who gave thwm a 5* hotel status
