We stayed at Swandor Topkapi Palace for 7 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort truly lives up to its 5-star rating.
The property is stunning, with beautiful architecture inspired by the original Topkapi Palace, and the grounds are immaculately maintained.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout our stay.
The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented.
Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities.
What really stood out was the service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant teams for their hospitality.
Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

We visited with our family in winter holidays. Overall was a great stay and the hotel had a lot to offer.
Is very clean and the food is one of the best we had been to.
Staff attendance and hospitality could improve a lot.
Very good facilities for kids to get entertained and staff in the Kids Club are supper friendly.
Would definitely visit again.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and there’s an impressive variety of food, fruits, and drinks available throughout the day. The restaurants and bars around the resort, especially Saadabad, are beautifully located and create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The entertainment team deserves special praise — they’re young, energetic, and super friendly. The live music was top-notch, and the shows every night were fun, engaging, and suitable for all ages. The entertainment overall was one of the main highlights of the hotel and made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy.
On the downside, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and a few of the restaurant or bar staff (only a small number) seemed unhappy with their job and showed a bit of attitude, which might be due to language barriers making communication harder.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Onur , who mainly worked at Lalezar Bar in the evenings , he was truly one of the best staff members I encountered. Also, a big thank you to the team at Divan Restaurant on September 27, who made my father’s birthday an unforgettable and very special evening for our family. They were extremely professional and kind.
My only suggestion would be to slightly improve the food quality at Divan Restaurant — everything else was excellent.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, lively, and relaxing vacation experience.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for their kindness. Even though it was not part of their obligation, they generously allowed us to check in early at 10 a.m. and provided us with two rooms. This meant a lot to me, as my parents are elderly and truly needed some rest. On top of that, we were also invited to enjoy breakfast, which was a lovely gesture.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their constant kindness and warm smiles. You created a wonderful and memorable experience for me and my family.

It was very nice. But I have stayed at all inclusive hotels in other places and they were outstanding. That’s why I can’t give this hotel a 5 star all across, I know it can be better.
The workers were all very nice people, the variety of food at the buffet is probably the best part, delicious food and even though it’s packed, the layout works, they have repeat stations of certain items so that people aren’t piled up trying to get one thing, there is something for everyone’s dietary needs and it was very delicious. Plenty of tables so there’s always a clean place to sit. I liked that they had a baby food station which is very thoughtful when you’re trying to feed a baby but I would also appreciate alternative milks like lactose free or almond milk.
Things that need improvement:
The shops are way too expensive. We spent more on diapers here than we have anywhere else. Obviously profiting on basic needs. If they wanted to be expensive for clothing or luxuries that would be something else but sunblock and diapers? Those are basic needs. The barber shop, I know they may be an independent shop but the hotel should ensure the staff is following their opening times. They are never open at the time listed on their signs. Their card machine didn’t work so my husband had to get cash and the next day he went back at 9 to pay and they didn’t open for a whole extra hour. That was the day we were supposed to leave and we were just waiting for them to open so we could pay. That is gambling with people’s time and we are not trying to get a surprise bill later if we left.
A list of what’s included when you check in. We had to ask and even then we didn’t know what shows would be on and when. A program for entertainment would be nice. They didn’t have it listed on their app either.
The beach and playground were filthy. Trash, old bandages, cigarettes, napkins were all mixed into the sand and by the playground. That looked very unsightly. This was early in the morning too so it’s obviously not cleaned early.
Other than that the drinks were great, the rooms not very spacious but comfortable, great assortment of free snacks and drinks in the mini bar, and plenty of pools and sun beds.
The AC, we were there in October, so obviously much cooler weather. The AC was struggling to cool the bedroom down, I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in July and August, we ended up opening the balcony door for better, cooler air at night which I’m sure it’s not so nice in the summer.
Overall, we would stay again but I hope they work on improving certain things. It’s a good deal for the price.
