The property itself looks incredible at first glance but the overall building needs some repairs. There were holes in the ceiling with leaks being collected in buckets in the restaurant. Fridges in rooms were not stocked at all during our stay. Lights externally were not working. Staff and cleanliness were top notch though. Be waring you must pay for WiFi away from lounge area which is not documented until you arrive. 8.95 for a week which isn't terrible and signal was stable even at the beach. Overall very good we enjoyed it.

Me and my sister stayed at the hotel for 7 days. And we had an amazing time. We were welcomed good. They took our luggage upstairs. The activiteits from the animation team was awesome. The halloweenparty was great, the partys to the club, the brazilian show. We loved eachone of it. The food was good. And there were alot of things to do at the hotel. The pool is a bit cold but you can go to the beach as well. Or the Pool with slides. A good spot to go.

This is my first time here in Antalya staying in an all inclusive resort. The weather has been brilliant 😎 (apart from today we have had some heavy showers) We have toured round the whole hotel and had a good time at the beach. Xafira has its own section there with food, drinks and sun loungers all included so you don't need to take anything from the hotel serving 11am-4pm. The animation team has been good fun and really engaging. Can Polat (his name badge) is a cheeky bugger. And a cool guy to be around 😃 He has made the stay along with all the events team a pleasure. You have enough food and drink in the restaurant and beach bar to keep you full all day. There is a wide selection for everyone, kids and adults. We have taken part in many of the excursions and trips on offer from the reps and enjoyed every single one of them, especially the flying horses safari a d quad biking. The only downside I can comment on, is there is not much around the resort in terms of night life after the entertainment has finished. We did go to the illusion club which was a really cool venue. But being the end of the season and on a Monday it was quiet. I can imagine it being a super club during a busier day or time of the year.
Based on my experience I can recommend to family's and couples wanting a budget friendly holiday 😎 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't waste your money unless you want to appear on one of those holiday from hell programmes. The room was dirty. It didn't get cleaned once by "housekeeping" in a week. It didn't have a pool view as it was obstructed by a bloody huge concrete pillar. The room utterly stank of smoke and when we asked if all the rooms are smoking, the guest relations guy gleefully nodded and said yes. When we clarified and said we would prefer a non smoking room the guy looked confused, and said they don't have any. The buffet will make you lose weight, either voluntarily by not eating it or explosively if you do partake. The shuttle bus to the beach is a tractor with a glorified tralier. You feel like getting a tetanus jab after using the "private" beach, which is a tiny section of the only rocky part of an otherwise sandy beach. The first day we used the water slides one of the "lifeguards" obviously had a large one the night before as he was having a sleep in the shade next to the slides. The gym was falling apart, with mostly inoperational equipment. They blare music from 10am until midnight, seriously obnoxiously loud, perhaps catering for the majority russian clientelle. The best thing about the whole location was the Irish pub 5 minutes walk away. Food and staff there were amazing and provided somewhere safe to eat.
Deluxe must be a mistake. Even if it was a grade like "A" Lux or "B" Lux, it should be (for) "F" Lux (sake don't go).

The hotel's architecture is beautiful. The hotel is very large. As far as I can tell, it's an 850-room facility. The reception took excellent care of us. We were a little disappointed that internet access outside the lobby was paid. Turkish cuisine has always been delicious. We found some delicious food here, too. The hotel's entertainment team was very energetic. We had a lot of fun with them. They organized Olympic competitions, as if they were on a TV show. The evening shows were captivating. I'm deeply grateful to them, I believe.
