Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Great value for money!!!
What was done really well:
*Rooms clean and spacious
*Lots of choice for food and drinks on the all inclusive package
*Nice pool area and spa
*Good gym with unlimited use
*Friendly, helpful staff at reception, bars, restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was lovely
What could be improved (why it's not 5stars)
*Some glass on the floor due to the windy weather, glasses were smashed by the wind and some shards weren't fully swept up.
*The buffet food was nice, but some items went dry under the lamps and from being left out (but this is fairly typical for buffet food)
*When plating up our food some of it was cold, but there is a microwave to use which was fine
*On occasion the soft drink machines were out of order
*The juice from the machine was quite watered down
*The wine wasn't very nice, we don't expect amazing wine when it is unlimited but this was bad enough to mention (but again there was beer and cocktails to choose from also)
*Some antisocial behaviour from other guests (playing their music on speakers in public areas and making noise in corridors late at night etc-noise not aggression) which was left unchecked by staff
*We knew upon booking that the entertainment wouldn't be going ahead so that wasn't unexpected, but some activities would have added to the experience
Overall, I would absolutely come again, I had a comfortable stay and a nice relaxing week by the pool. It is a lovely base. A taxi to the local bars was around 7 euros or it was a 20 ish minutes walk. The reception staff were always happy to call us a taxi and advise us on where to go. Even though we have some small complaints about the food, overall as buffets go it was very good and there was always something we liked and wanted to go back for. For what you pay, it is great!!!
I enjoyed using the sauna, the spa pool and the relaxing room. The water jets in the pool were very massaging and relaxing, along with the ambient music :)
The gym facilities were good and nice and quiet most of the time with long opening hours.
There is also a cute cat who lives here and it was nice seeing her (I think she's a girl) wander around the place and be well taken care of :)

This has been a fantastic break. This resort is ideal for people that enjoy walking, running and exploring. The hotel is autism friendly and is so peaceful in February. The temperature has been between 24 and 28 degrees the whole time I've been here and I have already booked another stay for next year.
The pools are cleaned every night and the pool area is cleaned every morning early. The food is a standard buffet and keeps you going. The local shop I would avoid if possible I paid for a 4 pack of Heineken and a pack of pringles over 13 euros. There was out of date milk also for sale there.
Small points for the trip are if you like coffee there are 2 coffee machines available to use all day and night but in your rooms there is no kettle or cups. You can hire a kettle for 2 euros a day at reception or pack a travel kettle. There is a small fridge in the cupboard. The safe in the room is also 2 euros a day to hire.
Be warned the hotel is 1 hour bus ride from the airport I would recommend renting a car. There is 1 main road from the airport to the hotel to follow that gets you nearly to the hotel front door.
If you want a adventure hire a jeep or an off roader as there is a lot of desert that you can explore.
I hired a small car and I explored the area on foot. There is a spar shop about 3 miles away the other side of the island is leat than 2 mile walk across the desert where the wild beaches have huge waves and is completely different to the hotel side of the island.
I would recommend walking along the sea front and keep walking you will come across lots of different beaches but nearly all of them beautiful white sand.

What can I say, I had an amazing week. My best friend and I stayed at this hotel back in late August, all inclusive.
I spent much of my time around the pool bar socialising with the other holidaymakers and the staff. The lady with the short, dark hair and round glasses provided an excellent service, and was great to talk to. She provided a fast service, always with a smile.
I enjoyed the food too. Shout out to Melany for always being a ray of sunshine (me and my friend took quite a shine to her).
The entertainment was fantastic. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the man who ran the entertainment, but it was an affable young man who had a quirky sense of humour. I especially liked the bingo, and the party games he would play at the end of the night. I realised quite late in the holiday that they were running "animation" (entertainment) throughout the day. I was able to watch a rather amusing game of mini-golf, with alcohol involved, watching from the confides of my balcony (I may or may not have been hungover...).
Reception staff were helpful too. Always called me and my friend a taxi when we needed one, and quickly resolved an issue with our key, with no fuss.
I should say why I haven't rated them 5 stars..
- Service in the shop could be improved.
- Toilet near entertainments room had no hand soap, and bins were always full.
- Place appears to be understaffed, which is a shame, because it's such a lovely hotel. So, service was slow at times, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.
- I'm a bit confused that I heard Jet2 customers get 1 day free in the Spa, but that the reception knew nothing about this.. I could be wrong though.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes! Not a day goes by where I don't wish I was back here. It is a great hotel for the price. I hope to see everybody again in the near future.
Also, the hotel cat was cute, and rather cheeky.
On one last note: "Shaky shaky dye dye bingo bingo BALLLLLS" (inside joke).

This hotel needs to be downgraded to a 2 star. Hotel itself is unclean, same dirty marks on floors for days, cockroaches seen on bar floor, again left for days.
Hotel itself is more like a prison, dark and gloomy and the grounds are not kept nicely at all. Room didn't get cleaned despite leaving the sign on the door. Also they charge you €15 each to use the spa which wasn't clear on booking. The spa was actually the nicest part of this hotel but I would not recommend it at all

I stayed at this hotel back in 2023 on a solo trip, and honestly, it ended up being so much more than just a few days away.
From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, welcomed, and completely at ease. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what really made it special was the people. The staff went above and beyond—always kind, always smiling—but the activity coordinator truly stood out. They brought so much energy and fun to every day, making it so easy to connect with others.
And that’s the thing… I didn’t just find relaxation here, I found people.
I met other solo travellers who I’m still in touch with to this day, which says everything. But even more unexpectedly, I met two friends who were travelling together… and one of them completely changed my life.
Fast forward three years—I’m now engaged to her, and we’ve even bought a house together.
It still feels surreal that a solo holiday led me here.
So, long story short… visit this hotel. You never know what might be waiting for you.
