It’s a nice place. For the price, you get a clean room, decent pools, a good beach and wonderful staff.
The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily - on one occasion, our room wasn’t cleaned, but I spoke to reception and they sorted this quickly.
The food is good for the price - a little more variety would be great, but we were perfectly happy.
The drinks are also good for the price - I don’t like the wines, but the beer is decent and the cocktails good. The spirits are slightly weaker than would be in the uk, but decent drinks overall.
The staff are wonderful, and I cannot complement them enough on making our stay nice. Always helpful and fluent in English, Turkish, Russian and German.
It is a bit of a drive to Manavgat or Side, but there are some busses or taxis to cater to this.

This hotel is really nice. Everything was good. Only I dont understand why in main restaurant is so much dirty dishes on a tables. Everytime when we did come and try find a table, we did see used plates and glasses on every free table. I didnt see it in past in another hotels what I visited.
Specially thanks is for kids animation team. My daughter did enjoy all your programs and the team was nice to children. Big thanks for Veta ❤

Overall impression: 3★ hotel
(Review written by someone working in high hospitality for 10 years)
The cleanliness around the pool was non-existent. Chips my child spilled on the very first day of our holiday were still there a week later. As for the pool itself—I’d rather not comment. We caught a virus from it and ended up in the hospital with our one-year-old on IV drips.
Food was average. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, though lunches and dinners were fine. A wider selection of fruit, sides, and kids’ meals would have been appreciated, as well as more high chairs. One morning I asked several staff members (including managers) for some grapes for my daughter—none of them understood such a basic word in English and simply ignored me. Instead, they sat at a table eating alongside paying guests, which is absolutely unacceptable in hospitality. Management attitude overall was very poor, and reception staff seemed constantly annoyed.
Families with children are accommodated in the newer building, which is much farther from the sea. They call it an “upgrade,” but it really isn’t—just an extra room, which doesn’t make a difference if you have a baby. We arrived at 1 a.m. and had requested baby cots in advance. The rooms weren’t ready, and we had to wait another 30 minutes. Walking back and forth from the beach to this building every day was exhausting.
The sea itself was clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds. However, the beach is not child-friendly—rocky, with a steep entrance into the sea, and large waves every afternoon.
Rooms were clean only on the first day. Our sheets were never changed, even after our child accidentally wet them. The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned either. Fresh water was replenished daily, but the minibar was stocked only on the first day. Towels were replaced daily. Housekeepers repeatedly entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, waking up my child from her nap every single time.
At the terrace bar, the waiter was rude. My husband wanted to bring a drink to the room while our child was asleep, but the waiter refused to serve him unless he drank it at the bar. Hardly what I’d call “ultra all-inclusive.”
The kids’ animators didn’t engage with children at all—not even a smile. There should really be an indoor play area for kids.
Final note: Management seriously needs to be replaced.

We have just finished our stay at the hotel, and I can honestly say only the best things about this resort and the wonderful people who work there. The hotel's location is excellent, the food is always varied and very tasty, and the infrastructure is well-maintained and full of various amenities.
What I would especially like to highlight are the animation programs, both for children and adults. Everything is so well organized that you simply have no need to leave the resort at all, 24/7.
A special thanks goes to the very kind and professional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this fantastic hotel, which in my opinion deserves a 10/10.

If you want to feel as if you are in a prison or are keen to have an idea of how a prisoner lives then book a 7 night stay that this resort. They only cater to a very specific country of tourists and seem to disregard any other nations that choose to spend a holiday at their resort. Their entertainment nights will make you fall asleep unless again you are from a specific country of tourists that they cater to. If you need to lose some weight and cleanse your digestive system, make sure you eat the food from the restaurant that is served over and over again and reheated as they would rather save their expenses than invest in cooking fresh food everyday and not let anything go to waste. As for their all inclusive alcoholic drinks, they fill the bottles up with water to make them look full and that’s what they serve you because again why should they spend money on serving you pure alcohol when they can save this way. Lastly, if you are travelling with children, be prepared for their very small kids swimming pool that is surrounded by the smell of urine.
