Hurrem Restaurant was an outstanding dining experience. They offer a fixed tasting menu, with each dish served fresh and brought to the table as soon as it was ready. From the first course to the last, every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. While everyone’s palate is different, I genuinely enjoyed every single item they served.
What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality. The manager, Eren, recognized us from the previous day at another restaurant and personally came over to welcome my family and me. That level of attentiveness and genuine customer care made us feel truly valued. Excellent food, outstanding service, and an experience I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting.

For such a big establishment it is run excellently. Our room is all we need with essential air conditioning.Room service is fabulous.
The grounds are kept very clean and the staff are very attentive. The shows on a night time are very professional, there's plenty of activities during the day and loads of pool-side space

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean overall, from the rooms to restaurants and all area. It had nice green places, a lovely sand beach, and basically everything needed. The staff was polite and helpful and always with a smile on their face. I loved the water aerobic lessons we had at the sea with Ellen. She is fantastic , very dedicated to her work and very talented. My son loved the music lessons playing the drums and the entertainment shows with Barbarossa and Hurrem Sultan.
We will definitely stay there again and we can’t recommend the hotel enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very spacious, beautiful, and perfect for families, especially those traveling with children. There are plenty of activities and facilities for kids, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation.
The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, with many options to suit different tastes. One of the best things about the hotel is its beautiful sea view, which creates a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
Overall, the hotel has a lovely ambiance, great service, and something for everyone. I highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at this hotel has been nothing short of appalling. This was especially disappointing because it was our first family holiday in seven years. We had all been so excited to finally get away, only to be let down by both the hotel and its staff.
The problems started before we even arrived. We are a family of six with four children, and I contacted the hotel multiple times before our arrival requesting two rooms next to each other, as the hotel does not offer interconnecting rooms. Every response was simply, "Please request this on arrival." We arrived at 1:00 a.m. only to be given rooms that were far apart. Reception told me to arrange a room change during the day because it was late. The hotel was fairly quiet at the time, and had the receptionist taken the initiative to accommodate our request there and then, it would have saved us a great deal of stress. It came across as a lack of effort rather than a genuine inability to help.
Reception Staff
We had three people in each room, making six of us in total, including four children. Children inevitably misplace key cards, yet when I asked for additional room cards, I was simply told, "We don't give out extra cards." I genuinely could not understand the reasoning behind refusing such a basic request. It felt like an unnecessary power trip rather than good customer service.
When we checked in, reception told us there would be a porter to take our luggage and show us to our rooms. However, nobody explained where to find him. The receptionist disappeared into a back room and never returned, leaving me to carry luggage and find our rooms myself while managing four tired children at 1:00 a.m.
Every interaction with reception throughout our stay was unpleasant. The staff consistently came across as though they didn't want to be there. On one occasion I had to say "Hello" three times before I received any acknowledgement, with the receptionist simply staring at me. Basic courtesy costs nothing, and I expect it from anyone, particularly those working in a customer-facing role.
Customer Relations was no better. I was trying to locate a lost item, and from the moment I sat down I was met with irritation, rudeness and hostility. I asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly told there wasn't one available. I found that very difficult to believe for a hotel of this size during such a busy period. After challenging this several times, they finally agreed to call the night manager.
Pools and Water Slides
Anyone considering this hotel should be aware that many of the slides have age restrictions. From what I recall, children had to be at least 10 years old. This meant my 9, 6 and 5-year-old children were restricted to the small toddler slides, which they quickly became bored with. If you're choosing this hotel primarily because of the water park, this is something you should seriously consider before booking.
Food
The hotel advertises multiple restaurants, but this is somewhat misleading. Aside from the à la carte restaurants, it is essentially the same food served in different locations at different times of the day. We expected much more variety and found it disappointing.
Entertainment
The entertainment simply wasn't for us. Even the children's entertainment felt below average and lacked the energy and excitement you would expect from a family resort.
Faults.
Our bedroom door broke with us stuck inside and one child left outside on the balcony. I explained to reception the urgency as a child was locked away from its parents and should come quick. The to get this rectified toom much longer than we would have liked. First a member of staff turned up and tried a standard room key to open. But I clearly explained it was jammed shut and and engineer was needed. If they had just sent the engineer to begin with it would have saved time and stress of my toddler not being able to reach his parents.
