Returned from here having spent a week all inclusive as a family of 4. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned regularly. Having no aircon wasn’t too problematic and wasn’t as bad as we were expecting based on other reviews. The hotel itself was nice, spacious and the pools were good. The splash park was a nice addition which our children enjoyed. Unfortunately we did have to eat out more regularly than we would have planned. Mealtimes were chaotic, food repetitive and no matter what time we went, there was limited food available and took a while to be replenished so you’d end up having to wait. We tried going at different times, as it opened, in the middle of service times and toward the end though this didn’t change the issues we experienced. It seems the restaurant is too small to accommodate the volume of all inclusive guests. There were also long queues on an evening for drinks despite the sports bar being open, people didn’t seem to use that to increase flow of service. There is also a bar located near to reception with a nice terraced area but only open 11:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00. They seem to have valuable space that they don’t operate which would resolve some of the service issues we experienced. Likely wouldn’t stay again due to the resort itself being quiet but for a week it was manageable and fortunately we did budget our spending money for meals out, though did have to eat out more than planned.

Broncemar was a last minute holiday for us. The hotel is in a great location with shops bars and restaurants around - market also on a Saturday from 10am.
Food is ok - not great - very very repetitive, lots of pork and pasta bolognaise every single day… fussy children, then no good. Drink options - Amstel for larger - 3 choices for all inclusive cocktails and fizzy pop. Not a great selection of all inclusive cocktails - 3euros for others like strawberry daqs or sex on the beach, pina colada. There was no menu to clearly state what the all inclusive drinks was… kids could get milkshakes and fizzy pop.
snack bar is hardly a snack bar - it’s a small square table in the bar area with leftovers from breakfast, some cheese and meats and a toastie maker.
Poolside is very very slippy, lots of children and adults flying everyday - wearing shoes may help if they have good grip. Pools are manky inside - black floaters - never seen them cleaned. Grout is black and drains too.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds! The hotel needs air con especially in the summer months - it was so so hot… the ceiling fans just aren’t enough and only in the bedroom - living area has no cooling system.
Some parts are quite modern and then other areas like the pool being dirty… which lets the hotel down - it needs a good looking after…

I'd give 3.5/5 if I could and I'd happily come back again.
Room was nice but very hot due to no aircon, bear this in mind as it makes sleeping difficult. The entertainment goes on until midnight and this was very loud in the room I stayed in as lots of the rooms circle the stage/dining area.
Food was fairly decent overall including various vegetarian and vegan options. Things weren't always labelled so check carefully what's in the dishes if you're unsure.
WiFi is unusable due to too many concurrent users. It's fine in the early hours of the morning until about 7am but it definitely needs upgrading so don't bank on using the free WiFi during the day/evening.
Pools are fantastic for all ages. If you want a sunbed you need to get down there well before 7am and put a towel down. Remember your towel clips/bands as the wind will blow your towel off.
The beach and shops are a short walk including a fun mini golf. There's also restaurants and a supermarket down there too.

Stayed at the Broncemar between 27th July to 6th August 2026 with my wife and 2 children. We were given room 178. I say room but its an apartment with separate bedroom and living area with kitchenette. Everything we needed plus more. We were all inclusive and the food choices everyday was great with different theming every night. Local beer and drinks available and cocktails at a reduced price for the all inclusive guests. I do think a full drinks menu should be available as it around day 3 after the kids entertainment I discovered they did a house whiskey.
The pools were fantastic not too cold either, my kids were in them non stop. The location is great, youre a 5-10 min walk to the beach and local shops some are closer. The market that happens every Tues and Sat you're a 3 min walk away.
My son became ill the day before we were due to leave and it was down to the doctor to decide wether we would be able to fly home or not and the hotel reception staff could not have done more they were so understanding and compassionate helping us with options on what we could do. I can not thank the management team and reception team for all they did. I would also like to thank all the Chefs, Bar staff, room service, life guards, maintenance and the entertainment team for making our stay a fantastic stay on our first time to Fuerventura. We will be back. Thank you!!

We were really lucky and got an upgrade to a room with a separate bedroom and balcony that was far away enough from the centre of the complex to be quiet. Amazing entertainment for kids and two good sized pools plus a kiddies pool area. Everyone saves their loungers in the morning which is a bit jack and the noise around the complex centre is loud till about 1am but otherwise it was a lovely place to stay, especially if you're on the outer edges like us where it is quiet. We went self catering as dinners were reported as not great but apparently brekkie was amazing. Highly recommend Fado Steakhouse for dinner
