I'll start with the negatives, of which there were very few.
We arrived after our flight had been delayed by over an hour, getting to the hotel at around 10:45pm, only to be told there was an issue with our room and we'd have to be moved to the Elba Carlota, which turned into a bad experience in itself.
We returned the following morning, and the assistant manager did everything he could to sort things out and got us checked in as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated.
From the moment we checked in, we were treated to a glass of cava and greeted by friendly, smiling, welcoming staff. The check-in process was thorough, with everything explained clearly, including the facilities, restaurant times, entertainment, on-site shop, and Wi-Fi.
The only other negative was the cocktails and drinks. We enjoy a good drink, especially on an all-inclusive holiday, but quite often so much alcohol was added that they became difficult to enjoy.
Our room (126) was on the ground floor in the corner, which was absolutely perfect for us. We could walk straight out into the pool area and had quick access to the beach.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the restaurants offered plenty of variety. The Tex-Mex food served in the Tucan Bar was a fantastic change from the buffet, and the service there was excellent.
The pool area was perfect—well maintained and spotlessly clean. The lobby was impressive, and the hotel's direct beach access was a real bonus.
The animation team were brilliant. They made a genuine effort to get people involved, and even something as simple as smiling and saying hello as they passed made a big difference. The Lion King show, paddleboarding, sangria-making, and mojito-making activities were all fantastic. We don't have children ourselves, but it was obvious how great they were with the kids.
A special mention goes to Ivan and Giulia, who were both outstanding.
There was more than enough food and drink available throughout the day, so you were never left hungry or thirsty.
My only suggestions would be to offer more non-fizzy soft drinks. Sometimes you don't want alcohol, cola, fizzy drinks, or just water, so options like iced tea or still fruit juices would be a great addition during the day.
It would also be nice if the evening entertainment carried on a little later. Even if it was just music or a playlist in the Broadway Bar until around 1am, it would give adults more opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening after the children's entertainment finishes, as 11pm feels a little early.
Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The excellent staff, great facilities, and welcoming atmosphere far outweighed the initial inconvenience.

We’ve just stayed here for 10 nights and had a wonderful holiday. The food was amazing and the staff were absolutely fantastic. We had great fun taking part in the activities on offer which the staff made so much fun with their enthusiasm. The animation team were all so good with the kids, especially Ruben, Ivan, Aitor, Alessandro and Yeico. The rest of the staff such as the waiters/waitresses, bar tenders, reception and room attendants were all helpful and very friendly, all making our stay a pleasant one.
We had an adjoining sea view room which was incredible! I will miss waking up to such a beautiful view every morning. The room was very clean on arrival and kept well during our stay.
We will definitely be returning and cannot wait to do so!

We had a wonderful holiday! The food was delicious, and all the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
A special thanks to the entertainment team! They organised great activities, lovely shows, and themed nights with professional singers.
The Mini Club was the best part of our holiday. My daughter didn’t miss a single day because she loved it so much. A special mention to the girl at the Mini Club. She was always smiling and so kind. My son adored her, and every time he saw her, he would ask for a hug. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Excellent customer service, staff were friendly and polite, and really made us welcome. Location is a short 20m from the airport, near the beach and a short walk from the town. It is worth noting that the hotel is directly under the flight path, so you will see and hear planes overhead.
The food was as expected for an all inclusive, some of the nights were better than others. Lunch and breakfast were reliable.
The main area for improvement is the service to the rooms, they should provide bottled water daily. We consistently found ourselves thirsty and having to plan evening trips to the bars to get water. Some of the towels provided had holes and tears to them and were not clean enough - the attention to detail isn't there.
The free roaming cats were lovely, and it was nice to see the local wildlife in the hotel grounds, such as hedgehogs.

Best entertainment team we’ve seen on holiday. From mini club for kids in morning to aqua gym, entertainment and games around the pool in daytime to mini disco and then fabulous evening entertainment with variety show and then the incredible Lion king performance with a team of 7 people just incredible. Can’t praise this entertainment team enough. Congrats team!
Rest of hotel also been incredible, warmest welcome on arrival. Amazing food and excellent choices of food every meal. Kids loved chocolate fountain and cheese nacho fountain! Clothes haven’t survived!! Great sea view rooms and service been incredible throughout. Most incredible relaxing massage on day 1 so worth booking ahead-totally got me in relaxing mode early on.
Highly recommend this hotel and great to walk to marina and feed the chipmunks on route. Thank you to all the team here.
