I booked this hotel with my boyfriend around April 20 for a 9-night stay, expecting a full “ultra all-inclusive” experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we received at all.
When we arrived, the reception checked us in quickly and gave a very rushed explanation of the hotel. No one offered to show us around or explain the amenities properly. When I asked about the à la carte restaurants, I was told they were closed because it was “not the season” something that was never mentioned at the time of booking.
After the first day, we realized there were only about 20 guests in the entire hotel. Because of this low occupancy, many services were simply not available. There was no animation or entertainment, only a very small buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Several advertised amenities were completely closed, including:
Ice cream bar
Sauna and steam room
Game center
Disco
There was also no music or atmosphere in the main lobby bar. If you wanted any nightlife, you had to pay €15 to go into the city of Manavgat which is unacceptable for a hotel marketed as “ultra all-inclusive.”
The fitness room was also disappointing. The treadmills were not working, and the equipment was outdated. Anyone who works out regularly would find this gym unusable.
Having to pay for wifi in a hotel that is supposedly an ultra all inclusive is un heard of .
Our room (a family room in the newer section) was clean and nice, but the building felt like an add on to increase capacity rather than a well integrated part of the resort.
The food was good in quality but extremely repetitive. I understand that fewer guests can impact variety, but this raises a bigger question: why open the hotel early in the season and advertise a full ultra all-inclusive experience if most services are not available?
We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts before, including an 8-night stay just prior to this one, and this experience was not comparable at all. Most hotels in the area were operating properly, based on both our previous experience and the feedback we heard from other travelers nearby. This hotel felt very low budget in how it operated. I hope it improves during high season, but honestly, it’s hard to imagine how it would handle a full crowd without chaos.
We raised these concerns with the hotel and even asked for a refund after just one day so we could move to another hotel and actually enjoy our vacation. Our agency tried to intervene, but the hotel falsely claimed that everything had been resolved and that we were satisfied which was not true. The reception staff pretended not to speak English well Enough to understand what we and our agency was saying and asking for .
I also had a very negative interaction with the manager, who was very rude and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain my concerns.
On a more positive note, the rest of the staff were friendly. However, there was a major language barrier, as most staff did not speak English, making even simple requests confusing. This should be an important part of a hotel to a few staff members that at least speak one of the most spoken language in the world .
Overall, this was not the experience we paid for. This hotel should not advertise itself as “ultra all-inclusive” during the off-season when most services are unavailable.
I usually don’t write reviews but when I come all the way from Canada and spend a lot of money on a vacation we expect to have the experience they say they sell .The

It’s a nice place. For the price, you get a clean room, decent pools, a good beach and wonderful staff.
The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily - on one occasion, our room wasn’t cleaned, but I spoke to reception and they sorted this quickly.
The food is good for the price - a little more variety would be great, but we were perfectly happy.
The drinks are also good for the price - I don’t like the wines, but the beer is decent and the cocktails good. The spirits are slightly weaker than would be in the uk, but decent drinks overall.
The staff are wonderful, and I cannot complement them enough on making our stay nice. Always helpful and fluent in English, Turkish, Russian and German.
It is a bit of a drive to Manavgat or Side, but there are some busses or taxis to cater to this.

If you want to feel as if you are in a prison or are keen to have an idea of how a prisoner lives then book a 7 night stay that this resort. They only cater to a very specific country of tourists and seem to disregard any other nations that choose to spend a holiday at their resort. Their entertainment nights will make you fall asleep unless again you are from a specific country of tourists that they cater to. If you need to lose some weight and cleanse your digestive system, make sure you eat the food from the restaurant that is served over and over again and reheated as they would rather save their expenses than invest in cooking fresh food everyday and not let anything go to waste. As for their all inclusive alcoholic drinks, they fill the bottles up with water to make them look full and that’s what they serve you because again why should they spend money on serving you pure alcohol when they can save this way. Lastly, if you are travelling with children, be prepared for their very small kids swimming pool that is surrounded by the smell of urine.

We have just finished our stay at the hotel, and I can honestly say only the best things about this resort and the wonderful people who work there. The hotel's location is excellent, the food is always varied and very tasty, and the infrastructure is well-maintained and full of various amenities.
What I would especially like to highlight are the animation programs, both for children and adults. Everything is so well organized that you simply have no need to leave the resort at all, 24/7.
A special thanks goes to the very kind and professional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this fantastic hotel, which in my opinion deserves a 10/10.

This is a very comfortable hotel. There are 4 beach bars and terraces next to the sea and the swimming pool. The food is various and delicious, but in the lot of the meals there are the tipical oriantal spices (don’t now exactly what, but not curry). But the food is good really. The sea coast covered by small gravels, and it is not so bad as many people wrote it. We were here with two kids (5 and 2 years old), there was nothing bad with the sea. The rooms are comfortable, the swimming pools are big enough, and the water is lukewarm in them. Maybe they could have more program for children, and Animator Team could be more active. But at all, it is a very good place for a holiday.
