Our stay with you was wonderful during our two-week vacation. We had fun, enjoyed all the activities, and had a great time together. You have everything a family needs, from the youngest children to the adults.
The staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel welcome, seen, and heard. Most of all, we always felt safe during our stay.
The entertainment team was amazing. They made us feel like part of the family and always made sure we were having a great time. There was always something fun to do, and they made sure no one felt bored.
Thank you all for making our holiday so special. We will definitely miss you and hope to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for a whole week and were extremely satisfied with everything. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, and it truly made our vacation even more enjoyable.
A special thank you goes to Murat, who is by far the best and kindest bartender we have ever met. He always brings positive energy to the pool bar and has a unique talent for making people smile and feel welcome. His cheerful attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness made every day a little brighter. Murat is a real asset to the hotel, and we hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future!

I visited Washington Resort in April with my son during the low season. Overall, it is a nice property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was kept clean throughout our stay, and the food was consistently good.
A major highlight was the Children’s Day celebration on April 23rd—the buffet presentation was absolutely beautiful and very well done. I also really enjoyed the yoga session in the garden, which was a lovely, quiet experience, and the animation team was very attentive and friendly throughout our visit.
For the price we paid, I feel this resort offers good value for money.
However, there were a few downsides. Since it was spring, the outdoor pool was quite cold, which we expected, but it was disappointing that the indoor pool was even colder. Also, the gym is a disaster; it is poorly maintained, messy, and has several pieces of broken or damaged equipment. If they invest in the gym and heat the indoor pool, it would be a perfect stay!

Washington Resort Hotel & Spa is a wonderful place for a holiday. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The entertainment team was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Resul for his excellent service and to Efen, a member of the entertainment team, for his kindness and friendliness.
We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

I booked this hotel with my boyfriend around April 20 for a 9-night stay, expecting a full “ultra all-inclusive” experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we received at all.
When we arrived, the reception checked us in quickly and gave a very rushed explanation of the hotel. No one offered to show us around or explain the amenities properly. When I asked about the à la carte restaurants, I was told they were closed because it was “not the season” something that was never mentioned at the time of booking.
After the first day, we realized there were only about 20 guests in the entire hotel. Because of this low occupancy, many services were simply not available. There was no animation or entertainment, only a very small buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Several advertised amenities were completely closed, including:
Ice cream bar
Sauna and steam room
Game center
Disco
There was also no music or atmosphere in the main lobby bar. If you wanted any nightlife, you had to pay €15 to go into the city of Manavgat which is unacceptable for a hotel marketed as “ultra all-inclusive.”
The fitness room was also disappointing. The treadmills were not working, and the equipment was outdated. Anyone who works out regularly would find this gym unusable.
Having to pay for wifi in a hotel that is supposedly an ultra all inclusive is un heard of .
Our room (a family room in the newer section) was clean and nice, but the building felt like an add on to increase capacity rather than a well integrated part of the resort.
The food was good in quality but extremely repetitive. I understand that fewer guests can impact variety, but this raises a bigger question: why open the hotel early in the season and advertise a full ultra all-inclusive experience if most services are not available?
We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts before, including an 8-night stay just prior to this one, and this experience was not comparable at all. Most hotels in the area were operating properly, based on both our previous experience and the feedback we heard from other travelers nearby. This hotel felt very low budget in how it operated. I hope it improves during high season, but honestly, it’s hard to imagine how it would handle a full crowd without chaos.
We raised these concerns with the hotel and even asked for a refund after just one day so we could move to another hotel and actually enjoy our vacation. Our agency tried to intervene, but the hotel falsely claimed that everything had been resolved and that we were satisfied which was not true. The reception staff pretended not to speak English well Enough to understand what we and our agency was saying and asking for .
I also had a very negative interaction with the manager, who was very rude and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain my concerns.
On a more positive note, the rest of the staff were friendly. However, there was a major language barrier, as most staff did not speak English, making even simple requests confusing. This should be an important part of a hotel to a few staff members that at least speak one of the most spoken language in the world .
Overall, this was not the experience we paid for. This hotel should not advertise itself as “ultra all-inclusive” during the off-season when most services are unavailable.
I usually don’t write reviews but when I come all the way from Canada and spend a lot of money on a vacation we expect to have the experience they say they sell .The
