The place is absolutely stunning and extraordinarily exceptional.
Unfortunately, choosing July for our stay turned out to be a poor decision due to the extremely hot and humid weather, which caused illness among the family, especially the children.
However, aside from that—which is beyond human control—everything was simply magical.
The price is high, but the services fully justify the cost.
The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly, showing great patience with the various situations and temperaments of the children.
The price also included everything: water games, food and drinks, photos, the amusement park—all throughout the day without any additional charges.
The team was quick to respond to every request, always helpful and efficient.
Room services were excellent—no more than a few minutes would pass before the staff arrived to fulfill any request in all three rooms we stayed in.
Our stay consisted of three rooms for four days.
The evening festivals were wonderful, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall that includes all the top brands.
The pharmacy is open daily until 12:00 am.
I was truly impressed by everything I experienced there.
It’s a place worth visiting again, and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at The Kingdom, Land of Legends was truly unforgettable! Everything from the warm hospitality to the luxurious atmosphere exceeded my expectations.
But what truly touched me was an experience that showed their honesty and outstanding service. I had accidentally left behind my Hermes sandals , an item that is not only expensive but also very dear to me. I only realized this two weeks later after I had already returned to my home country.
When I contacted the hotel, I honestly didn’t expect much. To my surprise, they immediately responded with genuine care, quickly located my sandals, and even arranged safe shipping all the way to Dubai. Their dedication, responsibility, and attention to detail went far beyond what I could imagine.
This kind of professionalism and integrity is rare and means so much to me. I will always remember this exceptional gesture, and for me, it speaks louder than any luxury experience. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not only for luxury, but also for trust and true care.

Disappointing Experience – The Land of Legends Hotel
My recent stay at The Land of Legends was unfortunately far below expectations, mainly due to poor communication, inconsistent information, and lack of professionalism from some staff members.
1. Misleading and Contradictory Information
From arrival, I was given conflicting details regarding the boat ride in the canal. First, I was told there was a 50% discount for guests, then a few hours later it became 25%. After walking to the far end of the shopping mall in extreme heat, I was told there was no discount at all. When I asked for confirmation, I was informed it was 20% but only if I rode immediately before 6 PM — again in the heat. Ultimately, there was no discount. The manner in which this was communicated was impolite and unprofessional.
2. Poorly Managed Fast Track System
In leading theme parks worldwide (e.g., Disney Paris, Tokyo Disney), Fast Track can only be used once per ride to ensure fairness for all guests. Here, I witnessed people using Fast Track repeatedly on the same attraction, riding five or six times in succession, leaving others to wait far longer. This system appears unfair and not well regulated.
3. Misleading “Free Turkish Bath” Offer
The hotel advertises a complimentary Turkish bath for guests, but when I went to use it, there was no staff to assist, guide, or explain the process. I only received directions by chance from a cleaning lady I met in the corridor.
Overall
The combination of unclear information, lack of guest care, and unprofessional communication made the stay disappointing. For a hotel of this reputation and price range, I expected significantly better service standards and guest experience.
Update 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I wrote a review about The Land of Legends hotel, mentioning several issues I had experienced. To my surprise, the hotel responded immediately and arranged an instant meeting with Mr. Oguzhan ( Guest Recognition Director)to discuss all the points I had raised.
He was the perfect representative for a hotel with such a prestigious reputation, handling everything with the utmost elegance, courtesy, and professionalism. He resolved all the problems I faced promptly and efficiently.
A heartfelt thank you to him.

Our first family holiday abroad and the hotel for us was the right choice, especially travelling with children who have additional needs.
The hotel itself is lovely and is well thought out of in regards to catering for children and families. Adem at the front desk was extremely helpful and made us feel extremely welcome, guest relations were also so helpful and supportive of us during our stay. The water and theme park is lovely and the we thoroughly enjoyed them on a daily basis. The first aiders were also extremely helpful when my son experienced his first wasp sting. We were also able to take advantage of having fast track passes for the rides which was of great use for my son who struggles with queing, this made the experience much more smooth sailing for us.

I have been here many times before in the past years but this was my worst ever experience.
I dont like giving low stars to incredible places built like this but our experience was terrible.
I wont be dissing everything because its just some things that really upset us, I will also be pointing out the good things about this megalithic complex.
The service was and is terrible “only” to “turkish” citizens, i am also an Australian citizen and whenever i talk turkish the staff is never helpful i can only point out 2 staff in the entire complex that was nice to us. Whenever i use my native english accent the staff is extra polite but my wife is turkish so most of the time we didn’t get treated right from our own citizens. We saw that foreigners were being treated with way more respect, when we were handed the handbands they we’re literally passed over to us aggressively, but before us an Arabic family had there bands all put on there wrists.
Kids got sick we needed a doctor we never got a call back.
Our babysitter wasn’t aloud in many occasions to help us with the 2 kids even though we paid for an extra band for the rides and food.
The babysitter was spoken rudely infront of our kids and told to leave while we were getting food in dinner section because she didn’t have a tag.
Also the day we came the electricity was out so most rides we couldn’t use.
And the second day the lifts dont work i asked for emergency stairs and they said there isn’t any??
So we used the staff lifts.
The food section is amazing the quality of the foods and range is incredible.
Its a safe hotel for the kids, no smoking in most areas which suits me, the rooms are nice clean and useful.
So many rides to choose from and so much to do.
Its our second day in and i will also update this review as i go by, so far this is how it is here for us.
I will be reviewing the Rides Nikelodeon and the AVM also
