I wear the hijab and jilbab, and I visited this resort for 9 days in late August (staying in room 1230 from August 28th to September 5th). I originally wanted to book a halal resort, but it was beyond my budget, so I chose this location based on positive reviews—however, my experience was deeply disappointing.
On the positive side, the resort grounds are beautiful, and the food is delicious and abundant. Although my room was dusty upon arrival and required me to request a thorough vacuuming and mopping, the rest of the property was fairly clean and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was severely ruined by poor guest behavior and discriminatory service:
Guest Conduct: Many guests exhibited unsafe and disruptive behavior, including littering on the beach and leaving glass cups everywhere, which creates a serious safety hazard. I was also subjected to constant, uncomfortable staring while trying to enjoy my vacation. At one point, a tourist even took photos of me without my consent while I was swimming alone in the sea, and denied it when confronted.
Staff & Service Issues: I experienced clear bias and unprofessional treatment from two waiters in the main restaurant during separate incidents, as well as a waitress at another venue who refused to serve me and lied.
Management Response: While most staff were polite and Guest Relations initially listened attentively and offered a complimentary à la carte dinner as compensation, the manager ultimately revoked the offer and spoke to me rudely.
Despite a few friendly staff members, the double standards and mistreatment toward Muslim guests were blatant. I did not feel respected, safe, or welcomed here as a Muslim woman, and I strongly advise other Muslim travelers to look elsewhere for a holiday.

I had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed the whole experience. I especially loved the Fly Yoga and yoga classes — they were definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The instructors were incredibly nice, friendly, and professional, and the classes made me feel both relaxed and refreshed.
The surroundings are also absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that make the whole experience even more special. It’s such a peaceful and inspiring place to relax, recharge, and enjoy some quality time. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

We have really enjoyed our break here.
For such a big establishment it is run excellently. Our room is all we need with essential air conditioning.Room service is fabulous.
The grounds are kept very clean and the staff are very attentive. The shows on a night time are very professional, there's plenty of activities during the day and loads of pool-side space

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean overall, from the rooms to restaurants and all area. It had nice green places, a lovely sand beach, and basically everything needed. The staff was polite and helpful and always with a smile on their face. I loved the water aerobic lessons we had at the sea with Ellen. She is fantastic , very dedicated to her work and very talented. My son loved the music lessons playing the drums and the entertainment shows with Barbarossa and Hurrem Sultan.
We will definitely stay there again and we can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Hurrem Restaurant was an outstanding dining experience. They offer a fixed tasting menu, with each dish served fresh and brought to the table as soon as it was ready. From the first course to the last, every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. While everyone’s palate is different, I genuinely enjoyed every single item they served.
What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality. The manager, Eren, recognized us from the previous day at another restaurant and personally came over to welcome my family and me. That level of attentiveness and genuine customer care made us feel truly valued. Excellent food, outstanding service, and an experience I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting.
