A wonderful stay (sad to be checking out today!). We stayed for 9 days with a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old. The hotel is amazing, from the location, the rooms, the heated pool, the staff who couldn’t do more for the guests & service.
We were half board, the food is varied and nice. Probably not the best we’ve had but the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it & it’s still decent. It may help to have more themed nights to keep it more focused/varied.
The kids entertainment was brilliant, our kids loved the circus & acrobatic shows, bouncy castle etc.
Location is incredible, 5 min to the beach and 10-15 into morro jable which is beautiful.
We did the Oasis Animal Park too which is so worth it!
The hotel is spotless, the pool area, the rooms are cleaned daily. We would 100% rebook and we found it to be incredible value for money.

This was our 3rd visit to Fuerteventura, and first time staying at the Sol Fuerteventura Jandia.
Room A429 was reasonably sized, with a good sized balcony offering a partial sea view. The room comes with a smart TV in the main room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. There is also a good amount of clothes storage, a small fridge and a safe for storing valuables.
Unfortunately the WiFi in our room stopped working the day after we arrived, and despite contacting reception staff about this on 5 separate occasions over the remaining 5 days of our holiday, the WiFi was still not working when we left. This means you cannot use the smart TVs to stream things like Netflix or Disney+.
The Hotel has a decent sized swimming pool, with a much smaller paddling pool at the back of it. Be advised that with only one main pool area, the bathing area is usually full up by around 10:30 am. Alternatively, the beach is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel reception.
The buffet food in the restaurant was of a generally high standard, with a fairly good variety of options throughout our 6 day stay. Drinks are self service from coffee machines and fruit juice or wine and beer dispensers.
Be advised that this hotel is close to the southern tip of the island, and was the last of 12 stops our Jet2 coach made on it's way from the airport. This meant a commute time of around 2 hours and 30 minutes each way.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel should not have a 4-star rating.
The problems started immediately at check-in. The receptionist repeatedly said she could not hear me and seemed irritated, even though loud music was playing nearby and people were partying in the lobby area. This is clearly a management issue, not a guest’s fault.
Finding the room at night was extremely frustrating. The directions from reception were unclear and I had to walk around the hotel in the dark with my luggage trying to find the room by myself. No assistance was offered.
We paid extra for a “sea view” room, but the view looked nothing like the photos shown on booking websites. It felt very misleading. When I showed the reception the pictures from the offer, they were initially surprised by my complaint, but eventually admitted that I was right. Unfortunately, after requesting a room change, we were given another room with exactly the same view – facing a building.
That night it was raining and very windy. The entrance door to the room kept banging loudly the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to block the door myself just to reduce the noise. At the same time, rainwater from a gutter was hitting the concrete very loudly, which suggests poor maintenance. To make things worse, the TV kept turning on automatically during the night and started playing hotel advertisements, waking us up several times. In the end, I had to unplug it.
The food situation was also very disappointing. The hotel clearly cannot handle the number of guests staying there. Food items run out quickly and there are long queues for everything. One morning we arrived for breakfast at 9:00 and there were no eggs left, and we were told there would be no more that day. By the time you finally get your food and find a place to sit, it is already cold.
The quality of the food and drinks is very poor. Even tea and coffee were difficult to drink, and the fruit looked old and not fresh.
For the price this hotel charges, you can definitely find much better accommodation. I cannot recommend this place and would strongly advise future guests to consider other options.

We recently stayed 10 days at Sol Fuerteventura and overall had a good experience.
The food was very good, and the variety was definitely a positive surprise. Our room was beautiful and spacious, which we really appreciated. However, there were quite a lot of ants on the terrace and even in the room, and some insects in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
We had half board with drinks included during the meals. The only thing that felt a bit strange was how drinks were handled at the bar — we kept receiving our drinks in different glasses: sometimes smaller, sometimes larger, which was a bit confusing.
On the positive side, the animation team was absolutely wonderful. They were always friendly, energetic, and made the atmosphere really fun. Paula and Alvaro were especially great and made our stay very enjoyable. Also there was live music every evening.
The location is top, close to the shopping area, to the beach and sea promenade - which takes you to the central area of Morro Jable.
Overall, it was a nice experience with delicious food and amazing staff, despite a few things which could be improved.

This hotel exceeded my expectations having read other reviews.
Checking in was easy and Pablo was amazing. We arrived just before dinner finished. He took our bags and said to get dinner asap. Then he personally carried our bags to our rooms. We were half board. Surprised to find that included palatable alcohol at breakfast (which we never tried) and dinner. Entertainments and sports classes included. Truly spacious suite and balcony. Really peaceful in A block garden view. Food wasnt cold but microwaves were situated by coffee machines if people felt need to reheat anything. I personally find buffets stressful as so busy. But the choice of food was good. Finding a free table was not always easy. The pool was lovely, warm. I booked through booking.com and my filter was for parking. Be aware the parking is not within the hotel ...i would have prefered this....it is free but public which caused a bit of concern especially as the carpark is taken over for market on Thursdays. This is not a problem of course if you are not hiring a car.
